Good service.

Unfortunately my much awaited furniture pacackage arrived damaged. Although communication was good and delivery on time.

Delivered on time and with a phone call to advise we were the next delivery.

The item we ordered was too heavy for us to lift but when we asked without hesitation the delivery driver carried it through into the kitchen despite the somewhat awkward access .

Great, no problem the guys knew what to do and got on with. Excellent service

My delivery arrived one week after the original scheduled date. The delivery guys arrived at 8:13 am. I did not get the promised text on the evening before with an estimated delivery time.

Delivery was estimated for 11:40-13:40 and arrived at 17:20.

A date for my delivery was scheduled with my confirmation that it would be suitable for me..
I was reminded at regular interval regarding the date when my item would be delivered..
I was given a window for my delivery.
I was updated ahead of time that my delivery was running a little late.
The workmen executed their duty in a polite and respectful way

Guys were great with carrying what were heavy boxes,
Carefully placed them down where we wanted them.

It should have been a very simple delivery and removal. But damaged my proprty in the process. As professionals, I do not expect them to force furniture through a doorway when a simple pause to correctly align the furniture could easily have avoided any damage.

I requested an afternoon delivery due to difficulties of being at home in the morning, I didn't receive a confirmation of the timing until about 9.30pm at night, telling me the delivery slot window started at 8.47am the next morning - less than 12 hours notice, not at all helpful on terms of arranging someone to be there. Also it was a total waste of £20 extra for the delivery service to the room rather than doorstep, it was a foam mattress and it came in a tiny box - I had no idea they inflate - so this was completely unnecessary (although I appreciate this is the seller's fault for misleading information about the packaging).
