Good advice from customer support, good range of products, reasonable prices, dispatched promptly. Royal mail delivery was slow but can't blame Bikeparts for that. Would use again .

Chain Reaction

Good quality parts at sensible price. I rolled up at their Biggin Hill store not realising it was a "click & collect " arrangement..which I hadn't done. They were 100 % helpful doing the order for me on my phone ( me not tech great on phones...age thing !), and getting the parts . First time I've used them and well impressed. Thanks .

Waterproof helmet cover

The cycle helmet cover was as described. Quite a large size. I’ve not tested it in rain yet but it looks robust

I’ve used bikeparts many times

I’ve used bikeparts many times. However for some reason my last two orders have been very slow, pretty disappointing
