I was looking to buy a pair of Shimano pedals and did a quick Google search for my nearest bike shop having been off the bike for a few years and a bit out of touch. I was happy to find bikeparts on my doorstep. Although they are predominantly mail order they can also prepare your order for collection. I chose to collect the pedals and had a email shortly after placing my order to confirm they were ready to collect. The price seemed fair and the pedals work perfectly!

The machines work brilliantly, cleaning our carpets with ease and leaving them so much cleaner, fresher and drier than the consumer machines you can buy yourself!

One point I should mention is to check the previous user has cleaned the machine thoroughly before you take it home. Our one wasn't and I had to spend 20 minutes cleaning the previous users dirt and hairs before I could start cleaning my own carpets.

Will definitely be using again and I like the ease of collecting and depositing from a passcode protected locker which makes the whole process quick and efficient!

The process of booking a cleaner and collecting was very straightforward. We have two dogs and a light grey carpet! And the machine gave a deep clean and left the room smelling fresh.

I have used V12 Finance on 3 occasions now to make purchases and I find them very quick and straightforward to use. Also it's very handy to be able to log on so easily and check balances etc.
