I ordered parts for my crossbow online. I was age checked and when cleared the items arrived promptly. Really happy with the items and reassured that I was age checked.

Quality product and quality customer service.

After ordering more than once from uk crossbow's I am very pleased with the service i have always received! Quality items, great prices, fast delivery what more could you want? 5* 👌

My item arrived damaged, I emailed the merchant about this and never got a reply, so I replaced the damaged parts at my own cost.
The actual crossbow, now functional is fantastic, but I did spend £26 additionally to make it functional.

Appalling communication .
If you have a problem with an order prepare to wait .
Shame because it's important to support independent English retailers .
Unfortunately there's no way of sugar coating the truth ...
They rectified my problem in the end .. kind of .. but communicating with the young man was , let's say , problematic !
I really hope they up their game , I really do.

Easy to use website fast delivery service, parcels packed well, Good competitive pricing, what more could you ask for.

Overall good experience. Reasonably Fast shipment. Item was good - generally I'm pleased with my purchase - although I found it a tenner cheaper after i'd ordered it. I would deal with again ... but would check around for price next time.
Some of the neg feedback - looks like maybe from a competitor who knows. Or people with no patience or wrapped up in self importance.
I just ignored that ... we have to cut people some slack sometimes. Especially if they are ill often.
I'm a genuine customer and as long as a business makes an effort they deserve custom.
If they really behave like A wholes - then the scores will show it (like Ealing Council)

I ordered a pack of adder bolts. These were the cheapest i could find online. They arrived in good time. Would use UK Crossbows in the future
