The delivery of the flowers was when it was supposed to be, and the flowers themselves were 'gorgeous and ginormous' (as the recipient stated).
They exceeded what I expected from the photo of the flowers that I ordered.

Also, the adress I needed was difficult to type in and was repeated in the last summary. However the Orders staff who I emiled were great at answering all my questions and very prompt. Some higher value discount vouchers would be much appreciated please. Thanks so much

Was disappointed to receive email from you stating the hand cream I had chosen was not available I can understand flowers are seasonal and they can be different but I choose the item as it had a tin of Linden Leaves hand cream and that is what appealed to me and I knew the recipient would like that

No confirmation of delivery email provided and no support staff available on a Saturday. No photo of the flowers that were sent was provided. I still don't know if there flowers have been delivered or not.
