Very Poor Value
The previous comments say it all about this card. I contacted customer services, requesting some recompense, before writing a review. They were very dismissive. It took us 4 hours to get into the Colosseum, with our Skip The Line tickets.
We did not gain anything from Skipping the line, at The Sistine Chapel, as the meeting point is so far from the location, it would have been quicker just to queue up with everyone else.
We spoke with customer services, about timings prior to attending, but because their advise was woefully incorrect, we missed our slot at St Peters Prison.
The Hop on Hop Off bus stop was not signposted, this was very confusing.
The only advantage we got was skipping the queue at St Peters and the audio guise was really good, but it was not straight forward to get this and we had to queue up for a bout 30 mins to get it.
It would have cost halt the price to do it ourselves. Very poor value. Consider buying the Roma Card on its own.
Post Script. Its taken the company 6 months, to post the reply as below.

Pricey but we'll worth the price . Just need to ensure you use it right and stand in the right queue and place to use the card
Had a decent experience with the card using which you can skip the line in a couple of places only on Rome and a couple in Vatican. It's expensive but worth it if you value your time spent in queues for the top attractions and have very limited time to visit them. The company can do better for providing directions though, like us stops for the hop on hop off were not clear and meet-up points were incorrectly shown even by their own agents from their card pick up centres. We almost ended up forgoing our time slot to the Vatican because an Omnia agent had clearly marked us to stand at a parallel street and wait for the guide come and pick us up using the time tags. We ran around like hares and fortunately found a similar looking group walking else where .But when used right, it's a good card to visit the attractions.
A little disgruntled from our experience!
We bought this card so that we could skip the lines, which is not legit. The first day we tried to go to the colliseum, we spent ages walking around trying to figure out who we were supposed to talk to - and then when we finally got to the front of the line - they said it was sold out for the day and that we would have to come back there the next day to wait in line and register! The next day we went back and waited in line for 2 hours and got a time slot for a few hours later that day. When we returned 20 minutes ahead of schedule to where we were supposed to wait - there was a massive line and we waited another 1.5 hours in the pouring rain. It was so disorganized it was disgusting! It was a bit of a joke meeting the tour guide for the vatican as they said nothing to us and we just walked with them for a good 15-20 minutes in a massive group and then everyone went their own way. I thought it was going to be guided? Some Communication would have been good here!
There were no times available to see St Pauls Cathedral but thankfully the amazing Omnia worker told us there is a backdoor you can access St Pauls from the Vatican, which we found with no worries.
The transit option was great - metro was very useful. The bus was descent, but took a long time to get anywhere and the bus wasn't super frequent and stops were hard to find and not clearly marked.
We expected more from this service as it was quite expensive. We were particularly annoyed about the colliseum and this left us with a bitter taste in our mouth about our Rome experience. Omnia what you are trying to do is great, but I think you need to dial in some more of your services to make sure you can operate more fluently before you expand any more, otherwise you will continue to have unhappy customers. Cheers!

Good but they don’t tell you well enough about booking attractions
The Omnia card I think generally is a good concept but they definitely need to improve the pre purchase information and plainly state what needs to be booked and how far in advance. We chose to collect our cards on day two of our visit but then found that we could not book in to see the Vatican and St Peter’s until the last day of our trip because it was fully booked the other days. We then went to the Borghese Gallery only to find they were fully booked until 21st May.
In short - if you buy this card you need to book your attractions well in advance to get a remote chance of entry on the dates you want. Otherwise, as we did, you walk miles and just end up disappointed and frustrated
I also agree that the hop on off bus service needs better signage to know where to stand otherwise you will be running to catch up with the bus when it stops
romeandvaticanpass is a Scam website…
romeandvaticanpass.com is a Scam website. They took the money and next day I got a mail that transaction failed, though the bank account showed a successful transaction. They took the money and did not give us the passes. No one picked the phone and we could not track the transaction. Lost the full amount. BE AWARE!

RUN AWAY ITS A SCAM
If I could give this 0 stars I would. What a Scam! They completely took my money and I never received my passes. It was their mistake that their computers cut off my address and my passes never got to me. Now they won't allow a new pass to be sent without paying for an entire new pass. This company is just out to get your money and does not care about your experience. Complete SCAM!!

It was ok
We probably didn't use the price of the ticket on our 3 days in Rome.
The travel pass seems really affordable however underground ticket prices were only 7 euros a day each anyway.
Booking for the Vatican City museum also seemed more convenient than queuing up however it still took around an hour to get in.
We were also not told, in advance, to pre book our ticket for the Colosseum. By the time we were told: the tickets were all sold out so we still had to queue and pay full price for this even though it was the main reason we got the Rome pass to begin with.
Fast entry was useful for St Peters Basilica, Forum and St Peters Prison.
If I went to Rome again I would probably not buy this pass but I suppose it depends how many tourist attractions you are going to use.
I also wrote to the company about what happened to us regarding the Colosseum on 27th April and I have yet to hear anything back from them.
Don't buy an Omnia Pass!
We bought the Omnia Pass thinking it would make life easier on our short trip to Rome, but in fact were left very disappointed and frustrated! We still had to wait in long queues - although the Omnia Pass means you have paid upfront, you still need to queue to actually obtain a physical ticket! Despite this, our main frustration with the Omnia Pass was how little information we were given by the staff in Rome re: meeting points, directions, etc. They gave us the bare minimum of information & weren't terribly helpful. One staff member was actually confrontational & rude. What happened to good customer service Omnia? Would definitely not recommend the Omnia Pass to anyone visiting Rome as we don't think it was worth the money or the hassle.

Don't waste you're time or money.
Waste of money. Cut out the middleman and do it yourself.
Update 29/04/2019: I wrote to the company to complain about their service and voice my frustration. My emails have gone unanswered for over a week. another nail in the coffin I'm afraid. Don't expect any type of customer service here.
- Cheaper in the long run to pay for transport once you arrive. The nature of Rome lends itself to taxi's and Uber more than buses and trains. A trip across the city will cost 15euro max in a taxi.
- Out of the 3 attractions I booked, I only saw one as they booked me into a time slot that was outside of the attractions opening hours for that particular day, the other was when I went to book on their website they informed me that all time slots were full for my travel days, so I was immediately down money. To make matters worse, I chanced going to the attraction to see if I could get in, no problem. Queue wasn't even that long so I fail to see the issue here.
- One more thing is that the pass states you can skip the queue at the Colosseum with a flash of your pass, not true, you still have to wait in line 2-3 hours to collect the tickets in the first place.
In the long run, it's absolutely pointless, save you money and book the attractions you want individually and get a taxi the odd time you need it, everything is within waking distance anyway. Down over 400 euro for 4 of these passes.

Do not waste your money
Do not waste your money, we are in Rome as I write this. As soon as we said we had Omnia Cards and Roma passes no one wanted to help. The Vatican is amazing well worth a visit, you do not need Omnia card for any specific benefit. There are plenty of skip the line options. By the time we had been sent to this line and that line we had wasted 1 1/2 hours. We booked our Vatican museum tour, as other people have stated we were marched along a route which is quite a way and then just left. The Colloseum, hmmmm after 2 1/2 hours again of being put in this line and that line, you have to make a reservation, which we didn't kow, we went to the office, we were told we could call, no one answered the phones, or go online to book, we tried no availability, or go across the road and queue. I asked the lady had she seen that line she just smirked! We explained we'd already been put in three different lines, she shrugged her shoulders. I lost my temper and told her these cards were a waste of money to which she laughed. We could have paid, skipped the line, got straight in without these cards! Again well worth seeing but YOU DO NOT NEED TO HAVE THESE CARDS. As for the hop on hop off bus have seen two! No times of when they run, no garauntee they will stop, better to do a hop on hop off tour and purchase on the spot. I would not have given any stars if I'd had the option, paid 196 euros for things that have cost around 120 euros, but the stress and time wasted has cost a lot more! One very unhappy customer.

Rome Italy Omnia Card Do not buy
There is no information on the Omnia website that the busses have not been alloved to stop at bus stop 1 and 16, just outside the vatican.
This means that you have to walk 2 km extra each way before arriving at the meeting point. When you finally get to the meeting point you are asked to walk another 2 km around the Vaticane before you reach the entrance.
If you start early to visit the Vatican, the queue is no longer than the extra long walkingtime and waiting time you are exposed to with a Omnia Card. You do NOT save any time and money with a Omnia Card at the Vaticanestate.
I also paid for a visit at the Collosseum. Omnia just forget to tell me that it was impossible with their card, because you must registrate the ticket on an public office and get an exat time to enter, without this you will not get in. Waitingtime 2 - 3 month !!!!!. Thank you Onmia.
We were treated bad at the yellow hop on / off busses. I have an issue with my health, i cannot sit down like a healthy person, and i having a hard time by standing up in a bus. Therefore i asked for 2 unused seats back in the bus. After the first stop, four healthy Italian or French people was demanding my and my wife's seats. I was forced to stand up the rest of our trip. The employee did not care at all about it and asked me to stand up. We will never use this company again, and we do not recommend anyone to buy anything from them.
Only positive vas our Guesthouse - Very helpfull and understanding
Sincerely
Niels R

It does not save money, it does not save time.
Too many arguments on Omnia site proving that it saves money.
Comparing promises and reality, it seems to be not obvious at all.
Actually, Omnia pack = Roma pass 72h + Omia card.
Omnia pack price =113 EUR
Roma pass 72h price = 38,5 EUR
So, Omnia card shall be worth 74,5 EUR
Omnia card lets you:
-use yellow hop-off/hop-on bus, normal price 32 EUR;
- free entry skip the line entry to Vatican museums and Sistine Chapel. One can book tickets on Vatican site for 21 EUR.
I do not beleive that worth to 74,5 EUR.
The most diapointing thing:they lie on site.
"Visiting just six of the most popular city sites Rome has to offer, as well as enjoying audio and bus tours, would cost you €115.50.
Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museums €20.00
Rome Bus Tour €35.00
Coliseum €15.50
St Peter's Basilica €14.00
St John in the Lateran €8.00
Roman Forum & Palatine Hill €15.50"
That's not a true. Right figures are:
Sistine Chapel and Vatican Museums €21.00
Rome Bus Tour €32.00
Coliseum €12
St Peter's Basilica - FREE
St John in the Lateran - FREE
Roman Forum & Palatine Hill FREE (if you bought ticket to Coliseum, it includes Forum & Palatine as well)
Lot of "killing"argues that OMNIA card lets you skip the line and save a time.Well, it's true. And other true is:
- You can skip the line to Vatican museums if you book tickets on Vatican site;
- You can easily skip the line to St. Peter's Basilica, just google the method;
- You skip the line to Coliseum with Roma pass, not with OMNIA card.
Rest of Roma attarctions have no line to skip.
And you need to plan visiting OMNIA office to pick-up the card - that's also time.
I felt like a looser. Do not follow me.

Poor communication
Technically good value but only if you get what you pay for and communication is upheld. On our last day in Rome they changed the route of the hop on hop off bus tour with no communication or information. Stop on bus stop in the rain for an hour only to be told by a passer by that is was likely cancelled and the bus wasn’t coming. Didn’t use the bus at all that day so lost out on our ticket.
I get that they can’t control city events but the sheer lack of communication is the fault here. We had used the buses previously and it really wouldn’t have been hard to put up signs telling us of the change of route
Also the bus stops were really hard to find
I am also still unclear if the colluseium and roman forum are one entrance or two as the tickets are bought as one normally so doesn’t seem as cost effective as you think
Emailed a complaint and surprise surprise no response

HOP ON/OFF bus needs better directions!!!
I was in Rome for 4 days in November- 2 weeks ago & purchased the 3 day Omnia Vatican & Rome card. Was pleased overall EXCEPT for the Hop on/off bus. The map provided was NOT clear where to catch the buses. I wasted 1 1/2 hours the first day trying to find the bus stop near Piazza Navona & 2 1/2 hours my last day WAITING for a bus that passed me by even though I was at the correct stop. Could only find the stop in one direction so had to take the bus the opposite direction only to be told I had to get off at the last stop because they stopped running at 6 even though the guide said last departure was at 6 pm. Luckily I was close enough to my hotel to walk back on a cold dark evening! Especially disappointing since I was only in Rome for short time.
Would be better deal if you got free admission to more than 2 attractions.
Glad I bought it otherwise but might try the Rome Turbo pass next time!
Really pleased we got these Omnia/Rome…
Really pleased we got these Omnia/Rome pass cards. Ordered the 72 hr pass. Got us into the Colostrum, the Forum, Vatican Museum Sistine Chapel, & St Peter's Basilica (fast tracking straight to the front which was brilliant as we were only visiting for 2.5 days so didn't waste precious time.
We booked Vatican museum/Sistine chapel for 10am then St Peter's Basilica for 1pm. Worked well for us not wanting to spend all day in the museum but plenty of time to see lots of rooms.
Also had unlimited public transport use once we arrived in the city (not for use on airport shuttle buses). So easy to hop on Metro & buses.
Also worth doing the included tourist bus route with audio guide too (we saved that for a rainy 90mins after the Vatican).
Would deffo recommend Omnia & Rome cards.
Enjoy!
