Perfect. Excellent Comms. Dead on time. Friendly helpful staff.

Updated regularly on delivery time. The two delivery men were very helpful.

Good communication. Delivery prompt and delivery men were polite abd efficient.

On time and installed the appliances without any problems. Only thing to note is for new installs not replacements if alterations need to be done to area they do not do that and I was lucky that I had the ability to do it myself that not all others might have. Not sure who should have highlighted that when buying the appliances but it would help.

Delivery was on day stipulated and within time window. Also communication was very good

The app where you can track your package needs updating as my delivery let me know it was arriving between 12:18 and 14:18 but it never turned up until 17:40 and the app kept saying the earlier times.

Glad I booked the install for a wall mount for 65" samsung they didn't hit the delivery window as the lads moved their jobs around to suit, when arrived very quick to start the new TV was unwrapped and put on the settee then the wall was marked out they had if I had any screws to mount the tv after a bit of scratching around they found some to do the job they drilled the wall red brick with no dust sheets or any way of cleaning up not a major issue just a little bit of lack of care, tv fitted plugged in no set up and away they went - in all not a bad job at all could have been perfect if they had maybe spent a little more time and carried dust sheets so the reason it was marked down slightly overall happy with the service and would reccomend but so easily could have been perfect!

If i could have given no stars i would have...a pair of cowboys delivered a bed to my house dumped the king sized bed parts in the tiny hallway and outside blocking the only fire exit for both flats...they were already 3 hours late so i guess they wanted to get away quickly....they said they were not going to bring it into the house despite the fact that i had explicitly paid for that service...they told me nothing to do with them and i should contact the manufacurer to complain (not the company they worked for note)..meanwhile rain was pouring down and the goods were being damaged outside.....i told them i had paid for the service but they were in a hurry and one said "yeah no problem we will put it in the house " while the other was already in the van and starting the engine for their escape....the first then ran to the van and both sped off ..

I was left with a new bed getting soaked in the rain and the 75 year old upstairs from me unable to get out of his home...what was i to do

This was without doubt the worst i have ever seen...i was treated ..even though i had paid for the service as if i was Scum

I had to pay someone local a large sum of cash to complete the job with me that has busted my back...
As a freelancer worker I have now lost work due to back injury doing the job i had paid them to do

This company are extremely bad at service and employ chancers ...

My advice is run away from this bunch they are a disgrace to human kind

I hope they read this and reply...happy to recieve your compensation ...somehow i doubt i will hear back ...far to cowardly
