The OMNIA Rome and Vatican Pass Arvostelua 

Après avoir été mécontente du service client qui ne voulait pas nous rembourser au début car le Coronavirus n'était pas une situation qui le permettait. Le service client nous a finalement remboursé. C'est pourquoi je mets une note moyenne. Il a fallu se battre un peu, mais ils ont entendu raison.

suite à la crise du coronavirus , omnia vatican se réfugie derrière des conditions générales exhaustives pour éviter tout remboursement , compte tenu des évènements exceptionnels , des prix exorbitants des billets avec une offre bien poussée pour prendre des billets coupe file , de la non possibilité d'exercer la moindre activité puisque tout est confiné , relève en l'espèce de l'escroquerie .
C'est tout à fait surprenant , et celà ,venant du Vatican !
Quel mépris pour tous les chétiens du monde et quelle honte d'ignorer les clients au point de se réfugier derrière des conditions générales qui sont contestables car on a là un abus de pouvoir avec prise d'otage du client en finale .
D'autant , pour preuves, vous êtes le seul organisme qui n'avait rien communiqué sur le conoravirus et absolument aucun communiqué pour les clients sur votre site , ce qui en dit long sur votre considération de vos clients .

Que no os engañen como nos pasó a nosotros, sale mucho más a cuenta comprar las entradas por otro lado, y la atención es lo peor, como ya has pagado.... imagínate que caso te van a hacer.... A nosotros nos dieron las entradas al museo del Vaticano y a la capilla Sixtina un día que la capilla estaba cerrada, y en ningún momento nos avisaron de eso, preguntamos a los trabajadores que estaban en el museo y capilla y nos dijeron que no habrían en todo el día y que los de la Omnia lo sabían, fuimos a reclamar, y se rieron de nosotros diciendonos que era nuestra culpa el no haber entrado pq estaba abierta y que los trabajadores de allí no sabían lo que decían pq si estaba abierta y que no nos darían ninguna solución, vamos que nos la metieron bien doblada, y encima saliendo tarde del punto de encuentro y todo fatal, de verdad, no caigáis en la trampa, hay otras muchas mejores opciones, y encima los autobuses que ofrecen con la tarjeta son lo peor que hay en todo Roma, los más antiguos y destrozados, no son nada cómodos ni seguros, y no están climatizados arriba, por lo que te mueres o de calor o de frío, depende la época.

Toegang voor St. Peter Basilica is voor iedereen gratis. Omnia heeft bewust verkeerde info gegeven zodat iedereen de toegangskaart voor Basilica koopt, wat niet nodig is. Ik heb voor 7× €19,50 betaald terwijl het is gratis toegang voor iedereen is.

I purchased on line 4 omnia vatican 72 hr passes for our family vacation. Supposed to pick up/collect my card on Dec. 29rh when we arrive Rome by train at 3:30pm. I received an email last wk informing collection dates and time for the holidays. 29th is up to 1pm only. Then it will be january. What will I do now? I keep on writing messages in your site since last wk. 4 -5 times already. No answer. Can you extend time? Can you deliver? Any suggestion? I'm frantic already since these passes have been paid for already. I might not get to use it since no help or response from any of you.

I just bought two Omnia card for my mom and myself. Tried to reserve the Vatican City slots. It shows no seat available on the day that I wanted. So i tried 1 year ahead on 30th Nov 2020, still no seat available. Hence I tried 2 years ahead on 30th Nov 2021, also no seat available. Omnia should not be selling ticket for Vatican City if unable to secure seat. Moreover, I tried writing in to get explanation/refund, website unable to process my enquiry. Jokers!

personne ne répond aux mails que nous leur avons envoyés, et lorsque on les appelle on ne peut dialoguer avec eux vu qu'ils ne parlent que l'anglais

Where do I start. Extremly poor service at St. Peters Square office. only want to get rid of you, just booked me on the Sistine Chapel/Museum Tour and St Peters. Arrived at meeting point at 10:00am. next day, tour guide stands around heads off not talking to anyone eventually she achieves her objective and rids herself of as many of the tourists as she can thus you are on your own. No audi guide, the app does not work even if you can work out how to get the app. Turned up for the St.. Peters tour at 3:00pm. late that day, no one there to meet so once again no audio tour. Incidentally I toured St. Peters the day before with no entry fee after I registered the card so I am unsure why they booked me on a tour of a attraction that was free, especially if they were not even going to turn up and conduct the tour. Today have tried to book the Colosseum via link on Omni website, booked for 2 days in advance so there goes the Colosseum. as I leave Wednesday. The whole thing is effectively a scam. yest they can deliver the products but it appears have no will to do so as they have a market share and this is obviously due to advertising as the app does not work, the info on the website is purely based around purchase not administration. I am very disappointed not with the waste of money but missed opportunities in Rome during a limited time frame.

I am fully content with purchasing the card. Everywhere is informed, that you need to make reservation in advance for the Vatican and Colosseum. I do not understand why some people complain about it 😐 These are rules of Rome, not the Omnia Card.
The Hop on Hop off is very good and gives a chance to find directions in the city easily.
It is a bit difficult to find where does it stop at first, but after taking a round you get familiar. Absolutely suggesting to buy it 😊

I had bad experience buying the Omia Vatian and Rome Card. the card is advised as skip the line however, they did not tell me I need to purchase the card, then book a time slot after I receiving the card. I spent 9 euro.to mail my card to myself ahead of time, the problem is that with the card still I have trouble booking a time slot for Vatican museum because the website simply won't take my card number. I also could not book a time slot for Colosseum as no time slot is available by the time when I start to book. so buying omnia Vatican and Rome card is bad bad idea, that you pay but with no grantee for an entry. the best option is buying guided tour or entry ticket via the museum official website, and you get your ticket with time slot right a way with your payment. my trip will be in 17Aug2019, now it is 5July2019, I am asking a refund but don't know what they would say.

Une Arnaque totale, audio guide bidon au musée du Vatican, coupe file mensonger sur tous les sites, 3 heures de queue au Colisée avec les billets soit disant coupe file, sous un soleil de plomb et l'organisation qui propose pour 10 euros d'éviter l'attente alors qu'on a payé pour cela, Villa Borghèse payante alors qu'elle était incluse etc. etc. Achat à éviter absolument, ainsi que ce pays mafieux!!

I booked the 72 hour pass because it was advertised as value for money and it offers the skip the line option. However the website doesn’t say that the schedule you bought the ticket for is already fully booked. I bought a ticket last June in the hopes of admission to the Colisuem however there is no available slot from now until October. As a tourist, I wouldn’t be travelling to Italy for that long of a time. At most would only be spending 5 days. I don’t believe it is fair to keep on selling tickets if the coliseum is already fully booked. They could just put an announcement first that the next available date is next year instead of the customer having to buy another ticket from an independent tour group. Not a pleasant and very costly experience.

Je suis scandalisée, grosse arnaque, je viens de payer 4 pass à 113 euros chacun pour m'apercevoir que le colisée était complet et le forum également. Sauf qu'on ne le sait qu'après, une fois la confirmation de réservation reçue par mail, on nous redirige vers une pré-réservation pour le colisée et forum qui s'avère complète. Aucun contact possible, aucun remboursement possible. Je n'avais malheureusement pas regardé les avis avant. A fuir assurément.

Seul avantage coupe file pour le Vatican , très cher payé +++

Pas de coupe file pour musée du VATICAN et chapelle Sixtine
Pas d'entrée possible à la villa Borghese ( avons du payer nos billets plein tarif !!!) Ne travaillent plus avec Omnia !!!

Bus Nul, écouteurs ne marchent pas et un bus seulement toute les 30 Min... on voit passer les autres compagnies régulièrement mais pas la notre !!!

Los guías de omnia en Roma deben de estar muy mal pagados pues a los españoles nos trataron muy mal y digo muy al porqué pedíamos información para utilizar la tarjeta de esta compañía para poder entrar al coliseo y los propios guías del autobús turístico el de color amarillo nos enviaron al castillo de San Angelo diciéndome que tenía que hacer allí la reserva y después de gastarme 24 euros que me cobro el taxista una vez allí me remitieron al museo del pastel en la plaza Venecia y una vez allí en ese museo me dijeron que allí no era que la reserva se hacía en el propio coliseo.
Total 4 horas dando vueltas por toda Roma a 34 grados de calor y 24 euros de taxi para volver al mismo sitio de partida.
Valla poca vergüenza los trabajadores de esta compañía sobretodo los del autobús amarillo

Je vous déconseille à tout prix la carte Omnia Vatican et Roma Card!! C'est de l'arnaque pure et simple.Sur leur site ils vous font croire que vous avez accès au Vatican mais ils vous mentent! Vous devez réserver une heure précise d'entrée ce qui se trouve nullepart mentionné. Si vous faites les démaches pour l'entrée au Colossée il n'y a plus de place... J'ai donc payé un énorme montant pour avoir....accès au transport publique! Plus moyen d'annuler la carte non plus. Je suis prête à entreprendre des démarches juridiques. Just came back from the Mamertine Prison. Had a reservation and was told i could not get in because there was an interview taken place. What?
Why was it possible to make a reservation for that time? Just come back later. I told them they could f** * off.
If you want to go to the colosseum, make reservations months before or YOU can f*** off. But they don't tell you that, first you have to buy the card. I had to buy a tour with getyourguide.com. We had a fast lane to the Vatican, that was good. But the card is not worth this price. Just get the Roma card for the transportation and arrange the tours yourself.

DO NOT BUY THIS CARD....BUT ROME is everything it should be.
Only skips the queues to the Vatican museum but does not give a guided tour. Lady at the omnia office told us about a "secret door " to the Basilica when we were told that all tours to the Basilica were fully booked! When we get the Omnia pack, (with the Roma pass) it stated that it would get us into the colosseum. But apparently things have changed since then and we would still have had to pay extra and queue to get in.
The hop on and off bus lost several stops that are still advertised on the map they are still giving out! Hard to know where the stops are and suddenly they were not going to the colosseum from one day to the next.
My advice would be to see the official tour guides who try to sell you fast track tickets but you can negotiate the prices. So overall you save no money with Omnia
Overall Omnia was very poor but Rome is beautiful, lively and full of history. Can't wait to go back but will play it differently.
Just wondering if Omnia company is in trouble financially as well as poorly organised?

Overall not happy with the Omnia/Roma pass we used for a family of 4 on May 13-15, 2019. Expensive for what you get. With the limited office hours to pick up the cards we had to pay extra for a tour of the colosseum. The worst aspect was the hop on/hop off bus. There are no signs for the bus stops. We even talked with Omnia office staff by the Pantheon and Vatican several times on where to pick up the bus and still had trouble finding it. The Omnia map was confusing as well in finding the exact location of the bus stops. We wasted about 45 minutes trying to find the bus stop, waiting for the bus and the 45 minute trip back to our apartment near the colosseum, so a waste of about a hour and half to 2 hours each day. Not to mention frustration. We used the pass for Castel Sant' Angelo on May 14, 2019 and the woman at admissions was extremely rude to us and not rude to non Omnia/Roma pass holders. Our third day we opted to not use the Omnia/Roma pass and used taxis and it was a much more pleasant experience. Would not buy again for our next trip to Italy. The one plus was the skip the line feature at the Vatican Museum/Sistine Chapel and skip the line at St. Peter's Basilica.

It took us 5 hours to get into the Colosseum, with our Skip The Line tickets. (they are not skip the line since you needed to make a line to get the ticket) The Skipping the line for The Sistine Chapel was the only good thing about this.
The Hop on Hop Off bus was good since you can use it all day, but they do not have a person and/or guide with commentaries about the places you are going. We use it more as transportation between the tourist sights. I would not recommend to buy this at all. The lines are unbelievable. You better get skip the line tickets guarantee than this.
