The OMNIA Rome and Vatican Pass Arvostelua 

This pass was worth every penny. Even if we had used it just to skip the queues at St Peters and The Vatican Museum, it would have been worth it, as the queues when we went were 4 hours long - each! We used the free entrances to the Coliseum and the Palantine Hills. And the ho-ho bus was great, not only for getting from A to B, but to sit and watch the whole of Rome when tired! An extra bonus was being able to use the normal Rome buses if we wanted to go somewhere not on the circuit, or not wanting to wait for a ho-ho bus. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The Roma Card is great for getting in free and fast tracking. We didn't use the public transport or Metro though which was included in the Roma Pass. The Omnia Card was a must to go to the Vatican although you had to pre book. We booked our slot for 1200 and was fast tracked into the Vatican / Sistine Chapel but expect a long walk from the Omnia office to the Vatican Museum. Once inside make sure you grab a map as you are left on your own to wonder this amazing place. Our slot for the St Peters Basilica was at 1500 and we was running late so we went back to the Omnia office and was told not to worry and just join the fast track que. Make sure you get the right que as there are a few. We used the Hop On Hop Off bus every day the only downside being that it isn't sign posted for were it stops and you never no whent it will arrive especially first thing in the morning. All in all it was worth the money for us in my opinion

bought them before we went but was obvious once we got to the Vatican that we could have just done it ourselves. We had booked in advance for 10 o'clock and were taken promptly to join the "fast track" entry line. We got in the museums at 11:45 finally getting out of the Sistine chapel at 1:20 We were booked for the Basillica at 1 so had missed our "slot" but were told we had to join the queue and that "fast track" didn't apply anyway. Couldn't be bothered to stand for 2 hours so left. My advice would be don't bother with the Omnia pass, only get the Roma pass if you have walking difficulties, we walked everywhere so only used the bus once. And if like us you go the first sunday of the month everywhere is free anyway , a fact they don't tell you. All in all an expensive mistake

Trop cher pour un mauvais service après vente!
Mon conjoint et moi avons passé 4 jours à Rome du 20 au 24 septembre 2018. Bien que la Omnia Vatican et Roma Card nous ait permis d'économiser quelques euros et nous ait épargné "un peu" d'attente, car beaucoup de temps perdu à chercher les lieux de réception de la carte, les points de rv d'où nous partions "en troupeau" et à l'achat de billets qu'il faut tout de même se procurer avant de pouvoir entrer, nous demeurons très déçu de ce produit à cause du très mauvais service à la clientèle.
La personne qui nous a reçus lors de notre prise de possession de la carte Omnia n'avait aucune empathie envers nos préoccupations. Certes, elle parlait français mais avec un fort accent et à un rythme d'enfer. Difficile de gober toute cette information dans de telles conditions. De plus sa réponse à nos questions consistait à nous dire "tranquille madame"!!! Il n'y avait pourtant personne derrière nous et je suis d'un naturel "très" poli. Nous sommes donc repartis avec un "package" en anglais, écrit si petit qu'il nous aurait fallu une loupe pour le consulter! Elle n'a bien sûr pas oublié les mises en garde sur le respect des heures de réservation, sous peine de se voir refuser l'entrée, mais n'a pas été très explicite sur le comment trouver les lieux concernés. De plus, nous avons dû revenir la voir, après avoir perdu 30 minutes à chercher l'arrêt du Bus "up & off", lequel nous passait sous le nez sans arrêter! Sa réponse, impatiente et expéditive ne nous a d'ailleurs servi à rien.
Pour la visite de la Basilique nous avions droit à un audio-guide "gratuit"; il s'agissait en fait d'une application à télécharger sur notre cellulaire, tant pis pour ceux qui n'en n'ont pas et tant pis si vous n'arrivez pas à l'installer! C'est grâce à la bienveillance et la compréhension de Valentina Bancone de Voxmundi, personne à l'accueil des visiteurs à la Basilique, que nous avons réussi à le faire. Son attitude et son empathie ont contribué à nous réconcilier avec Rome car jusque là, difficile de ne pas penser que la seule chose qui compte c'est d'encaisser notre "cash" et débrouillez-vous pour le reste! Merci encore à cette personne de coeur qui nous a reçus et aidés. Elle a contribué à faire de notre séjour à Rome une meilleure expérience!
En résumé, la Omnia-Roma pourrait être un bon produit si ce n'était d'un service à la clientèle pourri!

A rip off. What a joke. Staff extremely unhelpful. We had a group of 12 and felt ripped off x 12. Inconvenient, expensive and a waste of time.

Rip off. Awkward to collect - only 3 places, none at Termini station, the most obvious place. Limited opening hours with rude,abrupt staff. Hop on off bus not great and drops you miles from Vatican without directions. Vatican museum meeting point miles from entrance, you’re in a large group, amongst thousands of others. The Roma Pass, which is a fraction of the cost, gives you everything this does except for the bus and Vatican stuff which are rubbish anyway. Best to get Roma Pass and pay separately for a decent Vatican tour if you really want it.

Saves money and time, but you need to read carefully the brochure or you will have problems entering the Vatican Museum. If anyone is thinking using this card you will need to make a prior appointment to visit the Vatican Museum.

Don't waste your money. We was on owr last day in rome, so we decided to use the tourist bus. We wait for more than o e hour and just one bus passed in front of the bus stop and it didn't stoped, even thant the driver saw us!!! Incredible.
Very bad experience. Don't waste your money. Rome is a caotic city by bus even if you pay for it (no one do it but us)

Je partage l'avis de Corinne parue il y a 7 jours pour les raisons ci après :

- personne ne parle français dans l'agence ou l'on retire le PASS et dans le kit que l'on vous remet il n'y a rien du tout en français.
- surprise le 3eme jour , nous avons du payer l'entrée au "coliseum" alors que nous avions un PASS de 72 heures... ensuite nous sommes allés au Forum Romain et Palatin et là pas de problème pour rentrer.( nous n'avons rien compris)
- le 3eme jour nous voulons aller visiter le musée nationale et la surprise l'entrée est payante ( a tarif réduit) au motif que nous avons déjà visité 2 musées.
Au global si nous avions acheté les billets à l'unité( y compris les trajets en bus ) nous aurions dépensé au maximum 70 € alors que le PASS nous a coûté 101,50€, donc ROMA PASS c'est de l'arnaque d'autant qu'à l'époque ou nous y sommes allés les files d'attentes au guichet étaient très raisonnables..

Une très mauvaise expérience ! Je ne parle que Français malheureusement pour moi ; aucune explication ne m'a été envoyée dans mon pack en français et lorsque je suis sur place à Rome, personne ne parle Français ! ... donc très difficile pour se faire comprendre. Comme je vis au Québec, je n'ai évidemment pas pris de forfait téléphonique international, de toute manière je suis en vacances avec mon conjoint. Nous avons donc 1 seul téléphone avec nous qui nous sert a prendre des photos et nous connecter de l’hôtel avec la wifi. Quand Omnia Card ou Rome pass vous indique que vous avez un guide, c'est FAUX ! C'est seulement un accès à une application pour avoir de l'info en français dicté par écouteurs (nous n'avons qu'1 telephone donc évidemment il y a une des 2 personnes qui ne peut écouter...) La plupart des musées de Rome auxquels nous avons présenté nos cartes nous ont fait comprendre que cela ne fonctionnait pas ... On s'est totalement fait avoir. Le mieux est d'attendre d'être sur place et de là, se rendre aux offices de tourismes qui sont nombreuses.

Wir (Paar 55j.) waren Ende August/Anfang September 18 in Rom. Nach Recherchen im Netz haben wir uns für die Omnia Card mit Rom Pass entschieden. Diese Entscheidung war für uns genau richtig. Alle beschriebenen Leistungen waren zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Im Vatikan nutzten wir die Apps und waren somit frei innerhalb der resevierten Zeitfenstern. Der Hammer war an den Warteschlangen vorbei, direkt durch zur Sicherheitskontrolle 20 Sekunden und drin war man. Echt die paar Euros wert. Auch beim Kolosseum etc.... Hop on/off wurde täglich benutzt. U-Bahn-Eintritt hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert.
Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ausgabestelle am Flughafen wäre wünschenswert. Wir gingen zu Fuss vom Hotel zur nächsten Ausgabestelle und mussten diese zuerst suchen.
Danke das nächste Mal Rom ..... wieder mit Omnia Card.

Only the Rome pass was good, the omnia card codes delivered for audio guides were outdated and the personal supposed go help did not know anything about it. Really expensive and bad experience

Compramos 4 billetes de Omnia Vatican & Card el día 15 de mayo de 2018 con entrega por correo ( esa empresa no tiene seguimiento de envío de los billetes) y todavía las estamos esperando. Un engaño (o estafa) que nos hubiera costado más de 400 euros, si tras innumerables correos electrónicos, una denuncia a la policia española y una denuncia formal a la Organización de Consumidores Españoles (OCU), no nos hubieran devuelto el dinero la semana pasada (si, digo bien, la semana pasada). Fue imposible ponernos en contacto telefónico o por Skype con Leisure PASS Group, grupo afincado en Londres que gestiona todo esto y que se negó a devolvernos el dinero. Tampoco la empresa de venta de billetes en Roma ubicada en Largo Argentina, y me imagino que dependiente del Vaticano, quiso saber nada de nada cuando viajamos a Roma el 23 de junio de 2018 y reclamamos los billetes “ in situ”.
Una auténtica pesadilla que esto ocurra en Europa!!!!

Worth the money! The Omnia Vatican and Rome Card was worth the money. Especially the Hop-on-hop-off bus, it saved us time and was very easy to get from one site to the other. There were always seats, no standing, pushing, etc. that we saw on the public transportation. The only thing is that the bus stops was not well labeled, so we had to figure out where the stops were as we went.

DON'T WAIST YOUR MONEY! This company let us put in dates of our trip knowing that their Vatican slots were all booked and now won't get back to us so we can get a refund. We are so upset. The card is called The Vatican and Rome pass and you didn't even make sure we had a slot at the Vatican then to not get back in touch? Where is the customer service?

Not worth it! It is quite expensive and it takes a lot of visits to places to get close to recovering your costs. Certainly no good if you spend too much time at sites. Also they say that you only need your card but then find out that you have to muck around on-line to get an App to be able to get site information on your mobile (for St Peters). It didn't work for us. The Rome staff were not helpful in this regard (ineffective anyway).

I think that a better option is to use the hop on/off busses and the smaller shop venders offering jump the queue entry tickets (not the side walk sellers).

This was a great value. We were able to see all the things we wanted to see and a few others we did not plan for due to the individual cost. The fast track entries alone was worth having the card. Because we wanted to explore the city like locals, the travelcard was a great addition.

We were really satisfied with this card, just the fact that you get to skip the line in the Vatican makes it all worth it for sure. We not only skip the line at all Vatican City attraction but we also got to skip the line at the Coliseum and the Forum and Palatine Hill for which the lines were really long. Just that is worth the price. You can also use all public transportation which is included in there and that we use a lot to move around even the Metro. Also the Hop on and hop off bus takes you to the main points of Rome. I will definitely recommend this and if you have time they will ship to your house that way you have it already in your hands when you get to Rome.
