Na mijn review van 26 maart had ik de bouten a/d stuurkolom die steeds loskwamen vervangen door langere INOX bouten en het probleem leek opgelost.Maar ook deze bouten komen los en moet ik ELKE keer ik met de step heb gereden weer vastdraaien.Ik heb toch écht mijn twijfels of dit allemaal wel normaal is voor een step die 4maanden oud is en perfect wordt onderhouden.Het valt,volgens het lokale reparatie centrum NIET onder garantie.Vreemd.Zeker voor een step die toch bij de bétere en duurdere modellen van Pure mag gerekend worden

Shocking brought a brand new air 5 pro from Halfords £300 for my partner for Christmas he only rides it 10 minutes up the road and back for work it states on the spec tubeless puncture resistant tyres yet after 3 months it’s got a puncture took it back to Halfords for them to tell me we can’t do anything you need to contact pure which I have they said tyres are not covered in the warranty I said surly after only 3 months of minimal use and you can tell that by the tread on the wheels that this should not have happened all they did was say I have to pay £40 for them to pick it up £20 will come off the bill and £10 for them to send me a box out to send it back in but then I also have to pay for the new tyre and fitting after it only being 3 months old under warranty this is very disappointing and disgusting customer service

Hiya, following your replay there wasn’t an option to submit my order details via trust pilot, I did submit a repair requested form on the 25th march prior to your reply and again on the the 30th March to ensure you had all my purchase details. I still haven’t received any response.

Electric scooter yet to be delivered as DPD gave me a bad experience waiting for them downstairs my house for an hour and the delivery was tagged as missed. Evidently DPD is not reliable

How can I turn it on, I mean use it?? Does it need a pure code or do I have to enter a password?? Because when I want it to move, only the light and screen are on. Please guide me.

Scooter arrived with fault, bit of an issue as bought to take abroad this week, no response to contact form, tried phone but answer phone said call would not be answered, need someone to reach out today.

Parcel delivered to another address and when I finally got the time to go and collect, NONE of the documents or QR code were accepted.
Will never buy from this company again.

Unprofessional illiterate they don't know how read a product name send wrong product and late delivery

I'm son purchased a Air 5 from pure 4 months ago the brake leaver broke in side within a week pur took it back and couldn't find a problem but halfords could after many emails they found the problem and fixed it and returned recently we noticed a split in rear tyre guard after many email s after a week some one emailed back sent in all the details photos and was told it wasn't covered because it's not structural so what they are saying it not needed why cant you speak to anyone because they get to many complaints and cant deal with it does anyone actually work there they take your money quick anoth customer service is crap please don't waste your money and managers never return emails im going to email the owner of this company as see if he answers PLEASE DONT BUY FRIM FROM PURE

Samantha was very helpful when I contacted Pure in regards to sourcing a new battery for my Pure Flux One Bike. Thanks again for your help in this regard. I have now bought a new battery and it's working like new again!

I found my charger for my scooter wasn’t working I contacted the pure electric team and Nick arranged for a replacement charger to be sent out super quick and the new charger works perfectly Nick was amazing thank you so much for helping me so quickly

I ordered this phenomenal scooter and tried it out and it was fantastic. Unfortunately the train companies in the UK do not accept Electric Scooters on the train at present (March 2026) so it defeated the purpose of having it and by obvious reasons Ihad it returned. Even the return process was fast and smooth, helped by the lovely Samantha who was there with me every step of the way. I absolutely loved the 2 small trips I did with it and if it became legal I would definitely consider getting a new one. Thanks Pure Electric

i cannot seem to track my order unless i sign up to shop which i tried but as i do not have a google account or gmail i am stuck.

very good and comfortable e-cycle. but there is a steering handle problem occurred in first few weeks from purchase.
