We did review the item and we show the removal tool part number is T-67-BK and if you Google the item number, it will provide you with a list of places where you can purchase this tool. We did see that you should be able to purchase from Amazon, and other sites.

I made 2 orders based on the website saying the items were in stock and would be delivered in a weel only to recieve an email the next day saying the items wont ship until almost 2 months later. If the items are out of stock at your dropshipper, your website should show this. Dont tell customers the items are in stock if you dont know for sure. I should not have to go through the hassle of placing a whole order just to find out the next day that i have to wait 2 months to get what i ordered.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with AmericanMuscle. We reviewed your order and we do apologize for the frustration this situation has caused you.
We do work hard to have the correct inventory noted on our website but there are times when we do not have the item in our warehouse and we have to reach out to the manufacturer to ship the item. We are working on making improvements where we receive inventory feeds from our partners.
We do show that you initially ordered the 4 of the TRAKlite Wheels Drive Matte Black Wheel; 17x9; 25mm Offset on 10/4 and the get it by date was initially showing 10/13-10/16 and then we received notice from the manufacturer that they are on back order until November. We did cancel this order and refunded your original payment method, and a new order was placed on 10/6 and these wheels showed a get it by date of 10/15-10/19 and unfortunately they again shared these are out of stock until November.
Quentin, we do have your order for the wheels still open, and once they are back in stock, we will have them shipped to you. This has been a frustrating experience for you and we do apologize for this situation.
Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanMuscle account. This credit can be used on a future order and it is valid until 1/31/2027.

Pay attention to tracking numbers
I ordered and bumper and turns out I get a tracking number telling me it’s heading to a different state. The first time I contacted a customer service representative they said to wait until it was delivered as they couldn’t do anything. I didn’t wait and ended up calling FedEx to confirm its destination and they confirmed it was heading to a different state. Only then when I told the next representative they sent me a replacement, delaying my expected delivery date.

Currently have my vehicle torn apart sitting on a lift that I do not own expecting the part I needed to be here today that I need to replace only to find out it didn’t get shipped because of some service that had an issue. When I tried to even pay more to get the order in one day shipping they wouldn’t even let me do that. This will be the last time I ever order from American muscle, the kind business that allowed me to borrow a lift now has to wait until American muscle gets off their ass and gets their orders shipped which last I heard won’t be shipped out for the next 2-3 days. Pathetic

So I bought a part and it's fading and looks like crap. Filled out the warranty info and they keep dodging my return. Just want the part replaced not asking for money or anything else. Bad customer service and a shitty product made by MP Concepts.

I ordered parts on Sunday and paid for 1 day delivery, the following Tuesday. My parts did not even ship until Tuesday. Completely unacceptable customer service by American Muscle.

Given a choice between waiting a month for the part, or a month to get my money back.
Ordered a part that said "in stock" with a delivery date 3 days out. Item did not ship for 2 days, but after 2 weeks, no product arrived. Tracking shows it stuck in PA. Talked to customer service, who said it was likely lost.
Replacement part would not be sent until a 3-day investigation was completed, then shipped via the same method, which means it would not arrive for a month since order assuming it arrives this time.
Was offered a refund. Refund will also not happen until after a 3 day investigation, then 7-10 days before it is processed.
Basically, I can wait a month for a part that was in stock, or I can cancel the order and see my money back after they held it month with no results.
Terrible company policies. An offer of a credit or expedited shipping would've made things okay by me, but the company refused to make things right.
