I have bought from trak racer a few times before and never had any problems, I live in the UK and from making any order, my items come packaged well and within 3-4 days, which is great. However, this time I ordered Simucube 2 pro bundle with tahko GT 21 wheel, with an extension ( 150 mm ) and TR-One Universal Direct Fit Wheel Mount. After a Few days I've noticed that the extension can not be fitted onto my wheel and I have contacted their customer service and it's been over a week now without getting anywhere closer to resolving this.
I have sent pictures over and explained that what I have physically in front of me does not match what I need to have ( from pictures and videos they have sent me ) to make this right. I am behind frustrated now and annoyed and honestly considering to return all of it, just based on the customer service and never buy from them again. Just coz you send me A reply does make it right and telling me you don't like my tone! I wasn't rude and only explained that I am frustrated at this point because you're telling you have shown My pictures to Your specialist and all I need to do is to fit, which isn't correct. I really don't know what to do now and further purchased a 70 mm spacer hoping that would help, but I am not sure at this point. When looking at the back of the wheel and the hub, it is different to what it looks like on the website of pictures sent to me. My quick release doesn't have the star studed pattern that is advertised on their website for Simucube 2 quick release.
What frustrates me the most is that there isn't any one to call and explain this and replies take days on end. How is it that it's now 10 days + since the original enquiry and I haven't got any further and still have the same issue! I have shown them what I have purchased and given order numbers. sKU codes, to make sure they see what I have ordered, they should have known what I have in front of me and that it does not match with the the quick release in videos and photos. Further more, it is not clear on the website when buying it to make sure you have all the right parts. ( When choosing the bundle and extension )
What I would really appreciate at this point, given how much I have spent, is for trak racer to send me a Free quick release or at least discounted it to help make this right. Again, because what is attached to the wheel is not the same as what the quick release looks like on website.
And the extension can not be mounted directly to the wheel, I have taken the wheel off to see the fitment but extension does not fit.

Since my last post 08/05/26
One of the screws on the tahko GT 21 wheel got slightly damaged and I was able to use the extension that I have bought for it. I also got extra extension from the trak racer and another 70 mm spacer from eBay to try and fit the extension on the wheel. And in the process of doing it one of the screws got damaged. I contacted trakracer and they were kind enough to refund me the wheel but not exchange it directly. After long going back and forth they have done this and I have further purchased conspit round wheel from them and was able to fit it onto the extension. Although the initial contact and going back and forth had been long, trakracer has admitted that due to their staff not being fully trained and website not having clear enough information, I was able to get a refund and purchase a new wheel which I'm so happy with. Thanks again trakracer, happy to see that things got resolved.

I wanna start by saying this company is top notch very good communication fast shipping and every part Ive received was nothing but amazing. I would recommend this company anyday to anyone looking.5 stars and again thankyou for everything.

Ordered a TR40s rig with add-ons. Unfortunately, the initial shipment was missing the seat slider, and instead had a couple of other parts I did not order. I contacted customer support and Bryan E. was incredibly helpful, he shipped the missing part very quickly. I wasn't able to finish the build for a while, and when I went to check the new part there was a manufacturing defect with it. Even though it was months from my original order, Bryan E. helped ship a replacement part for free very quickly. Really top-notch customer service, I felt like they really cared about my experience as a customer.

Overall, even though I had some bad luck I would highly recommend TrakRacer. As for the TR40s, it's a fantastic rig for the price. No discernible flex, everything is quite solid and reasonably easy to build. Highly recommended!

Needed updated mounting equipment for my DD wheel base on my Alpine TRX.

Danny M and the Trak Racer team were able to send me the parts in a timely manner, only charging me for shipping.

Parts fit well as expected and overall this was a hassle-free and pleasant experience.

I had a great experience with Track Racer customer support. They responded quickly to my request and were very helpful in assisting me with a product change. The team was polite, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. Everything was handled smoothly, and I really appreciated how easy they made it. Overall, excellent service and support.

I ordered my first racing rig a couple weeks ago in Europe (TR80s). So far, it has been amazing! Extremely rigid, lots of adjustment and a blast to assemble. After ordering, two items were placed on pre-order. One of which was not labeled as such on their website. I emailed support for this and they responded within an hour. They resolved everything with minimal additional cost (a single extra seat bracket for a seat I had laying around), and were very polite. Overall, I am over the moon about the support team! One point of critic are the manuals. For both the seat slider and the support bracket they had no manual available at the time (on their website). They do say you can contact support for this, which I did not do as I was able to figure out assembly. In the future I will definitely order here again!

My order is out in the wild and the team has no way to know what’s going on. UPS delivery has been shipped back to sender before it could reach my country. Now I receive an email once in a while from the team that they still haven’t received any information from the order. This joke is going on since the 27 February 2026. The customer support team is of no real help and does not provide any solution. Only reason there are 2 stars is that I receive an email once in a while. I would not recommend. I live in Switzerland which should not be difficult to deliver to.

To this day, 27th of may, my order is still not there. Every other day I get an email from a lady telling me she is awaiting more information from relevant teams. I mean… come on. Now I asked for a refund and they are also waiting for more information from relevant teams to refund me. I really hoped I went for next level racing or fanatec instead of this brand. This look like a scam!

Generally pleased with the purchase. This company is all about the looks more than the quality of their rigs. As noted across the web, the instructions are useless, out of date to latest versions and the quality of paint is low. First impressions are everything and all my shipping boxes looked like they were rolled end over end across multiple continents to get here and lost rigidity due to moisture or high humidity storage. Generally everything arrived in decent shape. All profile was good with minimal machining faults, but the Asetek base mount came with over a 4 inch chip of paint in the bag. Trak Racer took care of this immediately (in time for Christmas morning) and charged nothing. I wouldn't have been able to build a better rig doing DIY, but pretty pricey all in one solution with a ton of user quality gaps. It is clear they care the most about pushing new designs and marketing with big names like Alpine then providing the best useability experience for their customer (just because Trak racer is the official partner, doesn't mean Alpine came to them because of their superior product, it's a marketing relationship only). Their catalog approach is fine for me, I get everyone's gripe but it makes sense. Everything is a part number and everything comes from China in a box for that part number, so they don't need to worry about special skus/logistics challenges.

I purchased a seat, monitor stand, and the TR120 V2, and overall I’m extremely happy with the setup.

The build process had a couple of minor hiccups, but nothing that wasn’t resolved quickly. Now that everything is assembled, the rig feels incredibly solid, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality sim racing setup. Delivery was also very fast once the items were back in stock.

One of the main TR120 boxes arrived with a hole in the corner, but thankfully all major components were intact. I was missing a small bag of bolts needed to attach the seat slider to the rig, and since this hardware isn’t available in my region, I reached out to customer support. Rose responded promptly and offered to either send the parts immediately or reimburse me. She was fantastic throughout the entire process—friendly, efficient, and very helpful—especially as this was my first sim rig build.

I also noticed a slight bit of flex in the middle connector bar (MCP-03) under heavy braking due to the lack of top middle connector plates. I was able to easily resolve this by repurposing my unused VESA monitor plates as brackets. It works perfectly now, but as a suggestion, including additional connector plates in the future would make an already great product even better.

Overall, great rig with some issues that were easy enough to fix. Huge thanks to Rose and the Trak Racer team for the excellent support!

Recieved my tr8 damaged with paint missing in multiple spots. Customer service was only willing to give me a $80 in store credit. The cost to have these parts coated would cost the company more than that. As a company, I believe the payout should have been greater and not an in store credit as my product was already purchased and I would not need anything else. I could've been much more difficult and requested a full return/refund which at the wieght of the product would have been costly. I will not recommend or purchase another trakracer product.

Ordered a full kit TR160s

Upon arrival built the whole thing and got a few hours into it before I had a warranty issue with the recliner seat I had bought from Trak Racer.

Contacted the warranties team and spoke to Danny who was exceptional at providing assistance with the return and continued to remain in contact and help me get everything sorted.

Definitely recommend the Trak Racer products as they are well built and strong as an ox.

I had made a simple mistake by spelling my email address incorrectly. However, when I contacted Trak Racer UK via email to find out what the status of my order was and queried why I hadn't received a confirmation email, they were quick to respond and resolved my issue by taking me through the relevant steps to resolve this. Furthermore, I order my seat on the 14th April and it arrived on the 16th April so this is by far the best shipping and delivery I have ever had for a piece of sim racing equipment. 100% would recommend and use their service again

Il doit y avoir deux Trak Racer. Une équipe qui expédie les produits à peine la commande passée puis une autre qui ne respecte pas les délais de précommande, ne prévient pas ses clients fidèles et qui en plus ment en promettant un remboursement qui n’arrive pas, malgré les promesses et qui ne répond même pas aux mails de réclamation. Le 2 février je précommande un produit (Order TREU54223) prévu être envoyé début mars. Fin mars, ne voyant rien arriver, je consulte le site : livraison maintenant prévue à partir de mi-juin. Pas de mail pour prévenir, j’apprends ça au détour du site. Je fais une réclamation via le site en demandant le remboursement. J’ai un mail d’excuses deux jours après en me disant que le produit est lait être remboursé entre 3 et 5 jours. Nous sommes à 10 jours, toujours rien malgré mon mail de relance. Pour moi cette marque est définitivement bannie (produit non conforme jamais remboursé en janvier 2025) et maintenant refus de rembourser 260 € pou un produit qui n’arrivera jamais. Belle société.

Après ce post du 13 ou 14 avril le problème semble être résolu (mail de Paypal ce jour me signalant le remboursement à venir). Ce qui veut dire que si on ne publie pas sur TrustPilot, le bon sens n’a que peu de chance de se faire entendre. Merci à ce site.

Gab A has been exceptional in keeping me posted on the product that I ordered, which was the Tr 160 v2. This is technically the third rig that I have ordered from TrakRacer, and all of them have performed as they should with the quality of product that we receive. I personally have the TRX v1, i've also purchased TR80 for a friend of mine in another state. And he absolutely loves it as well. The Tr 160 v2 is for my brother-in-law, who is getting into dirt racing and SIM Racing, for the first time ever! Thank you again Gab!

Fantastic customer service. They assisted with a stock issue amazingly. Alternatives offered, timely responses and great attitude throughout. Then the cherry on top was the stock issue was fixed, the estimate of shipping given, all without a fuss or me having to chase anyone down which means more than people give credit for. 10/10 would recommend 👌
