I'm very glad to have recived the products, but i't took a long time. I guess it was because of the actual situation arround the world.
But if you paid urgent, you should get it within that time frame.
No complaints in the end.

I am very pleased with the 3d printing on the clothing, second to none.
Quality job done on the shirts and jacket. Will order from Pilot Eyes again.
The only issue that I have encountered is the extremely slow shipping...must have patience.
All-in-all, they're worth waiting for.

Easy transaction and quality product

Ordered and received face masks. Look cool and work as advertised

I ordered several products from Piloteyestore.com and the experience was very bad.

1. I ordered a Notebook case with my name on it. They shipped the product folded and in a nonproper way and arrived damaged. When I made the claim, they said the product will fix alone. After 3 weeks, the product is still damaged and did not fix alone. I requested a refund and they said they do not provide a refund neither a new one.
2. Another product, and iPad case, is damaged from the origin. They told me the "product is almost fine".. and I have to fix it "with my finger". They do not provide refund either replacement.
3. I ordered an iPhone PRO 11 Max case... they sent the wrong one (not MAX). They are resending the correct one, but after seeing how long they take to ship products from China to US... I request a refund.... same story... they do not provide refunds.
4. The maks I ordered arrived well. Quality is fine.

All arrived several months later.

I saw the team fighting with other customers. I am not planning to fight with this people, they are clearly not worried about Customer Experience. I lost most of the money I paid for this poor quality product. Lesson learned.

Got cheap China crappy items delivered. Shop states high quality material, found the same thing (face mask) in a shop for 1 USD, I paid 25 USD each!
They offered I can return the items unopened on my cost then I will get a refund, well 1 is open and the return shipping from my location is almost the value of the refund. Greta customer service!

The delivery took ages, (60 days) when i asked for the refund CS didnt even bother to dig into details. Long story short, stores not recommended.

Bad rating because I didn`t get what I ordered and payed for!
Misunderstanding in what to get written on the case.
After email contact the promise to correct for half price.
Deal!
Then I got wrong case with wrong writing on it.
On my complaint I got promise for the right ohne.
Since then no mail, no case, and no answer on any of my attempts for correction.

I been waiting for almost 3 months and I didn’t get anything.

Too late to get the goods that I ordered , and the quality that print on the banner is very bad

I will never order from here again. First of all, I didnt know my purchases were coming from China. It took 3 months to receive my flight jacket and laptop cover. The flight jacket is extremely cheaply made. Not worth the 100 dollars i paid for it. They asked me for my size and still the jacket was too big and uncomfortable. I will never buy anything from them again.

I can understand the delay in delivery due to coronavirus but the customer service representative was an ill mannered and misinformed. He put the blame of wrong address on me whereas the tracking showed the shipment never entered in Saudi Arabia. He abused me and blocked me.

It was extremely bad experience.
