All the positive reviews are completely fake, hence why they are very short 'reviews'. Nobody logs onto trust pilot to write a legitimate review and then writes 'great service'. Skim through and read all the genuine negative ones! P.s Trustpilot isn't even a review site, you can buy reviews which is exactjy what these idi0tshave done. Also when a review says 'verified next to it it doesn't mean the purchase is verified it just means the reviewers account has been verified. Very misleading and this company is total rubbish.hence the need to fake reviews. Stay well clear they are a nightmare.p.s if this review gets removed i have 235 trustpilot accounts so it will simply be replaced day after day day.

The 'verified reviews' are from customers who actually ordered and after ordering they get an automatic review request.
The 'organic' reviews like yours, can in theory be random people who I can't confirm are customers, other than by name, I have 3 negatives.
1. didn't leave a name, so I don't know, everyone was delayed with orders back then, and I often get my shop confused with similar ones, so could of been mine could of been for someone elses.
2. genuine negative, I was unwell, so my service was stopped for a while, I've been unwell on and off for 10 years, so it's a regular thing, I'll occasionally get a bunch of negs when this happens, annoying, but it is what it is.
3. unsure if you're a genuine customer, you never mentioned anything about your order.
Send an email if you're a genuine customer, I can't help if you don't email.
I've looked at your other reviews and you have only left bad reviews, in a similar style to this one.
and the fact that you've said you have 235 accounts and will add more reviews if this one is removed.
It seems like the comment you made is admittedly about your own behaviour not mine.
All of my positive reviews are genuine, and I have no control over them.
And 1 of the negatives are genuine the other 2 including yours is unconfirmed.
If you're upset with Trustpilot you need to review them, not me, what's my service got to do with it.
Because you're not a verified review, meaning there is no order number attached to your review, I don't even know if you're one of my customers.

Ordered a crossbow, slight confusion on Web site about billing and shipping address, resolved it in the end, they are not very quick to reply but did in the end and resolved issue.
Thank you for tour reply... So if the billing and delivery addresses was the wrong way round how did you manage to take payment with the wrong address???? And then knowing that still not reach out to the customer rather sit there with my money and my product. As you did reply with a less than satisfactory answer i have gave you a 1 star feedback keep uo the clearly GREAT customer service

There was no confusion about the address from me, you gave your billing and delivery address the wrong way around, not my fault.
Yes, I am slow to reply from time to time, the lead up to Christmas is always a nightmare in terms of having time, or when I'm unwell which is regular.
But at the same time, I'm also fast to reply, sometimes I will reply to customers within minutes.
I am extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed. I placed an order on Monday this week and had my order confirmed, I sent my ID to verify my age, received an email to say it had been verified and the item was being prepared for dispatch. That was Tuesday. Since then I have emailed and called a number of times to enquire about a delivery date and have received ZERO response.
This is highly infuriating as it was brought my my partners birthday which is this Monday coming.
I am gutted!
