well done
so....I ordered a product on the site and initially i was a bit scared because of all the bad reviews that i read. But i thought lets give it a go. So it took some 35 days for my product to be delivered in Maldives but given the current situation with covid19 and knowing that maldives is literally an island in the middle of nowhere i think it is still a reasonable time. I am very happy with my product and wil definitely order again.

The drone flight jacket is very nice
The drone flight jacket is very nice. Took awhile to get here of course but the fit is right (I'm a medium US which was a 2XL jacket from the Pilot Eyes Store). Very nice jacket however. The zipper sticks a bit so I have to use a zipper lubricant but other than that. I'm very satisfied with my purchase. Check out their lined and name personalized Drone Pilot Jacket. Pretty Awesome!

ZERO if I could give a zero. Ordered a simple shirt in JANUARY. Followed up IN FEBRUARY. They stated they could not give a refund since the order had shipped as of FEB 27th. They lied...their own tracking site says it didn't ship until MARCH 11th, and even now the tracking site says it is still in CHINA two weeks later. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. They aren't honest.

the watch bought on your site for our son never worked : the hours hand doest' move at all and when we sent a message to your claim department to report it we never got any reply ( although you had mentionned and pretended on your site that any request will be answered shorly within 24 hours ....

Maybe you should've contacted with us Customer Support. We are the only Website replies instantly via Whatsapp at +447384719868 - If your product doesn't work or got damaged during transportation, we could've sent you a replacement immediately.
Avoid!
7 weeks and my order still hasn’t shipped. Customer service don’t care. I have asked for a refund, but my email was ignored. Avoid this rip-off store.

This is not a fake review. You replied to two of my emails, but ignored the rest once I asked for a refund. My item took 3 months to arrive, and it miraculously was shipped after I launched a complaint through AMEX. Avoid this joke of a company at all costs. You make yourselves look terrible calling reviewers liars.

Terrible quality of Customized jacket
Bought a customized jacket with name and flag. the whole piece looks really poor and of cheap quality. The flag and the name are like two pieces of plastic glued disproportionately to a real poor quality fabric. Really disappointing...
After ordering it got a tracknumber for it and that was when I realized it was made in China. After 3 weeks got the package ( came directly from China) and with a written value of 5 euros! You can imagine the quality of the merchandize...
custom service is rude and doesn’t care about the satisfaction of the customer. Everything awful! Do not buy such a pilot jacket !!!!
I wanted to return but could nor because it is a customized product... in short , For a low quality 5 euro jacket made in China I paid almost 75 euros!

Poor delivery timescales and overpriced. Made in China!
Despite website stating maximum 20 days for delivery to UK, still awaiting 3 out of 4 items ordered 21 days ago and have now been advised will not be delivered from CHINA before Christmas.
Appalling service and reported to Ombudsman.

When you order during Christmas Season, you can expect delays, and we clearly mention this on our website.
Maybe you should ask for Express Delivery.

Hello,
I ordered a phone case for my I Phone and waited 2-3 weeks for it to arrive (Germany). Something went wrong during the transport and the product broke into two pieces. I wrote an email to the supporters and sent photos. I got a fast reply and they sent me another one, without paying again.
In my opinion that was a fast and kind service and for Airplane lovers I recommend this website !
