I ordered a Moza R5 bundle which was at a good price (compared to other shops).
I think in general, prices here are quite good.
At the end i had to return/ refund, because the set didn't work as expected (a lot of noise; grinding and rattling).
I really didn't like it and wouldn't recommend Moza, better buy something more sophisticated/ well made, produced in Europe or something comparable (not China!).
Anyway, I rate this shop at 5 stars because I received great help and support, which for me is very important.
I always got answers to my questions very fast and there was no trouble in sending it back and so on. I am grateful for that!

Mijn Simagic Alpha Evo bleek na onderzoek een defect moederbord te hebben. Na melding en controle werd het probleem snel erkend, en nog dezelfde week kreeg ik al een nieuw exemplaar toegestuurd. Van probleem naar oplossing in minder dan 5 dagen — snelle en correcte garantieafhandeling waar je als klant echt vertrouwen uit haalt. Erg tevreden over hoe dit is opgelost 👍🏁

Great shop
Bought the Moza stalks since they were sold out at all local stores and they were 20 euros cheaper here, everything was fine, the shipping times were a bit too long but that was to be expected considering I ordered around Christmas and there weren't many business days between my order and the shipping date. Great experience overall, would absolutely buy again from them.

Used Moza R12 KS Bundle Delivered as “New” – Resolved
I ordered a Moza R12 wheelbase and KS wheel from Simrace Webshop BV (simraceshop dot eu), advertised as brand‑new products. Unfortunately, the items I received showed clearly visible signs of prior use, including cosmetic marks and wear. I documented everything with photos immediately after unboxing.
While the shop acknowledged the issue, they offered a 10% refund. Since the products were not delivered in the condition described, I requested to return the items for a full refund, including the original shipping costs, and asked for a prepaid return label. At this point, I am still waiting for confirmation that they will cover the return shipping and refund the full amount.
I fully understand that mistakes can happen, but receiving used goods when paying for new ones is disappointing, especially with high‑value sim racing equipment.
If the shop resolves the situation by providing a prepaid return label and refunding the full purchase price, I will update this review to reflect a positive outcome.
Update: Got return label and 4 weeks later purchase cancelation via Klarna confirmed. Some positive finally, but still a lot of effort from my side.

Naast de uitgebreide tijd die ze voor je nemen aan de telefoon om zaken uit te leggen bellen ze je ook gewoon terug als je ze even niet te pakken krijgt! Erg vriendelijk personeel met kennis van wat ze verkopen.
Daarnaast kwam ik gisteren erachter dat de Fanatec base welke ik gekocht had vorige week vrijdag gisteren ineens 200 euro in prijs was gedaald. Een mailtje met de vraag voor een oplossing was voldoende om de 200 euro teruggestort te krijgen en ook dit weer keurig en snel gecommuniceerd!
Dit vind ik de momenten waarop een winkel zijn ware klantvriendelijkheid laat zien terwijl ze dat niet verplicht zijn!
