Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Out of 5 separate orders, 4 orders were plagued with errors. Wrong part sent, items missing from delivery, misleading installation videos, misleading fitting information. A bureaucratic non-sense corrective action process. This is the first time I write a review this low. Stay away from American Trucks unless you are willing to suffer. I do not recommend this company.

We do see that you set up a return for the Rough Country Brake Claliper covers and we issued your refund back to your original payment method. We reviewed our product page and it is noted that these should fit your vehicle but these are specifically designed to fit 2021 to 2026 Ford F-150 models, excluding hybrid variants. It requires 18-inch or larger wheels and at least 3/8 inch clearance from the face of the stock caliper to the wheel’s rear surface to ensure proper fitment and avoid damage.
For the chin splitter, apologize that you only received one of the splitters. We work hard to have order shipped quickly and correctly to our customers, this was not your experience and we do apologize. We show that the second one shipped out, and it was delivered on 9/22.
Reinaldo, we do see that you did not have great experiences when shopping with us. Due to these issues we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and it is valid until 12/31/2026. We would appreciate the opportunity to provide you with the level of service we strive to provide to our customers.

The return policy is terrible
The return policy is terrible, they gladly take your money and claim how great their return policy is and the great customer service but it is anything but. Also their chat function is a worthless waste of time. They make it very clear that their time is far more important than the customers.

It was great once I called to place an…
It was great once I called to place an order. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 was because I tried to place an order from the web site, got all the way through placing an order credit card accepted, it ask another question and got hung up at that point and wouldn't complete the transaction. a big waste of time for me. I then called to place the order and it was so easy talking with someone. I believe my on line order is still hanging out there uncompleted and I don't know how to cancel it as my order with the live person is on its way to me.

Didn't fit just right had to pull alot on the pcv hose to get it to go on and I feel that might cause an issue later and it didn't come with the hose clamps I needed only one fit other was way 2 small had to go buy 2 that worked better
One that did fit was kinda cheap
Other then that it definitely makes a difference in proformance

It’s not the company the company was…
It’s not the company the company was great. The problem is they use FEDEX where I live in Work the people that deliver for FEDEX they have a lot that’s not going on in their heads they deliver my stuff to empty horse pastures with no house no barn no nothing and they just drop it right off. I have to go looking for it. It’s been like that for the last five years. I can’t get people to ship to me UPS that I want to buy their product. They deal with FEDEX and Fedex in my local. The IQ was well below 50. I love the product that they sell, but they won’t send it to me UPS. That’s a shame. I finally found the company that has everything that I need for the work that I do and I can’t buy from them anymore sorry.

We can understand your frustration with FedEx, especially when you shared, they leave packages in empty pastures for you. We do ship with several different shipping companies ( FedEx, UPS, Amazon shipping, and freight companies). Unfortunately, we are unable to select which shipping company the customer would p refer we use for their orders. When an order is being processed there are many factors that are looked at before we determine which shipping company is the best option for the order.
With UPS and FedEx, if your order is being shipped by them, you can contact them once you have the tracking number and ask if you can pick it up at one of their locations. I do not know if there is a FedEx or UPS local to you, but this is an option that they offer.
If you experience issues with any orders you receive from us, please contact us at 610-990-4561 and we will assist you with the order and the issues you experienced with the delivery ( if it was lost or damaged)

Shipping Fail
So far what I’ve received looks like good quality parts. It’s very frustrating since each rotor and the brake pads have all shipped separately. I got one rotor yesterday, one today, and my brake pads are still 3 states away. You’d expect a “kit” to arrive in one shipment, but I guess not. I would not recommend this purchase based on the separate shipping. Hopefully the quality is worth the hassle.

I feel like I'm being ripped off.
I made my order 8/13/26 tracking was suppose to start 9/8/26, nothing. I called and was told there was no traction yet. The blame was put on Procharger. Then I was told they hope tracking might be updated by 9/16/26. So what am i suppose to believe. I paid my $9,482.65 on 8/13/26. I feel like I'm being ripped off. So far a very bad experience. I'm hoping for things to get better.

Great phone experience
After leaving your online chat, I received a call back from Steve. He was awesome, super friendly, excited and personable. A real pleasure to talk with. He found me the discounts that your website wouldn’t apply and took my order over the phone in minutes. I can’t speak for the product yet but he was a great representative for your company.
Shortly afterwards I received a second call from Amanda. Everything was already handled but in the few moments that I spoke with her I could tell she was very concerned and eager to help. You have a couple of keepers there.

Everything regarding the site and purchasing process was easy.
I did have an issue with getting the email address changed. My address was initially entered as .com, not the correct .NET. There was no way the edit the account because the account was correct, only the purchase data was incorrect.
Tried the chat system - worthless. Did not comprehend my issue, therefore no solution could be suggested. Called Cust. Serv. and spoke to a real person. Got issue corrected.

I normally would give 5 stars, but I realized I made an error 2 hours after I placed an order on a set of wheels regarding the offset. I was forced to talk to an AI on line person and was told that the order had already been locked and nothing could be done. Now I have to wait for the shipment, send it back and reorder the right ones. I made the mistake but please let us talk to real people
