Purchased an expensive headset for my boyfriend in December for his Birthday present. Within a couple months it was broken due to a faulty connector. Emailed a week ago and no reply not even an acknowledgement. Really disappointed wouldn't recommend ordering from here.

Repeat customer, with SimRacer UK, they always have stock that they say they have, they must package and deal with DPD right away apon receiving the order, DPD let them down a bit, on transit, nothing to do with SimRacer UK, that acted swiftly and their customer service is so quick so responsive, they are just so professional, no tickets, no waiting this is how to run a business, outstanding, am going to be upgrading my actual rig, and SimRacer UK will be my first stop.

My first contact with SimRacer uk was a lengthy email with many questions, they responded quickly and were to the point regarding my questions and remained very helpful throughout the process, my order was processed quickly and efficiently and was delivered next day, packed well. Very happy customer and will be returning for a few more items I need to finish off my rig when funds allow, buy with confidence these guys will look after you, great service.

Looking for a moza r21 ultra, not a lot of companies had them in the UK, SimRacer UK had them, hadn't ordered from them before, went on trust pilot reviews looked good, so pulled the trigger worth £700, well its been a breeze dealing with SimRacer UK, from using their on line system, to them processing my and actually sending my package, I was in contact with them, and Oliver was so quick to reply, professional is an under statement, for them well done guys first class business, an absolute dream to buy from, ohh and they also followed up with an email asking if everthing went OK, fantastic look I could go on and on, feel safe and secure buying from them I will again.

I asked for some advice on a product to add to my pedals. I noticed a squeaky spring. Not only did I get a clear and helpful response but the team went out their way to order additional springs from the manufacturer and send me out a free one to try without hesitation.

I have typically been very particular of who I order from with sim racing equipment. However, I will probably only use SimRacer UK moving forward as I have yet to find a downfall. They have the best prices especially when combining delivery charges. They go beyond what is required when it comes to customer service. They have extremely fast delivery for a very reasonable price.

I ordered a Simagic Alpha Evo bundle, but had to cancel it last minute. Their customer service was amazing and recalled the order even though it had already been dispatched, and gave me a full refund. Will definitely order from here the next time I get a chance.

Good price, Quick postage and good quality

To this date I have not received my order.

This was supposed to be delivered on the 24th February. It is now 2nd March.

Apparently DPD have lost it so that isn’t Simracers fault. The part that is their fault is that they should not allow their customers to be without their order for this long.

Simracer should have sent a replacement and taken this issue up with DPD. I fail to see why I should be the one to wait this amount of time for my paid for item.

Come on Simracer, sort this problem out in a more professional manner.

So after reading your reply why have you not continue to keep me updated. After all I am your customer not DPD.

Your system invited this review so what did you expect me to say under these circumstances?.

You also do not have a direct phone number on your site. Thus the only way to contact you is by raising a ticket that does not give an immediate reply.

My contract of sale is with you not DPD. So why am I waiting for resolution on the basis of an answer from a third party?.

If the lovely people at DPD actually found the time to find my order and it was subsequently delivered to me I would have the decency to return it to you so you would not be at a loss after sending a replacement.

The power unit for my wheelbase stopped working after only a few uses (not the suppliers fault). I contacted Sim Racer UK and explained the situation and some brief troubleshooting I had done. They replied within a very short time and immediately sent a new power cable out which arrived the next day. Very impressed with the responsiveness and resolution

No real issues. Item arrived a day late because of a problem at the courier but I got an alert to tell me that. Correct item, packaged well. Thanks

Great products sold at a competitive price, quick delivery and fantastic communication and customer service.

Easy ordering and good communication. Quick to respond to an issue I raised regarding the 300GT wheel, had a full understanding of the product and resolved my issue.

Very happy so far with the Conspit Ares 12nm base, 300GT and 310 Apex wheels. Enjoying the big upgrade from my old Thrustmaster T300.
