It is totally a scam. I purchased 2 car clothes at £34 but I end up paying £53! They added something called "the shipment protect fee" and "delivery cost" which make up this charge. I found that it is a scam once I found that the incorrect amount of money has been taken without my permission. I immediately contact the company but they refused to refund back to me, claiming that they have already shipped out the order, it is completely a fake story as I wrote to them and asked for a refund right after I found that it is a scam. They refused to let me know the way I can refund. I contact Paypal which is the channel of my payment and asking them to intervene. DON'T BUY FROM THEM, IT IS 100% A SCAM!!!

Bei der Lieferung sollte Zoll erhoben werden, was abgelehnt worden ist.
Angeblich ist die Rücksendung nie angekommen
Regelung mit Nano sparkle war nicht möglich
Das Ganze kann nur als betrügerisches Geschäft eingestuft werden

Nano Sparkle!Auch ich bin leider auf diese betrügerische Firma hereingefallen und versuche, das zu Unrecht abgebuchte Geld zurück zu bekommen!
Anstatt € 26,64 wurden mir zusätzlich € 111,06 für nicht bestellte Artikel abgebucht!
Ich habe die Annahme des Paketes verweigert und seit 14.11.2025 ist das Paket - laut DHL - auf dem Rückweg.
Angeblich ist das Paket nach 4 Monaten!! noch nicht bei NanoSparkle eingetroffen! Auf dem Hinweg nach Deutschland war die Sendung 14 Tage unterwegs!
Einen Nachforschungsantrag stellt NanoSparkle bei DHL aber nicht, obwohl ich mehrmals darauf hingewiesen habe! Deshalb glaube ich nicht, dass es noch nicht wieder beim Absender eingetroffen ist!
Sollte das Paket unterwegs verloren gegangen sein, dann würde NanoSparkle ja von DHL den Rechnungsbetrag ersetzt bekommen.
Ich habe jetzt selbst bei DHL angefragt, bin gespannt auf die Antwort.
Hat denn schon jemand eine Anzeige wegen Betruges gegen diese anscheinend kriminelle Firma erstattet?
Wenn ja, wurde das von den zuständigen Stellen weiter verfolgt und was ist dabei herausgekommen?
Sobald ich Auskunft von DHL habe und die bestätigen mir, dass das Paket schon lange bei NanoSparkle angekommen ist, werde ich bei verschiedenen Institutionen, die ich mir herausgesucht habe, Anzeige erstatten!

Nach einem Jahr noch immer keine Rückerstattung trotz zahlreicher Schreiben.
Wenn ich mehr Kraft hätte, würde ich eine Klage einreichen. Ware wegen Betrug vor einem Jahr zurückgehen lassen.
Ich hoffe, dass bei den Verantwortlichen irgendwann KARMA zuschlägt !

Even Amazon are selling these and other dangerous scam items. It's about time those accepting advertising from scammers were made accountable....

This is a total scam. Doesn’t work like they advertise all you get is an area that you rubbed that is drab and lack lustre. Doesn’t get rid of the scratches. Not al all. I keep seeing more adverts for it, saying that the NRMA was going to raise his rates for a scratch. You’d only get a rise in rates if you made a claim, they wouldn’t even know you have a scratch. Watch the advert, the cars are left hand drive and they are parked on the right hand side of the road. That’s a giveaway. This is all too good to be true. Don’t buy it like I did and get overcharged for a wet version of sandpaper. DO NOT BUY

Made an order, cost of £10,,, suddenly I was paying £118.89... PANIC , ANGER.... its a con, they signed me up to subscribe a monthly payment too, I have NEVER subscribe to anyone in my life, had to deal with paypal and my bank making sure they were not able to take my money when they like. even the invoice was doctered.

I have not ordered this rubbish and never will. CAUTION: If it looks to good to be true, it is. These companies are making a fortune over RIPPING you OFF!! Youtube and social media are full of them. I have seen everything from hair regrowth crap to spending $400 and make $10,000's. Youtube and social media companied ought to be made responsible for ripping off billions of dollars through false advertising. DO NOT LET THEM RIPP YOU OFF ANY LONGER. BUY NOTHING THEY ADVERTISE!!!!

I paid for a buy one get one free offer for a NanoSparkle cloth. The deal was priced at £13. The PayPal bill was for £29.98 plus 20% VAT bringing the price of £13 to £35.97. There was a shipping charge of £5.90

My £13 offer was charged to PayPal at a total of £41.87 which is a whopping 3.22 times higher than the offer price I believed I was paying.

Additionally, NanoSparkle created an ongoing purchase agreement (unbeknownst to me) that I did not ask for. Their prices do not accurately reflect their sales offers. PayPal could only cancel subsequent purchases. This business appears to be knowingly dishonest

Contacted PayPal and discussed the issue of an entirely fraudulent transaction being unwittingly facilitated by PayPal processes. A clear discussion with PayPal led them to refund my money in full. I have used PayPal for more than 23 years. They were unwilling to see me cancel my PayPal account (or my family's accounts) because of the corrupt practices of NanoSparkle. Lesson from this mess... protect yourself and do not buy anything from a YouTube advertisement.

The product is a scam, it did not remove small scratch but it did damage my car removed clear coat contacted company they said they weren't responsible for damages caused by their product and if I wanted a refund I would have to pay to ship back then refund would be issued , I just took the loss I did not be leave I would get refund my car will have to be professionally be repaired I tried waxing polishing compound nothing worked!

I think it's a scam. I ordered on the 25th of October and nothing has been sent out yet.

Bestellt, sehr viel mehr Geld bezahlt,
nach Wochen kam die Ware, sollte Zollgebühren bezahlen, habe die Annahme verweigert.
Dann bei Paypal gemeldet, Geld wurde mir über paypal(Käuferschutz) erstattet.
Blieb auf 6,99 Euro sitzen, ärgerlich aber damit kann ich leben.

Verstehe an dieser Stelle nur nicht, dass diese Firma hier noch Geschäfte machen darf:-(

This stuff is completely useless and a waste of time and money. It also left a mess on my car finish which I'm still dealing with .then to top it off i paid to have the crap sent back to them and was never refunded. Avoid these people at all costs!

Übelste Abzocke. Angebotener Kaufpreis wird nicht eingehalten. Wurde mehr als das doppelte dann abgebucht. Könnte Bestellung 3Minuten später nicht mehr stornieren. Habe Annahme verweigert Wären dann auch noch Zollgebühren dazu gekommen). Nun warte ich seit Monaten auf eine Rückerstattung. Angeblich ist das Päckchen immer noch nicht bei ihnen angekommen.

Hallo ich möchte hier eine Bewertung für die Firma Nano Sparkle abgeben. Ich warne jeden davor bei dieser Firma irgend etwas zu bestellen. Ich habe bei dieser Firma zwei Poliertuch bestellt zum Preis von26,64Euro . Daraufhin habe ich eine Rechnung bekommen von 124,93 Euro welche mir auch abgebucht wurden.Ich habe die Abbuchung storniert. Jetzt kam eine Rechnung über 136,93 Euro wegen Zahlung Verzögerung. Die Tücher wurden zwar geliefert ich habe aber die Annahme verweigert .

Eigentlich würde ich nur 0 Sterne vergeben. Es handelt sich m. E. ganz klar um Betrug. Ich habe die Sendung nicht angenommen als ich noch Zollgebühren zahlen sollte. Dies war am 23.08.25. Seitdem stehe ich regelmäßig mit dem Support in Kontakt, werde ständig vertröstet mit "die Rücksendung ist noch nicht eingetroffen". In meinen Augen handelt es sich um eine betrügerische Firma.
Absolut nichts dort bestellen!
