Impossible de passez commande je demande la disponibilité d'un accesoire on me dit début avril je regarde début avril il et toujours pas en stock je refait un mail on me dit fin mai je regarde fin mai toujours pas en stock on me dit début juin et la on et début juin et toujours pas en stock entreprise pas sérieuse jamais de stock et vous ment quand il demande le stock

Appalling seller, paid, no communications for three weeks, not shipped, no response.

So I placed an order over the weekend, forgot an item. Emailed and asked for that order to be cancelled as I placed another order. I was told it was cancelled, refund initiated. Well it’s been 5 days, no sign of a refund, and zero response from customer service. 2/3 times I’ve dealt with this company has been awful.

Made my first of many orders from trakracer. Ordered a caster set was super hyped, Only issue was one of the brackets came in with no threads at all. Sent a message and pictures in of issues and was shortly after recieved and email back. Rose was more than helpful throughout the process. Did a great job. The shipped out my item quick and recieved great condition product. It felt like having an online pit crew.. lmaoo. But in all seriousness i Will continue to make them a first stop for my sim racing needs. Keep up the great work..

They order you around to return a product within 14 days.

They arranged a collection without any notification or email.

They've been silent for well over a week? Still no refund no contact . Completely ghosted.

Commande #TREU57958 passée le 24/05 pour un produit annoncé comme étant en stock.

Après plus d'une semaine, aucune expédition, aucune information concrète sur l'état de la commande et une communication extrêmement décevante. Lorsqu'un produit est affiché comme disponible, on s'attend à une expédition rapide ou, à défaut, à être informé d'un éventuel retard.

Face à l'absence de suivi et au manque de réactivité, j'ai finalement été contraint d'ouvrir une demande de remboursement via PayPal.

Mon principal reproche n'est pas tant le délai que le manque de transparence et de communication. En tant que client, il est difficile d'avoir confiance lorsqu'une entreprise encaisse le paiement mais ne fournit aucune information claire sur la livraison.

Je ne recommanderai pas cette société sur la base de mon expérience.

ÉDIT (j'ajoute 2 étoiles) : Après la publication de cet avis, la commande a finalement été expédiée aujourd'hui et rapidement livré.

En résumé, ne soyez pas pressé. Ne comptez ni sur les délais annoncés ni sur le service client, et attendez-vous à devoir patienter sagement.

Avoid Track Racer at all costs.

The customer service is absolutely awful. Emails either go unanswered or take forever to get a response, and there is no telephone number available to speak to anyone directly. Communication has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.

They are currently trying to place my order on hold despite me repeatedly telling them not to. No matter how many times I explain the situation regarding the delivery dates, they either do not listen or completely misunderstand what I am saying.

As a result, I am now waiting for a refund, but in typical Track Racer fashion, they are once again ignoring emails and failing to provide any updates. The lack of communication and customer support is unacceptable.

You expect better service when ordered 3.5k worth of sim racing gear!

Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and purchasing elsewhere.

I purchased a Trak Racer TR120S chassis through Sim Motion US a few weeks ago. At the time I ordered on Sim Motion, it did show it as a Pre-Order item. Even on Trak Racer's own site it was a pre-order item. Since I was also buying a motion system through Sim Motion, I also just went ahead with the purchase of the TR120S through Sim Motion. After a couple of weeks, the chasis was drop shipped to me straight from Trak Racer's warehouse in TX. I received 2 boxes, 1 at almost 30lbs and the second box a little over 40lbs. I was highly disappointed in the profiles. I don't know if they assemble the unit then take it apart before shipping, but there were multiple noticeable scratches from screws and brackets from where the rig was put together, and severe deep scratches on one of the S pieces. Also, I didn't receive the support brackets that go under the S pieces, AND I did not receive the Pedal Plate assembly. I originally gave this a 1 star review on Trak Racers site, but of course it wasn't published on their site. I have contacted Sim Motion to see if they can help me rectify the issue, and am still awaiting their response. I bumped this up to a 3 star, because once put together the chassis does seem like it could be very rigid, but without the pedal assembly, the front has no support. I hid the scratched pieces as best as I could, but for the price of a brand new unit, I got the equivalent of a Used unit. Needless to say, I should have listened to other reviews. I always like to give the benefit of a doubt but in this case it came back and bit me. This will be the last purchase I make of any Trak Racer Product. Just too much money to spend on what should be new products, but receive used pieces. And forgetting the Pedal Assembly? I get that mistakes happen, but that's one of the main supporting structures for this rig, especially since they claim it is ready for a motion setup.

Edit: Sim Motion has been Great. They contacted Trak Racer and have made sure that issues will be taken care of. The Team at trak Racer reached out to me today and stated "so your missing the S brackets supports?" They never mentioned the whole Pedal Plate Assembly. I reminded them in a reply of needing both the support brackets and the whole Pedal plate assembly. Will update as we go along on this little trip. Though, I will say, the US Team from Trak Racer didn't even acknowledge the poor state of the profiles sent to me. The main Trak Racer guy that first emailed me from Australia did.

Update 6.15.2026
So, the missing pedal plate assembly was not Trak Racers fault, there was a price discrepancy on the store front on Sim Motions site to that of Trak Racers. Trak Racer did come through for me though, with the help of Mr Darin from Sim Motion. They sent me another complete chasis, with a pedal plate because of the poor state the first chasis arrived to me in. The email communication with both Trak Racer and Sim Motion has been top notch, and I don't think I would be afraid to order from them again seeing that they were fairly quick to respond and eager to make the situation right.

I ordered 10 days ago a setup which was AVAILABLE and "Delivered in 10 days". 10 days passed and they still haven't sent the package out of warehouse. Very Disappointed
I contacted them the 22nd may, the answered immediately. Then they stopped answering my mails.
I'll update the reviews when (if) the order will arrive

Everything has been shipped. They apologised for being late

Unfortunately my TR80s was delayed due to supplier issues, but rose helped me throughout the entire thing. She was absolutely amazing and did as much as she could to make sure my stuff came on time!

I accidentally ordered a TR40S instead of a TR80S racing simulator. I contacted them less than 1 hour after placing the order — on a weekend — asking to either swap the model and pay the difference, or simply cancel.

They replied saying they would look into it. That was the last I heard from them.

No follow-up. No resolution. No cancellation. As far as I can tell, the order hasn't even shipped yet, so there was a window to fix this — but apparently their order management isn't capable of handling a basic request made within the hour of purchase.

I'm now likely going to receive a product I didn't want and pay expensive shipping on top of it. If this is how they handle a simple pre-shipment change, I don't want to imagine what a warranty claim or return would look like.

This company is the worst. They make you wait MONTHS to send you the rigs. Then you get the wrong parts / missing parts. You contact customer supports they take WEEKS to answer you. After you receive your missing parts YOU STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THE DELIVERY HAHAHA. Just go to the competence I bet in aliexpress you can find something better and more professional.

PD: Don't let you fool you by the "Alpine" stuff

Very disappointing experience with Track Racer. They mentioned the items would be shipped within 7–10 days, but after more than a month I still had not received most of the parts. Communication was extremely poor and many emails/messages went unanswered.
At some point, I honestly started feeling like I was dealing with a scam company. I finally gave up waiting, purchased the missing parts myself from Amazon, and had to open a claim through my credit card company.
The products may look good online, but the shipping delays, missing parts, and lack of customer support made this a very frustrating experience. Buyers should be very careful before ordering.

I purchased an item on back order. It did not ship on the expected date so I contacted Track Racer and received a prompt reply and regular updates afterwords. The product (a Flight Seat) eventually arrived in good condition and was easily mounted on my old Volair Sim chassis. Thank you Track Racer (and especially CS Rose) for a great product and great customer service.

I cannot recommend Trak Racer highly enough! I originally ordered a TR120S V2 in black, but realized it was on backorder. Since I was hoping to get the rig set up for an upcoming long weekend, I reached out to support to check for alternatives.

Rose from customer support handled my request, and she was an absolute legend! She modified my order to the blue model the exact same day. On top of that, she was proactive enough to double-check my selection of wheel mounts to ensure everything was compatible and that I hadn't made a mistake.

The order was dispatched immediately and arrived super fast. Everything was included, the build looks amazing, and the service was 10/10 from start to finish. I’ve already placed my next order with them.

He recibido el producto y faltan piezas , y no se si es que se hacen los tontos pero llevo 2 meses mandando correos que no sirven para nada. Yo me pensaría en volver a comprar .

Ho ordinato il 120s v2 rig e staffe per sedile il 9 aprile 2026 (tutti “ready to ship”), mi sono arrivati due pacchi su quattro dopo 10 giorni con anche dei pezzi mancanti i quali mi sono stati mandanti circa un mese dopo (pagando anche 18€ di tasse), da qual momento è iniziato un incubo con il Customer service perché gli altri due pacchi non venivano spediti, alla fine sono stati bloccati per DUE MESI, dopo l’ennesimo tentativo di contatto tramite Facebook si sono decisi a crearmi l’ordine sostitutivo (6 giugno) con anche un piccolo regalo (guanti) per alleviare il disguido causato.
Magazzino e Customer service non si parlano, risposte standard con scuse preimpostate anche dopo 30/40 giorni che il tracking è bloccato, se il tracking è bloccato da 40 giorni c’è un problema no ? Non si può continuare a sperare che vengano spediti. È inaccettabile. Hanno dato la colpa a FedEx ma secondo me il corriere non era responsabile per niente, tutte le spedizioni da quando FedEx ha ricevuto il pacco sono andate benissimo, si vede che i pacchi non sono mai stati affidati al corriere.
Alla fine ho avuto tutto il mio ordine il giorno 17 giugno 2026, 70 GIORNI dopo l’ordine.
La qualità del prodotto è ottima sono soddisfatto ma sarà difficile tornare a ordinare da loro dopo questa esperienza.

I ordered the tr40s cockpit, entry level mount, and seat slider. Of course the instructions were a bit of a mess, but i think trak racer sent me amazing quality products that are built to last! First racing rig for me and im glad it was trak racer! The cockpit took me (all alone) about 6 hours to completely set up with the wheel and pedals. The shipping and delivery were extremely fast, ordered friday at 2am received monday at 11am. You have gained a customer for life! Thank you trak racer.

My son loves it...a Great product. Very well made and is expandable.
