My first time ordering from this store, and looks like it will be my last.

The store is based in the UK, though their items are all shipped to you from China.

My item was supposedly "shipped" 4 weeks ago, and still has not moved from China.

The retailer refuses to assist in filing a claim until 60 days has passed from the date of the order, which is insane. They have not even offered to refund the shipping due to the delay.

I understand and I am mindful of Coronavirus delays, though as someone who also works in the retail industry, I can smell a bad apple when I have one and this is a complete lack of service oriented retailer.

Stay away.

The item was a little late, but that, I’m putting down to the corona virus problems in lockdown.Item was broken on delivery but replaced straight away. Thank you for your quick response couldn’t fault them on this.

Yes, apparently, I have absolutely nothing to do, since I am writing you a bad review. pardon me. but I don’t hear an apology for the really disgusting product that you sell for a lot of money. the towels that you sent are of the worst quality that I have seen. they are not able to dry a single drop. the door mat is simply a miracle, with the exception of his drawing, printed by the cheapest printer. a phone case of similar quality on other sites does not cost more than one dollar. the only thing to complain about is the sticker. here for her I gave you one point.

I ordered a cover for my MacBook Pro over 2 months ago and have yet to receive my order. I contacted customer service to get a refund for the merchandise I did not receive. I was told I’d have to contact the shipping company to see where my item is. I have already purchased a different cover due to Pilot Eyes Store inability to deliver my order in a timely manner. Customer service is not issuing me a refund, so I am filing a complaint with my credit card company. BEWARE of ordering with this business!
