Placed an order and then nothing for a month. Got my money back through the payment processor.
This website does not have a business address or contact phone number.

Ordered a item over 3 weeks ago and still have not received it, I’ve tried emailing and getting in contact with them so many times with no response. At this point I’m starting to feel like I have been scammed.

Aviod this seller at all costs. My order still shows as pending after 1 week, I've tried to contact the seller multiple times with no reply.

I won't be contacting them no more, dispute opened with paypal.

I have been waiting over 7 weeks now. Have sent multiple e-mails and left multiple msg’s on there website with no reply what so ever. Even sent a msg on there Whatsapp Business account. How can anyone operate like this totally unacceptable running a business into the ground so it seems customer service is none existent. Lucky I used paypal and have now raised a claim against them really wanted my purchase not happy at all.

I never recived the item, after 2-3 months I opened claim to get refound from my bank.finaly get contacted by the owner asking me to cancel the claim against him. Owner explain him self as being sick, maybe he was. Strange that his business was sick too.

You kept me waiting six weeks after taking my money before my package arrived and totally ignored my e mails and numerous telephone calls and messages all I wanted was for somebody to talk to me it went on for so long my wife was convinced it was a scam brian p

My experience with UK crossbows 'website' has been outstanding, SO FAR!

The descriptions the order process etc was great.
I have been age verified and told my order will be dispatched soon.
There has been a slight delay (1 week) with postage, but I'm sure there is a good reason and I will be happy when I receive my order . Up until this point everything's been fine, although I've had no tracking number and no postage details I understand there are supply chain issues at the moment.. I have been contacted via email yesterday evening,and I've been reassured my order will be dispatched Monday. I'll update again Monday let you know if I get a tracking number and postage details.
I genuinely believe this guy is struggling with the backlog of being closed through covid.

So i received my adder along with carry case and spare string and bolts, also a pack of extra bolts for delay.
I have had a few emails from the guy who runs uk bows and i genuinely believe he has had medical issues that have affected his logistics. Its no excuse , and appropriate cover or arrangements should of been made to run things, thats my opinionis all.
. SO IVE RECEIVED MY ORDER AND SOME FOR THE DELAY. HE ISNT A SCAM , UST A STRUGGLING UK BUSINESS OWNER , IF YOUR HAPPY TO WAIT A LITTLE LONGER THEN YOU WILL BE OK.
THE ADDER WAS SOLD OUT IN ALL OTHER SITES SO A WAS HAPPY TO WAIT.' 2 WEEKS'

Order never recieved and no response via email or phone calls. Over 8 weeks passed. No matter what the reason there is never an excuse for such bad customer service. Even an email to say they were closed due to covid would have been something. Better than being completely blanked! Anyway luckily I paid via paypal and I raised a case and they eventually gave me a full refund. Just a reminder for people to always use a credit card or paypal when dealing with these basement businesses.

Ordered £75 worth of goods over a month ago, and despite what’s app, phone messages etc, no responses. I truly hope that the reason for this poor performance is due to something out of their control and not because they are scamming. A simple message on the website would be helpful. Having to start proceedings to get my money back now.

I am not very confident I will receive the product, which I ordered last week. I think they are scamming their customers. After i ordered and paid, I noticed they had written on their website that they are currently closed. They are open to taking your money through.

I have emailed them, and they have failed to reply.

Very let down, and exploring my options for getting my money back.

I ordered parts nearly 3 mnths ago. 29/06/21. I've emailed the company loads of times, sent message on their Whatsapp number but not had one single reply. I've bought from them before with no problems but with no communication, purchase still saying processing, and no refund, i feel i have to put up a negative review. Maybe this will get me a reply.

i found this company to be quick to mail products sent products as described and sent Emails to keep track of shipment will use them again.

There was an issue with my order and age verification, but when I queried it, UK Crossbows were very helpful. The issue was rapidly resolved, and my items were delivered promptly soon after.
