A bunch of flowers were sent to my father from relatives in Australia they were nothing like the picture and within two days dead absolutely disgusting do not use this company

Arrived late, with about half the amount of flowers as shown in advertisement. Also flowers of lesser quality than pictured as well. False advertising. Contacted customer care and although originally got a response never received any thing further after my reply. Disappointing. Will not use again

This company shouldn't be allowed to be in business. Nothing but a scam. The bouquet I was supposed to receive on Mother's Day didn't turn up until 2 days later and the flowers were half-dead. Also, bore absolutely no resemblance to the deluxe hand-tied "Pretty Petals" bouquet ordered. I got a pitiful number of extremely poor quality flowers held together with a rubber band. Honestly, there are better bouquets available in supermarkets for a fraction of the cost. Please, please do NOT use this company - or NZ Blooms or Mel's Flowers, which are clearly the same company operating under aliases. Don't just take my word for it, read all the other reviews!

I ordered flowers ( deluxe ) that looked just what I wanted as get well gift for close friend. Same day delivery requested & paid for 7 May, they were finally delivered on 11 May only after I chased up courier. Miserable looking selection of flowers in terrible condition. So much for Bloomex claim “ fresh market flowers delivered anywhere in NZ!” Total ripoff🙁Customer 0800 no useless as is their email contact when I requested refund. DON’T USE this company

Delivered on the wrong date. Poor quality delivered. Died the next day. Customer support said photo of dead flowers met their standards. Won’t offer to help. Worst company to order flowers from.

Flowers were delivered to the incorrect address. Box was left at an unattended location (supposedly had flowers in). No sign of the flowers! I have been told that the managers/directors do not take calls from customers. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The flowers I ordered 3 days before mother's day were ragged and drooping the day they were delivered to my mothers aged rest home. Absolute embarrassment and customer service department kept arguing that they wanted photos, photos then what?, aged people are not in a position to take photos and then send them off in an email. Just send fresh flowers that's all I paid for! NEVER EVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Worse than poor. Ordered for a sick friend in NZ. Delivered late because it was Mother’s Day (!). Flowers dead within 4 days. No reply to 2 complaint e-mails. DO NOT USE

I wish I read this review before ordering flowers. Nothing like advertised - purely roses for an extortionate price. I thought I was ordering locally (to support local businesses) and these to be delivered same day - came from Christchurch (unnecessary flight away) and arrived next day. Will never use this service again.

This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with, they send dead flowers and then refuse to refund. They hang up on you and don’t reply to emails.

My family sent me flowers and although they looked okay in the wrapping the flowers were wilted or broken. The flowers are dispatched with the stems pushed into a block of damp oasis but it is not enough to sustain the flowers during delivery.

I emailed the company twice with photos and spent 30 minutes and five phone calls to try and get a replacement delivery. They finally agreed ed and sent new flowers. They also arrived in bad condition.

Do not waste your money sending flowers with this company. I would post photos but can't see where to do this.

Mother’s Day flowers ordered 3 days prior from the UK, arrived two days late and were absolutely sad and at the end of their life. Barely lasted the day before they wilted and the oasis started to ferment. I believe this company is a scam

Similar experience to others. Bouquet was crushed and of small size. Roses replaced with gerberas. Offered a $20 store credit as they state what was sent was of product standard. Total rubbish. Please don't waste your money on this company.

I am not happy… I ordered flowers for a bereavement. The colours were beautiful. I placed my order on Monday 11th May to be delivered on Friday 15th May. I was notified on Thursday night at 11:35 PM, items were substituted with mixed designer choice… not sure what that means. I was never given the opportunity to accept or cancel the substitute order, even though their policy states they will contact customer before confirming substitute. I asked that they send me a photo of what they delivered, not possible. It was suggested that I request a picture from the recipient. Judging by all the reviews, not a trustworthy business. I will be contacting my bank to reverse the charges. They don't deserve a star rating.

Absolutely shocking company. Please make sure that you don’t use. My daughter ordered flowers for Mothers Day. They were delivered late. Delivered in a sealed box with no water. And left in a parcel drop off location with no notification. Guess what - they were dead before picked up. Response was ‘not our problem’ it was the courier companies.

Mothers Day flowers turned up 2 days late. What little amount there was for $109 had broken stems, dead flowers and the vase selected was a mason jar put into the box. Very disappointing. Order placed in Australia for NZ delivery. They initially did not respond to my daughter's emails which included pictures, and when they did they stated another substitute delivery had been sent with delivery status DELIVERED which never arrived. Still waiting for management to call regarding a refund. Under NZ Consumer Act they have failed over and over in all areas so how is this company still able to operate

I ordered flowers from Bloomex and never again. I paid $169 and the bunch of flowers for Mothers Day was very small. I wrote to Bloomex and never heard anything back. These people shouldn’t be in business.

I would have to honestly say they dont even deserve 1 star . Your company is disgraceful . If you think you are going to get away with your behavior think again .

WARNING DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANYIf I could leave zero stars I would my sister and the UK paid NZ$95 for a bunch of dead flowers for Mother’s Day. Customer service is absolutely SHIT. I am disgusted in the treatment to get replacement flowers sent to my 89 year-old mother. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE LACK COMPREHENSION, ENGLISH COMMON SENSE OR EMPATHY AND COULD NOT CARE LESS DISGUSTING.
