Thank you for sharing your feedback with AmericanTrucks. We do understand that this has been a frustrating experience for you.

All of our orders are run through a security verification software. We use this software to protect our customers and our company. If there is an issue with an order, we do request extra verification before we can process and approve the order. An order can be noted for a variety of reasons, for example if the billing address did not match, or items are being sent to an address different then the billing address. Once we receive notification that we need additional verification, an email is sent to the customer asking that they contact us so we can make the requested changes and confirm the order for processing. We do show that an automated email was sent to the email address we had on the order on 8/20/2026.

In reviewing your order, we do see that escalated your concerns and you spoke with a supervisor and a manager regarding the issues that you have experienced. We are sorry that you felt that we were not respecting you and we in no means meant to project that we thought your order was fraudulent, and we apologize if that was the impression that you received. We wanted to assist you so that we could verify the information and have the order approved.

We do see that you order has been canceled and you have been refunded.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanTrucks. We reviewed your order for the Truxedo Sentry Hard Roll-Up Bed Cover, and we do apologize for the frustration this situation has caused you.

In reviewing your order, there appeared to be some miscommunication with our Tech Team and the manufacturer on how they were going to solve this issue for you. When we initially reached out to the manufacturer, they stated they were shipping the part to you, but they meant they were shipping the missing parts, and not a full cover. In the meantime, we did see the email that our TechTeam sent to you asking to return the original cover, and we would send a replacement. We are reviewing your situation and seeing how we can make improvements to make sure this does not happen in the future as this was an inconvenience for you.

We do have a replacement order for the cover to be sent to you and the manufacturer shared that it is expected to ship 8/29. As soon as we receive the tracking information, we will email this information to you.

We would also like to apologize for the bot conversations that were not helpful to you with this situation.

Daniel, this has definitely been a frustrating experience for you and due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. We are sorry to hear of the delays that you experienced with your order for the Officially Licensed Chrome Delete Center Caps and the Black OEM Style Lug Nut Kit. It is our goal to orders shipped to our customers in a timely manner, and we fell short of our goal and more importantly your expectations with this order.

We do show that you placed you order in the evening on 8/10 and the item shipped from our warehouse the following day. In reviewing the tracking history, there were no noted delays from the shipping company. We do show that the items were delivered on 8/17.

Jake, we do apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this caused you. We do see that you contacted us and wanted to cancel the order, due to the delay, but we were unable to because the item left our warehouse. If you would like to set up a return, you can initiate the return through our customer portal, orders@AmericanTrucks.com.
Due to this situation, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order, and it is valid until 11/30/2026.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanTrucks. We are sorry to hear that you experienced issues with the Powered Heated Manual Fold Towing Mirrors with Smoked LED Turn Signals and Puddle Lights that you recently ordered.

We reviewed your order and we do see that you have initiated a return for the mirrors. Thank you for sending the video to us. We are sharing the videos with the manufacturer, and we are waiting on their response and their resolution. We understand this can be a frustrating experience, but when a return is requested, we ask for photos or videos because there are some situations, where we may be able to resolve the issues without having to do a full return.

We are hoping to have a resolution for your soon and have the replacement lights shipped to you. We do appreciate your patience with this request.
