Disgusting service.
The delivered my Mother’s Day flowers tow days before the date I asked. The flowers were tiny, did not look good and for the amount of $120 I paid expected so much more. Customer service has not got back to me after over 10 emails. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Always a cheat. They now use nzblooms instead of bloomex. They are accepting orders for same day delivery but can not deliver same day. They will not notify you unless you ask. I asked for refund as they can not deliver but they still place the order the next day. Scam company and worst customer service. This is not a company should work. Given this is a flower shop, a shop for very special occassion. They will ruin your special day for sure.

Spent $109 and flowers never arrived.

ABSOLUTE SCAM, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They do not know the difference between a shipping address and a billing address: the flowers I ordered fir someone in another city were sent to me. When I got hold of a customer service person, she insisted it was my fault and they would not recompense me. Also misleading pictures on the website: I ordered "Mason Jar flowers" but they did not come in one. The picture clearly shows the flowers in a"mason jar". So much also for "same day service". Came two days after ordered.

Same story, placed an order for sympathy flowers 10 days ago, got a photo of what was delivered, nothing like what was on the website and I upsized. I called them and told them, they said "that's just an image" and offered me a $40 credit. I said not good enough and they said they'd call me back within 48 hrs (that happened 3 times). Today I saw the article above and called again, they couldn't care less and were 'silent' on the phone. I live in Aust and it was a NZ order (BTW the company goes under several names, so don't be fooled). Petals, NZ Bloom, Bloomex etc
I have now called management dept of the company Bloomex and she's escalating it to refund section, but I'm not hopeful. Their policy is "not to refund once the product is delivered', shocking service

Flowers were dry and damaged and looked like they were in the box without water for three days since the first failed delivery attempt on Mother’s Day. NZ Blooms would not offer me a refund after I discovered from ringing the call centre that the courier driver could not locate the address on Google maps on the day - Which has never been an issue before with postal services the area addressed to. NZ Blooms did not contact me of this issue at the time either and I had to call them the next day to find out where the flowers had gotten to. I decided to go with the ‘resend’ option they offered me and the results speak for themselves. Wont be using this service again. $116 bucks down the drain with the dead flowers is all I can say.

I ordered some flowers for my best friends very significant special birthday. Flowers never arrived on the day, I rang to be told they are not in the area in that day so would be delivered the next day. I told them I wanted a refund and cancel the order because it’s too late, the female put the phone down on me. I rang straight back and another
Female answered I asked for a manager she replied no, I asked for a refund and to cancel the order. The female said the refund will take about four days. Half an hour later I receive a tracking number stating the flowers will be delivered in 4 days time this is 5 days late.
I will not get a refund as they have ignored my request and they are continuing to send the flowers.
Do not use this company.

Absolutely shocking experience with NZ Blooms. The flowers and service were nowhere near worth the money we paid, and the entire experience felt like a complete rip-off. Customer service was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility or resolve the issue properly.

For a company that charges premium prices, the quality and professionalism were honestly unacceptable. I regret ordering from them and will never use them again.

Posting this so others don’t waste their money or end up as disappointed as we were. There are far better florists out there who actually care about their customers.

I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day which were never delivered. I tried to call their help centre number and was hung up on twice. They won’t respond to the multiple emails and messages via their online portal that I have sent.
They literally took my money, gave me nothing, and refuse to address it.

IF YOU HAVE HAD A SIMILARLY POOR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE NZ COMMERCE COMMISSION.

Dont use this company. I ordered Blushing Elegance bouquet and they delivered a posy of red roses and one pink daisy. I have sent many requests to deliver what I ordered with no response. They are the worst florist I have ever dealt with. Wright street Mount Cook, Wellington

Do not trust this company.
They advertise products that are not available and then send inferior substitutes (without agreement, despite what their stated terms of trade provide).
The substitute we got wasn't close to what we ordered, had poor quality flowers (old and degraded) and was significantly smaller that the 'supersize' option that was ordered.
They now refuse to comply with legal obligations to sort this out. Terrible business.
Avoid doing business with them - better options exist.

This company is a absolute sham I ordered floweres for my mother they never turned up and when I asked for a refund they never followed up it takes about 20mins on the phone to get hold of them then there call centre are a absolute joke when I asked to speak to a manger or higher they said they were ! I called my bank and they are now going to chase the money as this is fraud !!! DO NOT give THEM YOUR MONEY SCUM BAGS

I ordered some flowers to be delivered on a specific date a week in advance, to date the recipient has still not received them. I spent a lot of money as the flowers and vase i chose looked perfect on Nz blooms website. I received a text message to confirm my order but no email or any other kind of communication. I have sent a message which has not been replied to and I can never get through on their phone line. I require a full refund so will keep on trying , i would strongly advise not to use this company.

I am about to have a rant…. I apologise in advance, I do not normally do this but this is irritating me something crazy!

Ordered flowers from NZ Blooms for a special occasion and honestly wish I had just gone to a local florist instead.

Paid $74.95 for what was advertised as a beautiful deluxe arrangement of 6 red roses and some pretty white flowers in a mason jar. (Original size was $54.95 and I paid an extra $20 for the upgraded version…😒)
I also paid an extra $25.90 for a personalised card and delivery to our home as a surprise. Total $115.

What turned up looked nothing like what was advertised . Instead of 6 red roses, there were only 5 roses total and they were a random mix of red and white (not the major issue, but still). The arrangement looked tiny and nowhere near worth the money paid. Pretty, but definitely not what I had ordered.

Then there was the card… instead of a handwritten or properly presented message, they printed it on a piece of paper, stapled it to a receipt and coupon, then taped it to the top edge of the inside of the card. It looked lazy and incredibly unprofessional.

To make things even more frustrating, I’ve now had to call FOUR times to follow this up, only to be told that because the flowers were apparently “the same value,” I shouldn’t be expecting a refund. I’m sorry, but “same value” doesn’t mean much when the product delivered looks nothing like what was advertised or paid for.

For what was a $75 bouquet before delivery and additional fees, this has to be one of the most underwhelming wastes of money I’ve spent in a long time.

Photos and order details have already been sent through to the company and I’ve requested a full refund because this was nowhere near acceptable. I keep getting bussed around and “notes left” against my order for management to follow up, then nothing.

I should have gone to my local florists. At least then I would have been able to pick out and taken with me exactly what I needed. Rather than being mucked around like I have been over the past 2days🤦‍♀️

Absolute disgrace. Flowers arrived late, not as described and the petals had started going brown on the day of arrival. For 90 NZ dollars the bouquet had only 7 stems. They won’t answer emails or the chat box.

If -100 stars was an option, that’s what I’d be giving.

This has honestly been one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I selected and paid for a specific delivery date through their website, organised everything from overseas, and the order still wasn’t delivered two days later — with no communication, no accountability, and no proper update.

When I called to follow up, I was on hold for 20 minutes, only to be hung up on while trying to ask for either an updated delivery option or a refund.

The whole experience felt incredibly unprofessional and, at times, like a complete scam. Honestly, businesses operating like this should be shut down. You cannot take people’s money, fail to provide the service promised, and then ignore customers when they try to resolve it.

I absolutely will not be using this business again, and I highly recommend others don’t either.

We were extremely disappointed with the flowers we purchased for Mother’s Day. The bouquet arrived past its use-by date, with browning petals, poor quality, wilted and very small boutique flowers that looked nothing like the picture online. I have sent several emails with pictures of the flowers which were delivered late in spite of their policy saying they deliver on the same day if ordered before 1.00pm, . This experience has really let us down, and we will not be purchasing from them again. They need to be shut down. They're misleading and ripping people off. They should be ashamed of themselves. Where's this companies integrity. When I spoke to the company, he offered me a "store credit" I explained that I did not want a credit as I would Never use their company again, he refused a refund stating that refunds are only for "non delivery". Absolutely disgusting company BEWARE

Woops I should have checked the reviews before I used NZ blooms who came up on my search as a Wanganui florist, as I was sending flowers to my mum there. I found out the next day their in Onehanga Auckland. The website had an exorbitant tax added to the flowers ai must add. I paid over $100 to get droopy dying flowers that look like $25 woolworths flowers sent to Wanganui. So far they havnt been communicative via email. Just working on getting refunded, so will keep you posted

Absolute scam do Not buy from these scam artists, ordered $150 worth of flowers . 1. Didnt get ordered in time 2. Flowers were dead 3. The flowers that arived looked like a $15 bunch from new world . Tryed to contact they dont reply . DONT BUY
