Do not recommend at all - non existent customer service
Office used Viking many years ago in old employment had great experience then so thought I’d use them for some personal bits. However after setting up a personal account it initially accepted discount code, then when processing charged fulled price. 2x contact forms sent with no response. Then item wasn’t delivered on time and courier DX states it was delivered 5days late however it hasn’t been. They have advised to contact Viking to rectify. Another contact forms sent sent. No reply.
Really poor / non existent customer service and now have hassle of ongoing trying to contact them. They’ve lost a customer which is a shame. I do not recommend
