I order an order and it arrived within 10 days ( depends on your country ) and the product was high quality and perfect and I faced a problem with one of the product ( was wrong ) again he sending a new order and he didn’t ask me for returning the old product . I ordered a bracelet June 2018. It never arrived and after constantly emailing to question where it was or why it never arrived I got no response and still to date I have not received it nor did I receive a refund!
I have accepted that it will probably never arrive and needless to say I will never order anything through them ever again.
Such a pitty as some of their products are really awesome but I am not willing to loose my money again in a second attempt!

Such a scam it is! They take al their stuff from Wish & aliexpress and sell then for 5 time more. They have a 3D lamp from 136euro and on wish it is 6euro!!!

Kopen hier is met grote risico's. 2 t-shirts hier besteld en er werd geadviseerd om 1 maat groter te bestellen dan je eigen maat. Na een kleine maand eindelijk de bestelling binnen. T-shirts waren te groot. Kon ze terugsturen maar dat kost ongeveer 26 euro (waarde shirts 40 euro). Ik kreeg wel een code om de shirts met 45% korting nogmaals te bestelling. Vaag adres om terug te sturen met een waarschuwing dat het moeilijk is om post naar China te sturen. Ik verkoop de shirts wel op marktplaats. NOOIT MEER HIER KOPEN DUS!!!

I bought what was stated as a blanket for Christmas for my nephew. It took well over a month to receive so he did not get it for Christmas. Also what they claim it to be a blanket but it's a very cheaply made tapestry that you can see through. When the item arrived it even said tapestry on the package. They still claim it's a blanket bed cover even though it's very slick and will not stay on the bed. I paid $42.00 for a see through tapestry. Completely false advertising as a tapestry is completely different than a blanket. Very disappointed in this company 😞

2 weeks after ordering i wrote to them, because my cover had not showed up yet. They explained me why, and after 2 weeks more it arrived.
Good service but loooooong time for the thing to arrive.
