Placed an order for shipping to mainland Europe. On the website it clealy states "We ship from the UK to WORLDWIDE". I paid for the item and the shipping fee for the destnation country. The destination country was named in the shipping fee so no mistake with a country that was not an approved shipping destination.

Later I received an email with a very brief explanation of why my order was cancelled and here it is in full "REFUNDED - Sorry we do not export".

Order arrived quickly which was surprising as according to the website orders to the highlands usually take slightly longer so that was a plus.

Had a slight issue with the item I received. After a few emails and disclosing some video evidence, a new part was sent promptly.

All in all efficient shipping and good customer service.

The ordering on line was easy and they had a good package deal for the item I wanted. When the goods were delivered the parcel was already open and damaged - Obviously this was done during transit. Upon inspection some parts were found to be missing and I contacted Outdoor Hobbies immediately. Gary came back to me straight away and within hours I was advised the parts were being resent. They arrived the next day. Really happy with the quality of service and would use again.

I have received exceptional service from Outdoor Hobbies. Ordered Revo 7 (excellent piece of kit) at 10am and it was delivered 11am the following day. The Revo was the cheapest I could find it. Excellent communication, when I needed assistance they helped me without fuss and corrected a small issue I had when I accidently made an error when dismantling the Revo. The service that I received from gary has been absolutely first class, had a part break on my crossbow and gary went out of his way to get the part for me, also there is nothing more frustrating when you order something and theres an issue and you're waiting on replies to resolve the issue, with gary he emails you straight back which gives you peace of mind, absolute gentlemen to deal with and a couldn't recommend outdoor hobbies and gary highly enough.

For context, I had purchased the FMA Supersonic Crossbow from another shop (Tactical Archery) before buying it from Outdoorhobbies Limited, and the difference was striking. The crossbow I received from Tactical Archery had defects — the rail had sharp imperfections that could have caused the string to snap, and the string wasn’t properly installed on the cams.
In contrast, the crossbow from your 'Outdoorhobbies' arrived in flawless condition and ready to use. Because of this experience, I’ll be purchasing all my archery goods from their shop in the future.
