I bought some bike equipment for my family and they were super excited when they opened it up the LED lights work really well and our way brighter than other lights we have bought in the past so we are definitely happy with our order

The customer service alone deserves five stars. I had an issue with the issue with the packaging, but they sorted it out so quick plus the bike stand was easy to set up.

I have a bunch of hand warmers from here and they are okay. I take them on my hikes and they serve their purpose though I have noticed the battery life is not the best. They are very cheap on the other hand so that totally makes up for it in my opinion.

Wish support answered questions more readily. Luckily the order turned out to be okay, but I didn't get any shipping notifications basically up until the moment the package arrived at my door. And support answered a day after my package arrived? Like bruh...

I've been using the grip trainer for a few weeks now. I'm starting to see some better muscle definition in my arms, though its actually for begginers only, 2 weeks in and even the hardest setting is too easy for me - bear that in mind.

The products themselves are good, but I found the shipping updates to be a bit slow. I didn't actually know where my package was until it showed up at my door, so I think the support team could be a little more proactive with communication.

I would prefer to leave a zero star review. This is a fake company, a scam site, please be warned. I ordered a pop-up screen for $49.99, got a confirmation email with the promise to email with shipping details. I waited for 6 days and got no email. I emailed at least 100 times over the next two days for shipping information. The $49.99 had been charged and paid within 24 hours of ordering. I heard nothing from this company and got suspicious and read the reviews. They take your initial payment and then days later charge your card again, in my case $379. I contacted my bank when I got suspicious and luckily they flagged this company and denied the $379 request. Please be aware.
An update.
My Bank refunded the payment to this company to my bank account, after they investigated my claim.

Just a heads up that the bike light battery lasts about 10 hours....

They are a scam , never received my item i ordered , no tracking information, phone number hangs up on u when u try to call it, and i received an email that my payment was made to a fraudulent website
