Easy to find the product I wanted, found it at a good price!!!

Seems Ecklers doesn't want people's business anymore nowadays. I tried going on their website to order 1963 Impala parts but their website doesn't open. I can get on the homepage, but I cant search parts, I try to search and nothing opens, nothing works. Ive tried a few times recently and a few times 12 months prior. Ive also emailed the customer service and they never reply. It Is extremely annoying and disappointing. I would always turn to Ecklers for my parts. I wont be now when their website isnt operating and they dont reply to emails. Not good enough, Very disappointing.

Part was ordered last week and it shows not even sent yet on tracking.

The cable is what was described. Shipping was fast, the package was excellent, and the transaction was flawless. The only issue was I could get the exact cable made by the same company for a 3rd of the price I purchased from here.

I clicked to register my email for a discount coupon code (new customer) of which I never received so I used the generated help conversation, which walked me through several questions only just say sorry we are closed and have nobody here to help. Then I received a second questionnaire asking if there was anything else you could do and I filled out additional questions of which resulted in the same ending sorry there nobody’s here. Why punish your buyer to go though that if your closed and know there is no resolution? I went ahead and purchased the item anyway without my $10 discount or 10% whichever it was and learned my lesson (don’t register email) thank you very much. Cheap overseas products that don't fit and horrible return policies. Bought a $165 gas door and it was manufactured where the lid could not be closed. Eckler's would not honor a return.

Unable to talk with your competitors, I ordered replacement parts. They turned out not to work on my modified 1956 chev 210. When I found your listing, I was able to communicate with your staff and they ere able to order the correct replacement parts. Just today I was able to repeat the same, and ordered additional parts. They even found my last order on file and found my personal information . This made it quick and painless to complete the order.

Tried to order arm rest but would not let me because of car make and model that was wrong on your side. order for ranchero gt and would not let go through so put torino standard to let me order. Was frustration to order.

While Ecklers doesnt always have every part that I need (mostly smaller obscure pieces), I always pick up what I can through them first. I love their open box deals...thats something others dont offer and I've found some amazing deals. They've come a long way from being just a Corvette parts resource when I was ordering from them in the early 90's.

The Selection and then speaking to the customer service person was also very helpful.

Ordering was easy, communication regarding status of the order was prompt.
