Arnaque au remboursement 70 € . Comme tout le monde plusieurs photos de l'étiquette déchirée de la boîte et cela n'est jamais bon. Très très déçu. Je ne recommanderais plus jamais samsung.

Arnaque, Samsung Smart TV remboursement de 100euros j'ai envoyé les justificatifs soit disant ils ne sont pas visibles.

Wat een ongelooflijk waardeloos bedrijf! ivm aanschaf TAB S 10 FE promotie Airbuds3 aangevraagd, tot 3 keer toe fotos van Imei aangeleverd. 2x gebeld en hierbij wordt 2 keer een andere instructie aangegeven. Uiteindelijk via de link in de mail moeten Whatsappen, dit lukt niet want in de mail staat een ongeldig (oud) whatsapp nummer.... Samsung; waar zijn jullie in vredes naam mee bezig?!?! inmiddels ben ik al 3 uur bezig met registreren van mijn Tab, die Airbuds had ik met de verloren tijd zelf kunnen kopen!

J'ai refait 2 fois la procédure en tenant compte des consignes. Rien n'y fait : refus de la photo et du mail validant ma commande. Tout est fait pour compliquer la demande et se dire qu'on a été berné. Ne pas faire confiance à annonce.Ne respecte pas les clients

Na het lezen van alle reviews hier was ik vooraf wat sceptisch over het hele aanvragen van gratis product. Aanvraag ingediend na aanschaf van een Samsung HW-Q930F. Na een week was de aanschaf goedgekeurd, nog een week later een Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite ontvangen. Geen enkel probleem mee gehad, aanvraag is snel verwerkt en opgestuurd zonder problemen

Via KPN een Samsung S25 Ultra gekocht met daarbij de aanbieding een Samsung Watch 8. Tot dusver geen Watch 8 ontvangen. Wel veel chat verkeer met virtual assistances - Romy, Sam,Jer, Shenel,Shanker, Brit, etc, etc - die allemaal van elkaar het gesprek overnemen en je daarmee met kul-vragen aan het lijntje houden. Bellen met Samsung Nederland heeft geen zin want tijdens het gesprek wordt de haak er op gegooid. MISLEIDIING & OPLICHTERIJ! In mijn geval vind ik dat ook KPN haar verantwoordelijkheid moet nemen.

J'ai acheté en ligne sur le site d'Orange le 01/11/2025 en même temps que mon cousin un Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge avec abonnement parce qu'il y avait une tablette Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 offerte à l'achat du téléphone parce que la tablette m'intéresse fortement pour lire mes webtoons quand je vais à l'hôpital et le cashback était valable jusqu'au 02/11/2025 et personnellement sans l'offre de la tablette, je n'aurais jamais acheté le Samsung S25 Edge, comme je devais quand même changer de téléphone, j'en aurais pris un moins cher et aujourd'hui mon cousin vient d'avoir un message par mail de Samsung suite à la participation pour le cashback pour la tablette et Samsung lui a refusé le cashback avec le motif que la date d'achat sur la facture dépassait la date des conditions de la promotion du cashback et c'est pareil pour moi, Orange a indiqué sur la facture d'achat la date du 04/11/2025 pour la commande sur leur site, sauf que j'ai passé ma commande et je les ai payés le 01/11/2025, alors il est sûr que je vais aussi avoir un refus de la part de Samsung pour le cashback de la tablette, alors je n'ai pas attendu le refus de Samsung et j'ai directement écrit un mail au gestionnaire de l'ODR et au SPF Économie pour révéler la technique commerciale malhonnête.

Suite à cela, j'ai fait des recherches sur des forums et j'ai découvert beaucoup d'histoires similaires à celle de mon cousin et moi et j'en ai déduit qu'à chaque fois qu'il y avait une promotion cashback avec Samsung et un opérateur téléphonique, la personne achète le téléphone dans les deux derniers jours de la promotion, qui tombe comme par hasard un weekend, ce qui fait que si la personne achète le téléphone durant le weekend en ligne sur le site de l'opérateur, au final la personne se retrouvera d'office avec une facture qui indiquera une date de commande du lundi ou mardi qui suivent et comme par hasard juste après la date de fin du cashback.

Stel oplichters zijn het rn je doet er niks tegen, ook ik voldoe aan de voorwaarden maar ze wijzen gewoon af, heb deze S25+ helaas al gekocht maar als ie over paar jaar vervangen wordt.... ik sterf nog liever dan dat ik ooit nog ook maar één product koop van Samsung

I haven't even opened the phone yet because I'm generally wary of "promotions " where they don't just send it to you with your purchase.
This is a scam on all levels, they have no intention to supply the watch, it's a ploy to sell. Not only illegal but morally wrong.
Shame on you Samsung, here's another family of customers going to Apple now. They might be morally inept too but there's no way I'm staying with Samsung. I will even research new makes in case they have an affiliation with Samsung, even if they're neighbours; they're not getting my money!

Took a while to locate the claims website and file a claim. When reward email arrived, forced to download Samsung wallet and then the claim page didn't work on the phone and on PC the virus software says the claims site is unsafe and strongly advises against using it. Why does Samsung operate this sort operation, putting their company reputation at risk?

J'ai acheté une montre samsung WATCH 8 le 03/10/2025. Il y avait une offre de remboursement de 50 euros du 1 oct au 16 novembre 2025. Depuis j'éssaiede participer à l'offre , et cela me met "offre invalide".
J'ai contacté SAMSUNG par whatsapp et par téléphone, qui me répond que c'est pour bientôt.... C'est une offre pour inciter les consommateurs à acheter, mais qui n'existe pas. Au final, j'ai découpé ma boite pour remplir le dossier, pour rien.
C'est la dernière fois que j'achete samsung.

Ook coolblue begrijpt het niet maar doen er ook niets mee behalve promoten op hun website....... samsung wijst naar coolblue en andersom.... Proberen drempels op te werpen en blijven af wijzen. Als ik dit had geweten had ik die telefoon niet gekocht. Voel een evt. Rechtszaak aankomen want hier laat ik het zeker niet bij zitten

Nu ruim 4 weken bezig met aanvraag Samsung Watch 7 . Maar nog steeds afgewezen op foto's van I-mei code. Bij ons is de code duidelijk zichtbaar maar bij Samsung Promotie niet !?!?

£60 cashback offer on buds3 pro. The offer was a good offer and did influence my purchase. I bought online from Argos. We live in an online society these days all my day to day tech is inside my phone. I have no laptop or computer. Argos send you an email receipt. This was not good enough for Samsung so first hoop track down a VAT receipt. Went to Argos they printed the email they sent me saying that will fix it. No it didn't. After several hoops hidden away in some dark corners of the Argos website you can find a VAT receipt. So this was sent to Samsung. All good. Then after some time and several follow up emails the pre paid virtual card arrived in my email. Could only be added to Samsung wallet though ( I use Google pay daily so easy) so more hoops download Samsung wallet several verified emails and several talks with a bot ( Samsung don't appear to be big on humans for customer service) I did eventually get the card into the wallet! I now need to spend the money no idea if that will be more hoops why they couldn't not simply knock £60 off the price? Or do a bank transfer is beyond me. Way to over complicated and certainly would not use an offer like this to buy Samsung again. Keep it simple guys

Vos promotions c'est de la foutaise. ARNAQUE Pour une enseigne comme SAMSUNG c'est triste. Vous faites des promos pour appâter le client. Vous considérez ça comme un jeu. A qui la plus belle capture d'écran. Rien ne va jamais. Samsung est nul avec ses clients.

Malgré un dossier très bien rempli et renvoi de photo carton déchiré à 3 reprises, on me répond photo manquante, aucun recours, c'est abusé avec toutes les factures !!! Dans le délai, cela devrait être interdit ! Télé avec abonnement orange.. .je n' achèterai pas de téléphone.

I am writing this not just as a formal complaint, but as an urgent warning to any consumer considering purchasing a Samsung product. My recent experience with a promotional offer has exposed what I can only describe as a calculated, fraudulent scam designed to mislead and defraud customers.

My ordeal began after I purchased a new phone Galaxy S25 FE, attracted by a promotion for free gifts. When I submitted my claim, providing all the correct information, Samsung's promotional support team denied it, offering the pathetic and transparent lie that the "details I have provided do not match the retailer's records." This is a disgraceful falsehood, designed to avoid honouring their own advertised offer.

When I challenged this decision and pointed out that a quick search online reveals a significant and growing number of customers reporting this exact same scam, the tone from Samsung's team became increasingly personal and spiteful. Instead of addressing the issue, they chose to attack me for questioning their process.

The situation has now escalated to an unbelievable level. Because I persisted in my legitimate attempts to claim what I was owed, Samsung has informed me that I am indefinitely banned for life from all their promotions, accusing me of "fraud." Let me be clear: I was accused of fraud for trying to redeem an offer they used to sell me their product in the first place. This is not only insulting but defamatory.
As a direct result of this insulting and illegal treatment, the new phone is being returned immediately. I will never, under any circumstances, purchase another Samsung product again. You have lost a customer for life.

Furthermore, I am making it my mission to ensure this experience is widely publicised. I will be strongly encouraging my friends, family, and my many followers on social media to boycott your brand entirely. I am also producing a detailed video for YouTube that will expose how Samsung is acting illegally, using false advertising to lure customers with the full intention of never honouring the offer for a significant percentage of submissions. This is calculated mis-selling.

Formal complaints have already been submitted to the UK Trading Standards Authority and the retail partner, who are now investigating this matter.
Do not be fooled by Samsung's advertising. Their promotional offers appear to be a sham, and if you dare to question their fraudulent practices, they will resort to insults and punishment.

Nous avons acheté un smartphone et une montre connectée Samsung! déjà en Samsung impossible de mettre un contrôle parental le Smartphone ne reconnait pas les dates de naissance, logiciel mal codé ( vu par un ingénieur informatique) d'autre part l'offre de remboursement pour la montre connectée sur le site Samsung réponse du site en rouge (cette promotion n'est pas encore publiée) Nous sommes au 20/10/2025 et se termine au 16 Novembre 2025 c'est donc délibéré pour ne pas rembourser ou très peu de personne j'apelle cela une arnaque
