I have bought several upgrades for my 2015 Silverado over the years.
I have bought several upgrades for my 2015 Silverado from American Trucks over many years.
The web site is easy for me to navigate, I trust the ratings from the company and most of the time it has pictures from customer's after it installed sometimes adding personal tips they found during their installation.
The fact that I have the option alot of the time being able to see on my truck on the website with their magic of having my truck including the color is a cool trick for wheels etc.
I also appreciate the recommendations given on other products that compliment the product I am buying.
I think the prices are fair and I have never had any problems with the delivery.

I would have given a higher score BUT we tried to buy more than one item with our discount. It would ONLY work with just the one. Lost out on more sales if that didn’t happen. We went elsewhere for the rest. And got what we wanted

I ordered lettering that’s not getting here on time, promised that I paid extra money for
I’ve ordered wheels from you all. It had a chip on it. You didn’t wanna give me money back then you did and I still have a product RTX wheels one with the chip on it though you can’t see it see it. It’s still there then when I ordered the letters stainless steel they promised me a certain day. I paid the extra money and your shipping company FedEx, or I should say the shipping company you deal with didn’t get here when they promised so then you took my $9.99 and gave me store credit I don’t want store credit. I want it back on my credit card. I prefer that I don’t want store credit. I’m getting ready to go on vacation so now I have to wait till Tuesday to get the part. I was supposed to leave Monday. My truck is immaculate. Now I have this messed up piece on the back lettering and I don’t have the item yet I’m not very happy but that’s not directly you all‘s problem, but I have a problem with it because I’m not getting what I was promised on the day that I pay extra money for and you wanna give me store credit no thank you I want the money back on my credit card

Advertise the truth fit
I bought a rough country grille that by their advertising it should fit my 2016 ford f150 XLT. Since they said that it fit my truck I drilled three holes in the middle so that I could put LED grille lights but when I put it all together there was no way that this grille was going to fit. It was sitting on the bumper and had a 2 1/2 inch on the bottom and my hood would not close. I called customer service and told them what problems I was having and told him that I had drilled the holes and he said that because I drilled those holes that the grille not returnable and the best that they could do was refund me around 25 dollars. I feel that if they advertised it as a direct and it doesn’t fit like they say then they should refund the full amount or replace it with one that fits and not to advertise that it does. I will not be doing anymore shopping with them anymore and shop with someone that backs up what they advertise.

I ordered an item on Aug 30
I ordered an item on Aug 30, 26. I have still not received it. American truck will not do anything because the item is moving within the FEDex system. It has moved between the same set of FEDex facilities 6 times in the last 6 weeks. I have still not received it. They use FedEx smart post which in my opinion is terrible. They promised delivery in 3-5 business days from order date. ^ weeks almost 7 weeks and I'm still without the item. Think hard about ordering from these folks

We first and foremost would like to apologize to you for the multiple delays in receiving the RedRock Molded Mud Guards that you ordered on August 29th. We reviewed the tracking details for this order, and we do not know why there were so many issues in having these delivered to you.
We do see at one point the package delivery was changed from FedEx to the USPS. This may have occurred because your shipping address included a Box number. We reviewed your past order and on that order the box number was not listed on the shipping address. We generally use FedEx or UPS for shipping so we ask that PO boxes or box numbers are not included. If the address has a box number or PO box, this could cause issues with the package being delivered. We do not know why the shipping company did not return the item to us, when they were unable to deliver it.
Our team that works with lost and damaged packages, contacted the local post office, where is states this item is available for pick up, and they are going to be returning the item to us and we will be refunding your original payment method.
Timothy, this has not been a positive experience for you and your frustration is understandable. Once your refund is completed, you will receive an email confirming the refund.
Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and it is valid until 4/31/2027. We would like another opportunity to provide you with the level of service we strive to provide to our customers.

I ordered an AEV bumper from American…
I ordered an AEV bumper from American Trucks. This bumper should include the installation hardware (as detailed on the American Trucks website, and confirmed by AT customer service), but AT only ordered 2 of the 3 required components for that from AEV (confirmed by AEV). As a result, my truck is now in sitting in a garage taken apart, waiting on more parts from AEV that won't arrive for over a week. AT is terrible -- don't by from them.

I used the online ordering system to…
I used the online ordering system to get an air intake for my truck. It is a 2007.5 half year classic truck. It was the wrong part. I’ve sent pictures to show it’s the wrong part. So far no shipping return label to return part so I a get a refund. I am very disappointed and will be vocal about my experience here.

Real customer service is important.
I originally had my order coming to my home address (in Georgia) when I placed my order. realizing my error I tried but I could not get through to customer service to make a correction, so I placed a second identical order going to the repair shop (in Mississippi) that has my truck for repair. All of your links did not help and would not allow me to cancel the wrong order. When I did get to speak with a Customer Service Rep this morning she said that she could not cancel the wrong order and that I would have to Receive the order and then Return it for a full refund. It seems that this DOUBBLE ORDER will in fact be the FIRST and LAST time I order from American Trucks.

We work hard to have our orders processed quickly for our customers and there is a short time frame after an order is placed, where we will be able to cancel the order for the customer.
We show that you ordered was placed on 10/3 for the Transmission Oil Pan with Drain Plug and this was being shipped to your home address. On 10/5, when you contacted our Customer Service Team, they did share that they were unable to cancel the order as it had already shipped.
We do show that you set up a return for your original order and you were partially refunded on 10/12/2026. When the return is processed in our warehouse and the return is complete, you will be refunded for the return tag fee. I submitted this request due to this situation.
We tried to find a phone call from you after your order was placed and we do apologize, but we were only able to locate the call on 10/5. Our Customer Service Team is available business days from 8:30AM-11PM EST and on weekends from 8:30AM-9PM EST.
