This is in my limited experience of only one purchase with this company, a company to be trusted. My crossbow arrived well, however, my extra bolts did not arrive. I contacted the company and they promptly sent them. I recommend this company.

Never had so much trouble ordering from a company before I will take my money elsewhere

Purchased 2 items from them one was 2/3 days delivery, 12 days in they refunded me saying that they couldn't fulfil rhe order , why take my money if you do not have the items , complete waste of time , I do not recommend and will never order from them again, company's shouldn't be ran like this , you either have the items or not .

This company is a disgrace. It takes your money and that’s it. If you get any response at all about the whereabouts of your order IT WILL BE LIES . ONCE YOU PAY YOU HAVE LOST YOUR MONEY.

Ordered a crossbow from these guys and have had delays in receiving it. They said another date for delivery but this has been missed too. The contact number is disconnected too which is concerning.

I might change my mind if it gets resolved but not good so far.

Terrible customer service and communication, wont be using again

Had a delivery querie and was resolved immediately.
The Item purchased was actually better than I expected and suits my needs perfectly.
Customer Service is first class and well happy with the whole experience so thankyou.

This is an ordering review as I still haven’t received my order. I placed the order on multiple items on the 27th Sep. All listed as in stock. Shortly after I got an email informing me that they were not in stock but it would arrive that week.
The following week I email them again as I had not receive an email or tracking code and was informed again that they were not in stock yet. It is now 16 days later and they have not replied to my second email and I’m starting to worry that I have been scammed. If it is a simple delivery issue they certainly could handle it better and keep people informed. I will update this if my order does arrive.

Well after a lot of huffing and puffing the goods finally arrived. All looks OK and as it should be.
The low score is due to their abysmal communication.
Paid for next day DPD. No tracking number supplied. And it turns up a week later with Royal Mail. The phone numbers listed are all disconnected and they are very slow at responding to emails.
I did start a chargeback on my card but have now cancelled that.
They have promised to refund my delivery fee so we'll see.
So ne patient, don't panic and hopefully it will turn up.

Fast delivery always helpful. Would be even better if they did Klarna to make payments more affordable

I've purchased Two Items From Tactical Archery And the quality of the items were Exellent and the customer service is Friendly, polite and First Class, I definitely Recommended this Company if you want Quality Goods, Thanks Guys

Ordered before reading the comments shit myself spending 600 that might get bumped but it went really well message him he messaged back one of my items was out of stock he swapped it for another colour and sent out next day got it day after will definitely order again thanks lads

Wow I have to say just how amazing I have found Tactical Archery. I purchased my crossbow on Sunday and as they offered 2-3 days delivery it was delivered on Tuesday morning.
It has been a real pleasure to deal with a company that does as it states 10/10 will definitely be using again very shortly.

If I could give a lower score I would. No one should use this company. Bought 3 items and only recieved 1. They said they would send out the missing items but didn’t. They are conmen trying to profit from the people that cut their losses.
This is an update - after several more emails they have refunded my whole order and let me keep my set that have. I am still dubious about the company However there could be potential. The experience wasn’t great. But a good outcome.

Avoid dont use, say they are sending stuff out on next day delivery and wait nearly a week and nothing ,dont respond well to emails and you can't ring them because the phone number is disconnected.
All a bit dodgy.
And after finally receiving a response they say the item is out of stock no longer available then it appears on their website as available immediately.
Used to be ok but no longer ,they just seem a bit dodgy ,no phone really weird and not good for a business.

Unfortunately my experiences were very bad. I ordered a couple of items on the weekend (I am aware they only Mon-Fri 9-5:30) and I was expecting an update on Monday. It never came.
So I waited until the end of Tuesday. Still no update, so I emailed them...
I waited until Friday before receiving an email from them. Not in reply to me wanting an update, but because I was refunded and order cancelled!
I emailed again asking what happened, and got an email (quickly this time) from Harry. He said there was an 'error on their side' and I would have to re-order. I was unable to use my discount code this time, but Harry said he could refund me the 5% discount back. Nice 👍🏼
Only it wasn't nice because after re-ordering I waited nearly a whole week before it happened again! No explanation. Just that they refunded me and I wouldn't get my stuff...
I gave them one more chance to explain why it happened and I'd re-order again, but after 4 days of no reply again I gave up and ordered from Springfields... And I got my order within 2 days of purchase..
So overall, awful communication. Non existent service/products as far as I'm aware. And not a company worth doing business with, as they just wasted my time!

Looks like they are using fake reviews to mask the number of negative ones they receive.

Took payment sent dispatch email saying shipped with evri and a Royal Mail tracking number , 10 days later tracking number still says not received yet, going to have to claim with bank. Avoid scammers

The product arrived when stated, no bits missing, very happy with the service
