Spoke to Gary who was very helpful,he gave me great advice and then delivered my order within 24 hrs which was great service I would recommended these guys .

Have been using it to buy a secondhand crossbow, bolts and other accessories. Once the package with bolts arrived damaged and two bolts were missing - looks like bolts gone missing during the delivery process. Garry has sorted out this for me and sent missing two bolts straight away. Great buying experience, great stock and plenty of options to get secondhand crossbows.

I would definitely recommend Outdoor Hobbies, after making a rather large purchase I had plenty of communication from Gary and advised on the progress of the order from packing all the way to dispatch! The delivery was so quick and painless and everything arrived in perfect condition and the item is still in use today nearly 2 years after purchase!

Placed an order for shipping to mainland Europe. On the website it clealy states "We ship from the UK to WORLDWIDE". I paid for the item and the shipping fee for the destnation country. The destination country was named in the shipping fee so no mistake with a country that was not an approved shipping destination.

Later I received an email with a very brief explanation of why my order was cancelled and here it is in full "REFUNDED - Sorry we do not export".

Order arrived quickly which was surprising as according to the website orders to the highlands usually take slightly longer so that was a plus.

Had a slight issue with the item I received. After a few emails and disclosing some video evidence, a new part was sent promptly.

All in all efficient shipping and good customer service.

The ordering on line was easy and they had a good package deal for the item I wanted. When the goods were delivered the parcel was already open and damaged - Obviously this was done during transit. Upon inspection some parts were found to be missing and I contacted Outdoor Hobbies immediately. Gary came back to me straight away and within hours I was advised the parts were being resent. They arrived the next day. Really happy with the quality of service and would use again.

I have received exceptional service from Outdoor Hobbies. Ordered Revo 7 (excellent piece of kit) at 10am and it was delivered 11am the following day. The Revo was the cheapest I could find it. Excellent communication, when I needed assistance they helped me without fuss and corrected a small issue I had when I accidently made an error when dismantling the Revo.
