I’ve bought several things from Merlin in tha last few years. There’s always a good choice of products across the price range, delivery is prompt and always good value.

I’ve got nothing but praise for Wiggle. Excellent range of products, good value, speedy delivery, quick response to queries from knowledgeable staff, efficient returns service, what more could I say? I’ve bought a fair amount of cycling kit, spares and accessories over the years and always been satisfied.
The following isn’t a criticism and applies to all online retailers, not just Wiggle . I’d appreciate it if the country of manufacture was made clear on website product info.

I've made two purchases from Merlin. First a pair of forks at a great price, and second, a mixed bag of small accessories which arrived the next day, free p&p, as a complete order. My initial phone enquiry was dealt with politely and efficiently, so overall I found Merlin a great shop to deal with, and would recommend them to anyone.
