Courier tracking message confusing - said parcel to be handed to recipient, unable to specify ‘safe place’. However I left a note asking for parcel to be left in safe place and instructions were followed. Parcel there when I got home thus avoiding second delivery or depot collection hassle. Thank you driver. 😀

The online Will writing process was carefully and clearly explained. The process was conveniently divided into discrete steps. Telephone contact with a member of the legal team was very helpful, reassuring and supportive. The cost was very reasonable and at no point was I asked or encouraged to add further elements or expense to the service provided. I submitted my document to the Fairwill team for checking and received a reply very promptly the same morning. The reply came with further details about printing, witnesses and safe storage. On reflection a very positive experience for which I am most grateful.
One suggestion I would make would be to provide the opportunity to revisit and edit any and all parts of the document. I did not realise that by moving on to the next section you closed the door to previous parts.
