I intentionally purchased my order through this company because they boasted “free 2-3 day shipping on orders over $149”. The parts I ordered are for the truck that keeps my business moving and totaled almost $600. I’ve received like 5-6 emails since placing my order and most are marketing emails and here we are at day 3 and my parts still aren’t here (not even in my state yet). No order update, no “hey, sorry we’re running late”. I had to search through the mass of emails to find my tracking info to find out where my parts were and discover that I may be lucky to get my parts 5 days after ordering. I get that stuff happens, but how about instead of promising fast delivery and then blasting marketing emails, you take the time to reach out to a first time customer to let them know a part is running behind so I can make arrangements for another vehicle while I wait for the parts that I need… I didn’t put 1 star because at least the parts are on the way, but I’m very frustrated to say the least… lay off the email blasts and communicate that shipping is running behind.

After online and catalog shopping we had price discrepancy and Josh had it taking care of no problemo. Never had a bad experience with AT.com!

I ordered a set of wheel lug nuts for my 2024 ford maverick lariat and they look great and they fit perfectly so I went online to order a set of led side maker light bulbs for my truck and so far the fit and the price is perfect for what I got.

I havent recieved my store credit and its been more then 24 hours

After spending a considerable amount of time with sales rep Colby, my order for a front and rear painted bright silver to match my existing 1500 2017 Ram was placed. While the front bumper cover was back ordered, the rear bumper arrived chromed, not painted. Just try to get a return request implemented. Go to the web site return process and a review screen pops up which makes it impossible to navigate without starting a review. Give them 5 stars for shipping the wrong part or 1 star for not allowing the return process to move forward. Figuring I would wait until the front cover arrived to complete the order I would then try again to return the rear bumper. The front cover arrived. NOT painted bright silver but a paint ready black Polypropylene plastic. Now I have two bumpers that are wrong and AT won't help or make it right. Let me add that the front cover was an open box item from the start. Now, I tried to complete a return but again the pop-up review window came up with no way to navigate around it so, I gave them a less than flatering review and why I gave it. At that moment they put my account on hold with no ability on my part to even begin a return. These folks are just plain sneaky in the way they do business over the internet. The front cover was wrong and the rear bumper was wrong with no way for me to get resolution. As a 100% disabled combat vet, with a near term diganosis of death from Agent Orange exposure my intention was to make cosmetic repairs on my Ram so my wife will be able to sell it easily when the time comes. I have been ordering parts and supplies from the internet for over 20 years and in that time have I never met a more dishonest supplier. They changed my order on the first bumper to chrome, which I missed because the confirmation went to my spam folder, the second order was just plain wrong and they know it. Devious at worst and a company I will mention in my every interaction with other truck owners and I live in truck country USA so their ears will be burning at every mention of needing aftermarket parts. They will try to insert in the review that the order was on hold because of a charge-back from my bank but this was a credit card order and they know it.

I have been a customer for a few years and everything has always been handled properly and to my complete satisfaction.

The tech was able to help me secure my order. I was very happy with the service.

I placed an order and 1 minute later my order was canceled by American trucks?? I just bought the same thing on Amazon for $20 cheaper. They lost a this customer for now and the near future.

Cost $654 plus change . Have not received my tuner to date 08/28/2026.
Have make 3 call asking where my tuner is.
Calls Monday 08/24/2026,was told sorry about the wait , the "supervisor " will expitiding the order , should receive tracking # shortly.
Wednesday 08/26/2026 asked agian where is my order, and tracking# .
Was told oh it shipped today , "hummm"
Asked where is my tracking # , was agian told you should receive a tracking # shortly,
I told customer service, I was told that Monday, told agian oh no it shipped today , you will get tracking # shortly.
Well today Friday 08/28/2026 I called asking where is my tuner. Once Agian i was told it is saying my tuner is shipping today ,
I told customer, enough is enough, I am what looks like being LIED TO. Asked them to cancel my order , then i got the WELL IF IT SHIPPED WE CAN'T CANCEL THE ORDER. I Asked how do you NOT KNOW it didnt ship?. I Order this tuner for my truck 10 days ago , HAVE NO TUNER , AMERICAN TRUCKS HAS MY MONEY, AND ARE GIVING ME THE ROUND AND ROUND SERVICE.
I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH COMPANY "AMERICAN TRUCKS " I HAVE BEEN LIED TO OVER AND OVER . AND THEY STILL HAVE MY MONEY . .

So far, customer service has been exceptionally helpful. Shipping, if all goes well, is fairly quick. Hoping the discussion and reviews are accurate and the product works for my application. If so, 5 out of 5 stars.
