Not a pleasant experience
I wasn't aasked if I needed an upgraded service. Sky was told I was disabled and should have had the premium service. My delivery driver was dismissive and almost rude. I would not like a delivery from him again.

The delivery guys were very polite and…
The delivery guys were very polite and helpful. At first they were just going to leave our new wine cooler without unpacking it, but after a quick call to confirm unpacking was included, they went about it straight away.
The thing that didn't happen was the one hour notice which we were told we would get. Otherwise it would have been 5 stars.
