Merely a third-party seller.
Stay away.
More inconvenient and more expensive than buying directly.
Paid 40% more and have to do extra steps and wait longer.
Google the direct website and book directly. St Peter's basilica plus dome climb still had tickets on the day itself.
What a waste of time, effort and money.

Pas de coupe file. La basilique St pierre est gratuite. Nous étions 4 bonjour le budget, aucun geste commercial suite à réclamation, ils s en foutent vu le nombre de touristes ils peuvent continuer leur bisness sans être inquiété une honte et continuer à arnaquer les touristes. Cela ne donne pas envie d y retourner

Waardeloos, niet boeken!
Waardeloos. Je betaalt veel geld voor een skip the line ticket en moet vervolgens in de langste rij gaan staan om binnen te komen. Daardoor ben je al zoveel tijd kwijt dat er amper tijd is om van de bus gebruik te maken. Die rijdt maar tot 17.30. Niet doen dus, het is zonde van je geld en mijns inziens pure oplichterij.

DE OMNIA card is goed te gebruiken. Sommige dingen kun je pas net van te voren reserveren en zijn dan uitverkocht. Tip bij villa Borghese wil het nog weleens lukkken (als ze volgeboekt zijn) om voor de laatste toegangstijd naar de kassa te gaan. Zij hebben soms nog kaartjes speciaal voor de OMNIA card of annuleringen. Zo is he tons ook gelukt om voor 4 personen toegang te krijgen.
De Vatican pas is waardeloos:
De tickets werden pas 24 uur van tevoren gemaild, terwijl ze al rum 2 mnd van tevoren besteld werden. Dit is wel ongemakkelijk als je al een paar dagen op reis bent (maar wel te overzien maar iets om rekening mee te houden)
De skip rij voor de Sint Pieter basiliek werd niet ondersteund terwijl dit wel wordt gepromoot
De app werkte niet waardoor de audio weg viel
Hop-on hop-off was overvol waardoor we niet in de bus mochten en zodoende ruim een half uur hebben moeten wachten ondanks belofte dat er snel een bus zou komen.
Mailcontact ed wordt niet beantwoord of men schuift het af op een ander bedrijf. (Bv voor de app moest ik bij de ondersteuner van de app zijn omdat zij daar niets mee doen en deze verwees mij weer door naar de officiële verkoper die weer teruggaf alleen maar de verkoper te zijn. Kortom een te dure kaart die ook nog eens ergernissen geeft.

Theives who steal money from disabled people
No wonder they have a 1.6 rating! They knew one of us was disabled, so would gain access for free to everywhere, but still took 300 euros.
They told me the bus may reject my partner with a wheelchair, which is illegal all over the UK and EU.
The Vatican rejected the tickets they provided on the app, but told us we could gain free entry anyway, which the Omnia omitted, to help steal our money.
They have refused a refund after not using anything and them missleading us, so time for a big legal battle!
Please stay away, this is a very immoral company who tried to ruin out engagement holiday. Rome is a wonderful city with beautiful food and architecture and the people are really nice 90% of the time (higher rates than most). But this company is misleading and has no moral fibre. The app released the tickets, and they were rejected, now they're telling me I needed to collect a kit... after the event and requesting a refund. Disgraceful, please save your money!
We have used the big bus company in Paris and should have got that in Rome without this disgusting fake pass!

C’est une arnaque
C’est une arnaque, nous rentrons de Rome on peut vous le dire. En fait, la visite de la Basilique est gratuite, il faut faire la queue. Le musée du Vatican 28 euros avec l’audio guide. La visite du Colisée, forum et mont Palatin 38 euros avec l’audio guide. Il n’y a pas de coupe file, il faut faire la queue comme les autres ! L’avantage, ce sont les transports en communs à volonté pendant 72h et le tour en bus touristique. On a fait le calcul, on aurait dû acheter nos billets en ligne et une carte de transport. Cela nous aurait revenu 2 fois moins cher. D’autre part, quand on a retiré la carte, l’employée a fait un changement sur la visite du musée du Vatican. Quand on s’est présenté le lendemain à 16h comme prévu, on s’est rendu compte qu’elle s’était trompée de date, et qu’elle l’avait planifiée la veille. On a dû repayé l’entrée ! On est allé faire une réclamation. Elle n’a rien voulu savoir. J’en ai fait une en ligne, perte d’énergie, ils ont toujours raison ! Bref sur nos conseils, prenez une carte de transports et vos billets en ligne avec réservation pour le Vatican, le Colisée, le panthéon et vous ferez des économies !

I'd like to give 0 stars. I bought cards for myself and my mum, hoping it would save time due to the fast track queuing that was promised. Reader, there is no fast track option in Rome. There was not a single attraction/monument/museum we visited where a fast track option was available. This card is a complicated and needlessly expensive way to see Rome; don't do it. You will not save time and you will lose money to this absolute scam.

Vorsicht, keine Tickets!
Vorsicht! Hatte ein Kombi Ticket gekauft und Omnia hat mir auch einen Voucher mit QR Code geschickt. War aber nur ein Voucher für Omnia, leider kein Eintritt für den Vatikan. Auch das Ticket, was in der eigens dafür runter geladenen App angezeigt wird, war nicht der gekaufte Eintritt für den Vatikan. Kein Kundenservice erreichbar. Auch 3 Tage später keine Antwort vom Kundenservice. 76€ futsch ohne Gegenleistung.

Réponse : this is not true, if you were commited to deliver value, you will give me the money back and if feedback were important, you would take them into consideration which is not the case since 2023, comments are all saying the same.
J’ai payé 450 euros pour 3 pass pour une valeur réelle de 150 euros. Omnia card a fait une promo pour le we du 2 juin alors que tout était gratuit le dimanche et que c’était férié le 2 juin. Pas de bus HOHO et comme écrit dans les autres commentaires, je m’y suis prise trop tard pour les attractions les plus populaires (Colisée et Villa B), j’ai dû payer à part pour avoir des billets.
La réponse du service client montre bien qu’il s’agit d’une arnaque bien rodée ! « Nous sommes le Vatican, vous ne pouvez rien faire contre nous «

Apart from the City Sightseeing bus we found the Omnia pass rather useless, and the office difficult to find. None of the locals we asked knew anything about it. Would not recommend.

Bonjour manque d’information et de sérieux flagrant
Bonjour, nous avons acheté un pass Omnia et Roma pass pour 149 € par personne
Pour un séjour du 11 au 16 février 2025, vous me demandez ce que je pense de vos pass Ils sont très bien dans le sens ou si on avait toutes les informations dès le début clair et précise, on ne serait pas pris au dépourvu. Laissez dans la nature pour faire des visites. Exemple église Maria via lata Il faut prendre rendez-vous tel jour à quelle heure pour visiter uniquement une crypte et la visite dure à peine cinq minutes et encore quand je dis visite c’est un bien grand mot en fait vous vous débrouillez tout seul. Autre exemple on envoie des mails pour prendre rendez-vous villa borghese et nous n’avons toujours pas de réponse à la fin de notre séjour en six jours, pas de réponse ni même vous dire c’est complet, vous pouvez pas venir etc. mais au moins avoir une information
. Sinon le tour de la ville en bus touristique est correct mais là toujours les informations sont très aléatoires aucune documentation en français. Je dis bien aucune à part de la documentation en italien et en anglais
il est possible que cela fasse faire des économies, mais je ne suis pas sûre qu’au bout du compte, j’ai fait des économies, je pense avoir dépensé plus d’argent 300 € en pass que ce que j’en ai retiré de l’utilisation de vos pass Omnia et Roma pass Et de la perte de temps dans la non optimisation de mes trois jours de pass
les gens au guichet Omnia vous donne des informations contradictoires ou vous Donne des informations au compte goutte qui ne nous permettent pas d’avoir une bonne organisation dans le timing, des visites afin d’ améliorer l’optimisation de notre séjour À part vous dire, excusez-moi, excusez-moi voilà, on arrive au bout de notre séjour et on a pas pu faire tout ce qu’on aurait voulu faire malgré notre bonne volonté. Je pense que Omnia devrait revoir la volonté de faire plaisir à ses clients.

Not easy to use
When arriving by plane, train or bus in Rome, it would have been nice to be able to collect the pass at the airport or at the bus and train station. Why is there an "OMNIA PASS" application if you cannot have the tickets you reserved with this application?. There are big bugs in the “OMNIA PASS” application.

There are some attractions which provide you the option of 'Skip the line'. You can always refer to 'Know Before You Go' section to check this for each and individual attraction. Some attractions are quite popular, so there might be a chance that you might see small queue for the entry.
