Fantastic customer service & product. Difficulties assembling.
I purchased a seat, monitor stand, and the TR120 V2, and overall I’m extremely happy with the setup.
The build process had a couple of minor hiccups, but nothing that wasn’t resolved quickly. Now that everything is assembled, the rig feels incredibly solid, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality sim racing setup. Delivery was also very fast once the items were back in stock.
One of the main TR120 boxes arrived with a hole in the corner, but thankfully all major components were intact. I was missing a small bag of bolts needed to attach the seat slider to the rig, and since this hardware isn’t available in my region, I reached out to customer support. Rose responded promptly and offered to either send the parts immediately or reimburse me. She was fantastic throughout the entire process—friendly, efficient, and very helpful—especially as this was my first sim rig build.
I also noticed a slight bit of flex in the middle connector bar (MCP-03) under heavy braking due to the lack of top middle connector plates. I was able to easily resolve this by repurposing my unused VESA monitor plates as brackets. It works perfectly now, but as a suggestion, including additional connector plates in the future would make an already great product even better.
Overall, a fantastic experience. Huge thanks to Rose and the Trak Racer team for the excellent support!

Recieved my tr8 damaged with paint missing in multiple spots. Customer service was only willing to give me a $80 in store credit. The cost to have these parts coated would cost the company more than that. As a company, I believe the payout should have been greater and not an in store credit as my product was already purchased and I would not need anything else. I could've been much more difficult and requested a full return/refund which at the wieght of the product would have been costly. I will not recommend or purchase another trakracer product.

Upon arrival built the whole thing and got a few hours into it before I had a warranty issue with the recliner seat I had bought from Trak Racer.
Contacted the warranties team and spoke to Danny who was exceptional at providing assistance with the return and continued to remain in contact and help me get everything sorted.
Definitely recommend the Trak Racer products as they are well built and strong as an ox.
Customer service and Shipping
I had made a simple mistake by spelling my email address incorrectly. However, when I contacted Trak Racer UK via email to find out what the status of my order was and queried why I hadn't received a confirmation email, they were quick to respond and resolved my issue by taking me through the relevant steps to resolve this. Furthermore, I order my seat on the 14th April and it arrived on the 16th April so this is by far the best shipping and delivery I have ever had for a piece of sim racing equipment. 100% would recommend and use their service again

Il doit y avoir deux Trak Racer. Une équipe qui expédie les produits à peine la commande passée puis une autre qui ne respecte pas les délais de précommande, ne prévient pas ses clients fidèles et qui en plus ment en promettant un remboursement qui n’arrive pas, malgré les promesses et qui ne répond même pas aux mails de réclamation. Le 2 février je précommande un produit (Order TREU54223) prévu être envoyé début mars. Fin mars, ne voyant rien arriver, je consulte le site : livraison maintenant prévue à partir de mi-juin. Pas de mail pour prévenir, j’apprends ça au détour du site. Je fais une réclamation via le site en demandant le remboursement. J’ai un mail d’excuses deux jours après en me disant que le produit est lait être remboursé entre 3 et 5 jours. Nous sommes à 10 jours, toujours rien malgré mon mail de relance. Pour moi cette marque est définitivement bannie (produit non conforme jamais remboursé en janvier 2025) et maintenant refus de rembourser 260 € pou un produit qui n’arrivera jamais. Belle société.
Après ce post du 13 ou 14 avril le problème semble être résolu (mail de Paypal ce jour me signalant le remboursement à venir). Ce qui veut dire que si on ne publie pas sur TrustPilot, le bon sens n’a que peu de chance de se faire entendre. Merci à ce site.

Gab A has been exceptional in keeping me posted on the product that I ordered, which was the Tr 160 v2. This is technically the third rig that I have ordered from TrakRacer, and all of them have performed as they should with the quality of product that we receive. I personally have the TRX v1, i've also purchased TR80 for a friend of mine in another state. And he absolutely loves it as well. The Tr 160 v2 is for my brother-in-law, who is getting into dirt racing and SIM Racing, for the first time ever! Thank you again Gab!

Then the cherry on top was the stock issue was fixed, the estimate of shipping given, all without a fuss or me having to chase anyone down which means more than people give credit for. 10/10 would recommend 👌
Seat slider issue
Had a faulty seat slider that wouldn’t lock. Rose responded to my initial email and all it took was for me to explain my issue and they sent out a replacement the next day. Very good customer service.
TrakRacer is not worth the money
Well, I did go online looking for reviews and i found a lot of different opinions on TrakRacer !
Here is mine !
After 2700$ around 50 pictures and over 40 emails please sim racers go buy somewhere else TrakRacer is not a communicator at all and is only in for the money
All packaging was damaged and pretty much every part has some paint chipped of and the quality of the coating/paint is really bad !
I had to call them because all they offered was 100 dollar store credit and it is a shame how these guys do business I should have probaply returned it all on Day one but I was to exited what my better half actually bought for me !
TrakRacer does not come back to you in there named time frame everything is automated so it takes a bit to get people on the phone , they have no idea what they do and how policies work it is a shame to ask for a shitload of money and then this kinda Drama !
Would I buy again TrakRacer ? NO !!!

My order TR88960 is not finished yet
My order TR88960 is not finished yet. The Simucube QR which was back ordered was supposed to be in stock on 2nd week of march and I haven’t yet got it. No email, no communication.
Also part of the order, which was a front mount for wheelbase was not compatible with my rig. I emailed multiple times for instructions to return the product and have not yet received any response too. Please take necessary steps.

Purchased the tr160 from ttak racer… let's just say avoid this company they dont care about their customers
Purchased the tr160 from ttak racer upon arriving it was missing tons of peices and had a ton of damage i reached out to them and for a week they sent me in circles asking me to provide pictures when I did multiple times each time a new rep would respond causing it to go back to sqaure one finally I was able to have them ship what was supposed to be missing from my order them parts arrived in a fedex box to be what looked like a 3rd party person not even trak racer branded and yet again the items arrived damaged due to neglectful packaging i reached out to them and spent another week back and forth trying to get this figured out they tried to offer me 120 reimbursment to my card or 150 store credit I told them that wasnt acceptable because at this point I was still missing peices and the unit wasnt functional and damaged they then tried to tell me they would offer 150 to my card or store credit I even asked about reimbursement on shipping becuase the stuff arrived damaged boxed destroyed why shouldnt I get full shipping back as well they claimed the shipping reimbursment was in the 150 dollar I told them that wasnt acceptable at all they still couldnt offer a solution would be days in between answering so I opened a PayPal dispute after opening paypal dispute they had so many days to reach out they waiting till last minute to keep it open I proved more info then somebody from trak racer reached out to me and said they would get the tr160 in and send me the peices I needed so I waited well parts came once again all damaged and no padding in between metal parts I reached out to them agian where it was a waiting game they finally reached back to me and said they have exhausted all their options and will return the tr160 I responded back its been another 2 days and still ko response they had until the 27th to respond to paypal before its closed and just now responded the 26th last minute just like they did the 19th but yet wont message me or work with me to get this issue resolved I would heavily suggest going elsewhere the customer service here is horrible and I wish I would have honestly read all the reviews and did more research before I ordered its been a month of back and forth with no resolve from this horrid company

This company has amazingly fast response times and always willing to be flexible even if the mistake is of the customers own doing. Great communication, customer service, and helpful support team. Rose who handled my case was extremely helpful and would love to attribute this 5 star review to her as she made my case of top importance which meant a lot to me.

Good products, but untruthul about shipping dates
I've ordered TR160S V5. It has very good quality and price. As a product, I fully recommend it, but I don't recommend their business practices.
The main issue is the delays with shipping. I've waited 4 weeks, and it cost me a lot of nerves. On their website, they say that it usually takes 1-2 days to ship, but it's far from reality. I would have given it 5 stars if they had told me from the beginning that I needed to wait 4 weeks. I emailed them, and their ETA was always - we're in the middle of preparing the order, and that process took 2 weeks.
Most of the negative feedback is not about the quality, but people getting frustrated by untrue shipping dates. Tell your clients the truth, and you will have much better reputation because the products are truly great.

looks like I am another victim of Track racer ordered £1200+ worth of equipment 14 days ago I've had no correspondence from Track racer and no delivery or delivery information Ticket Number Request #534097 bit more information trak racer have been in touch i was told the sim rig is not in stock when looking on the website it does say that the monitor stand I have ordered is currently out of stock But everything else is ready ship from southampton so I'm left not knowing anything not receiving any of the other stuff I've ordered and £1200+ out of pocket... I don't know how this has happened but it seems I know more about their stock than they do track racer have been in touch again and I am correct the SIM rig is available just the monitor stand is no longer available So really scratching my head now on how that one's happened when it was saying everything available everything ready to ship from Southampton when I placed the order what is going on with Track Racer More information meant to be having everything delivered today Except for the sim rig Even though I've been told the only thing missing from the order Was the monitor Stand so where's my sim rig I really don't understand Track Racer what they've said they shipped and what they actually shipped are two different things still missing a monitor stand but with everything else here at least I can see the funny side of it now 6/4/2026 Received An Email Today From Apple The Track Racer representative who has asked me to give a review today Even though this review has been up since the 25th of march The order was placed on the 12/3/26 receive the majority of the equipment 1/4/26 still waiting for the monitor stand 13/4/26 Received email from shipping company Hopefully we'll get the monitor stand tomorrow if not they've sent another Sim Rig lol the 160V that I have received is amazing very sturdy Great bit of kit if you can deal with a company that is being run out of someone's mum's basement (it's probably not But that's how it feels) then Track Racer have got good equipment at a reasonable price

Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Since the beginning I had very bad experience with TrakRacer.
When I ordered my TR160S V2 they messed up my order and sent me one package from the v2 and the second package from TR160 (without S).
Also the order was incomplete, the TR ONE V2 Base Kit mounting for Fanatec was missing!
I have ordered the Small Freestanding Single Monitor Stand and they sent me the big one.
On 11th of March I have ordered something which was in stock and is not shipped yet.
How long do they need to ship, some products which they have in stock, from Netherlands to Belgium?
I have contacted them and they said it will be shipped in 24 to 48 hours… 72 hours later the status is still Confirmed!
I am sorry I ever bought TrakRacer and hopefully I will never need it.

Finally, after 16 days since I placed the order and most probably because of this review, the order is now handled to FedEx".
Horrible customer service and shipping.
Ordered the tr120s v2, amazing cockpit.
But the customer service and shipping is absolutely horrible. Took almost 4 weeks to receive a partial of my order, not enough to use it. Then took 10 weeks to receive my complete order.
Takes 3 days to receive a response by email and calling is almost non optional.
They tell you one thing and then another.
I have to admit the product is great. I have happy the experience is over with that company.

When someone pays a company $2k, or any amount for that matter for a cockpit and attachments. I believe the company should value that customer a little more. We are the people that keep your company in business. Just seemed like as long as your company gets the money, the customers will get there product whenever. Waiting over 2 months for a complete order is absurd. Stop telling customers sorry and just do better, an apology means nothing when someone continues to do the same behavior...

6 Wochen Chaos, falsche Lagerangaben und miserabler Support – keine Empfehlung
Über Wochen hinweg extrem mühsam: ständiges Nachfragen, immer neue Unklarheiten und kaum brauchbare Rückmeldungen. Der gesamte Zeitraum war geprägt von Unsicherheit, viel Mailverkehr und dem Gefühl, dass man sich selbst um jede Information kümmern muss.

Ich habe am 11.01.2026 ein Sim Rig (TR120) bestellt – laut Shop war alles auf Lager.
Am 17.01. wurde mir dann plötzlich mitgeteilt, dass das Universal Mount für die Wheelbase doch nicht lieferbar ist. Auf meine Nachfrage hin stimmte ich einer Teillieferung zu, kurz darauf bekam ich sogar einen Anruf aus Australien mit der Info, dass eine Palette in den nächsten Tagen rausgeht.
Am 27.01. erhielt ich eine Sendungsnummer mit Zustellung zum 04.02. – große Vorfreude. Geliefert wurde nichts. Die Sendungsverfolgung blieb ohne Update, und auf mehrere Nachfragen bekam ich nur knappe Antworten, teilweise einfach nur erneut die bereits bekannte Sendungsnummer.
Am 10.02. hieß es dann plötzlich, jetzt sei alles am Lager und die Sendung würde sich bald aktualisieren – wieder passierte lange Zeit nichts. Erst am 25.02. kam eine konkrete Rückmeldung: Es wurde intern eine neue Bestellung erstellt, bei der erneut Teile nicht verfügbar waren (diesmal Sitz und Monitorhalter). Als „Lösung“ wurde mir ein *KOSTENLOSES* Upgrade auf das TR160 angeboten – gegen *AUFPREIS* für einen anderen Sitz. Das habe ich abgelehnt, da es mein Problem nicht gelöst hätte.
Ich habe daraufhin die Bestellung storniert. Die Stornierung wurde mir sogar schriftlich bestätigt, und mir wurde zugesichert, dass die Rückerstattung innerhalb von 3–5 Werktagen erfolgt. Auch das passierte nicht. Stattdessen hieß es plötzlich, die Stornierung müsse erst geprüft werden.
Am 09.03. bekam ich dann unerwartet eine Versandmail von FedEx. Daraufhin habe ich einen PayPal-Fall eröffnet weil ich ab diesem Zeitpunkt nur noch an BETRUG gedacht habe. Am 11.03. wurde tatsächlich ein Paket zugestellt – allerdings nicht das komplette Rig, sondern nur ein einzelnes Teil (ca. 15 kg, unklar welcher Bestandteil). Ich habe die Annahme verweigert.
Am 17.03. wurde mir dann mitgeteilt, dass eine Rückerstattung erst möglich sei, wenn ich den PayPal-Fall schließe – was nicht den Richtlinien entspricht und ebenfalls meiner Meinung nach versuchter Betrug war. Ich habe das abgelehnt. Am Ende wurde mir das Geld am 20.03. zurückerstattet.
Fazit: Über einen Monat Verzögerung, widersprüchliche Aussagen, mangelhafte Kommunikation und fragwürdiger Umgang mit der Rückerstattung. Ich bin extrem enttäuscht und kann vom Kauf nur abraten. Die als „lagernd“ gekennzeichneten Artikel sind es offenbar nicht, und der Support ist kaum hilfreich.
