I ordered a crossbow in August they took the money and I never received the things I ordered, I contacted them through the e-mail, WhatsApp and called none of them was answered or replied to

such a shame , i ordered a tomcat 2 and a cobra rx 130 about a year ago , both came very quickly . fast forward to today and I ordered, without hesitation a new crossbow as I thought the service i got the last time was pretty good . it has been nearly two weeks with no updates, just a message to say they are processing my order. payment has left my bank and i cant find a contact number for their customer service.
i hope they see this and sort it out . i will now ALWAYS check the recent reviews here before purchasing from any company , even if i am a returning customer.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Thieves and they will never answer your calls. I am phoning trading standards and Police later today and of course trying to get the money back from my credit card. I HOPE THEY ROT IN HELL. WHEN PEOPLE HAVE MONEY PROBLEMS TOO.

Made an order didn't recieve it. Made numerous contact and no reply.

I ordered two crossbow strings, they then wanted either my driving licence or passport. Alarm bells started to ring. Unfortunately I had already paid. First part of scam, YOU PAY FIRST THEN THEY ask for age and proof. I only bought from here because the site I normally use ran out and they use the electoral register for age. I've tried and tried to cancel 7 emails no reply to any, then I started to look and to my horror it seems I'm not the only one who was scammed which offers no comfort. Now I lost £18.00 and payed through paypal. I've informed then and a claim has gone in but I think this is a lesson learnt. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

This company is nothing more than a bunch of thieves. One month since I placed my order and they took payment from my bank account and I've received nothing. I've sent several emails, left voicemail to no avail. No one gets back to you. I've got to go through my bank now to get my money back. This is a SCAM company run by THIEVES and LIARS. Their licence to trade needs to be revoked immediately and I will be doing all I can to ensure that happens

I ordered a crossbow, case and extra bolts. received an email telling me my order was being processed followed by an email asking for me to send them proof of age. I sent them a pic of my driving licence and then there was no correspondence and has been none since despite me sending them several emails about my order. It has been 3 weeks since I placed the order and no sign of the goods or any sort of reply from the retailer. I have now had to contact my credit card company to try and get a refund. THEIVES avoid

I had to give them 1 star because it wouldn’t let me review other wise. First thing first DONT BUY ANYTHING of these scam artists. Ordered a crossbow string and stringer, paid the money got an email thanking me for my order and that’s all iv heard!!! 4 weeks later still nothing, I have emailed them, WhatsApp, Facebook messenger and tried phoning them, no answer no reply i have come to terms that I have been ripped off and instead of taking their page down they are still taking peoples money, shocking. If I was going to give anyone advise it would be don’t order from them order from somewhere else.

I would give them minus stars if I could. Appalling service, no response to emails/messages. Ordered in June. They shouldn’t be allowed to trade any longer. Look at all the reviews. I’ve contacted my bank for a refund and will be trying to arrange for their licence to be suspended. Unprofessional and selfish people doing this during a cost of living crisis.

Sadly I think that the whole business is a scam. I ordered a small item 3 weeks ago and I have received nothing, zero communication, no reply to email or phone calls.
If you ordered anything from this firm its highly unlikely you will receive your order.
This is the first time I have ever given a negative review on anything but it justified this time.

After 2 Months I have received nothing at all, not even a response to my messages on there answering machine I left them as they don't answer there phone or reply to the countless messages I have left them, they don't respond to any WhatsApp messages or any emails via there web site, I will be reporting them to trading standards and have asked my bank for the name of UK Crossbows own bank so I can report them for using this account to scam people, I have informed the police and intend to take them to civil court - do not use these people as you are going to lose your money

The crossbow that I ordered came on time . Good service and would use this company again

Most unprofessional company I have dealt with 5 emails sent no rely and no confirmation of order dispatched it has been 14 days they are quick to take your money and useless as a company no telephone number avoid UK crossbow as all cost loads of better companies to use

Well a week on and still no communication with uk crossbows.co.uk I advise no one to use this business as 1 they don't contact you 2 they give a phone number that doesn't work and email don't even get opened,

But to make it worse there even getting people to put on fake reviews please take note I have contacted trading standards and they are looking in to this company so I will update you all a.s.a.p and then I'm going down the legal route to get my money back as this is a scam business. And if your the owner of uk. Crossbows reading this then why haven't you contacted me I've paid for my item I've sent you all my I.D that your website say is required but nothing from you and if you read back on reviews 7 days ago its said your a good business but ha I placed my order 9 days ago so why no contact or are these review fake as when I try to phone it just goes on voice mail no reply by email as your site tells people to contact you by email. So please explain what's going on ????

Products are fantastic, just need more variety

Not only was the service super fast, but for an 80lb bow that is quite fast as well. I certainly would not want to get shot with it. We use this small bow in our backyard and I would strongly urge anyone buying one to make sure you have a decent backstop. Don't use a wall, it will break your arrors. Don't use a piece of wood as you probably won't get them out or it will break your arrow. Always ensure you purchase extra arrows for when you hit said objects.

We thought of getting one of those 3d animal targets but we haven't got there yet as they're expensive but I am sure much more fun.

p.s. would I recommend this bow - absolutely.
