Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanTrucks. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the Tailgate molding that you recently ordered.

We reviewed your order and the representative you spoke with was correct. The moldings do not come with hardware. To install the moldings, you would need to reuse the push pins from your original molding.

We did submit a request to have our page updated to confirm this item does not include hardware. Normally if an item does contain hardware, it is noted under "Whats in the Box."

We do see that you initiated a return for the items, and once we receive the requested photos, our Tech Team will review your request and assist you in completing the return.

Thank you for taking the time to share this, and we're sorry to hear about your experience. Protecting our customers' information is something we take very seriously.

We do understand that this has been a very frustrating experience for you. We were able to cancel all of the transactions and we processed the refunds. Our orders are processed in US dollars and if your card is not recognizing the currency conversion, we do suggest that you reach out to your credit card company to discuss this issue.

Overall, we want to assure you that we do not keep your card information. When customers make a purchase, their card details are sent directly to our secure payment processor, which returns a payment token, an encrypted, randomly generated code that represents their card without containing any of its actual numbers. This token is what we store, for customers convivence. We strongly encourage customers to have a strong and unique password associated with their account.

You can take the item number from the catalog and enter it into the search bar on our website, and there should be additional information and photos on our website. This may assist you when you are looking at an item.

Hello Stephen,

Thank you for your recent order and for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanTrucks. We are disappointed to hear that there was a delay in receiving the Timbren Rear Axle SES Suspension Enhancement System that you recent ordered.

It is our goal to have ordered shipped to our customers in a timely manner, and we fell short of our goal, and more importantly your expectations with this order.

We do show that you placed your order on 7/28 and we processed the order the same day, but it appears there may have been delays in having the item delivered to you. We replicated your order, and it does show that if you ordered the item today, 8/4, the delivery would be 8/5. We are reviewing our website to see if we need to make changes to the dates that we share the item should be received.

Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 11/30/2026.
