Thank you for getting in touch.

We can confirm the item in your order has been marked on your order as 'Unable to Fulfil' and therefore cancelled. An email advising you of this was sent at the time of cancellation.

We are truly sorry for any disappointment caused by this and this only occurs when our team are picking items for orders to be shipped.

Therefore, your cancellation notice will occur when and if other items are being shipped to you. Sadly, until shipped no online order is 100% guaranteed hence why payment is not physically taken from the customer until despatch, these funds are ring fenced by your bank and held by them.

The item was most likely confirmed as in stock at the time, however during the packing process we have found this item to be unavailable. It is a common process which can occur with any online retailer and tends to be more common during busier sale period due to the high volume of orders being placed.

As this item has not been dispatched, as mentioned, rest assured you have not been fully charged as we only charge upon despatch, therefore any pending funds held by your bank will be cancelled and will revert back to your original method of payment within 10 working days (this will not show as a refund). Please note this timeframe is dependant on your banks policies and beyond our control as we’re not holding the funds. This is also stated on your cancellation email.

As no payment has been taken for your order we're unable to offer an alternative option.

Hello, thank you for your review, if your order timeframe has been and gone please reach out to our team at customerservices@monsoon.co.uk and they will be happy to help. Please be aware that our delivery timeframe at this time is 3-5 working days for standard delivery and 1 working day for next day delivery, delivery does not include weekends or bank holidays (orders placed at the weekend will be processed on a Monday and delivered on a Tuesday).

In the meantime, you may still receive a Trustpilot review request as we are asking customers for feedback regarding their experience on the site. This is not a product review which you will receive separately.

Please be aware that for Next Day Delivery orders placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the next working day (usually Monday, unless this falls on a Bank Holiday), with delivery expected on Tuesday.
