A very good delivery experience …

I was kept informed about delivery times and the crew (Waj and Black Panther 3) turned up on time. They efficiently brought the two mattresses up to the second floor of the building to my apartment and placed them on the awaiting beds. The plastic packaging was removed and taken away, along with the two mattresses that were to be disposed of.
After their departure, I made the one bed and spotted a dirty mark on the mattress- I have to assume that the mark was on it beforehand because it was wrapped in plastic. This was disappointing but I am not attributing this to the delivery crew.

Had a mattress delivered

Had a mattress delivered. Payed for it to be delivered to the bedroom and for some reason they refused. It was one flight of stairs. I wasn't there myself but they were very rude to my fiance.

Great communication

Great communication. Initially one whole day delivery ‘slot’ then became a 4 hour ‘slot’ which was much more helpful. The two guys were efficient and careful. They even offered to take shoes off in flat. Very good.

Hob Delivery!

We ordered a replacement hob direct from DiLonghi from abroad and we’re super happy with the delivery. The process was very clear and cleanly handled through email confirmations and alerts. Very happy with our order, the delivery and installation. 5/5.
