Tactical archery couldn't send let alone deliver but outdoor hobbies had it to my door next day and even though I added a carry bag it was still cheaper than tactical archery as well so you've secured my custom I'll be back shopping soon

What made my experience great? Everything made it great, I looked on Outdoorhobies website for the EK Revo 7 bolts, Extra magazine and 60lb Limb set, one of the only sites to have eveything I needed in stock.

I thought I would double check anyway so sent a WhatsApp message to the number supplied, I didnt expect a response as it was Sunday, notice a ping and literally within 10 minutes I had a reply. I asked about the items I wanted defininitely being In stock. I was told Yes but be quick as it is going a little crazy at the moment.

I had read only a couple of negative comments on trustpilot, even that said one of the things for me that says a good company is whether they reply and how they reply, both were spot on to the negative reviews, this gave me even more confidence to order.

I messaged Gary back and asked if I ordered right away when would I likely get my order. I was told in a couple of days, sure enough everything arrived within a couple of days, packaged well and as expected, well actually better than expected as once I placed my order I became a little unsure about the limb set that best suited my needs, a quick message to Gary and he said 'No problem I will change what you have ordered from 60lb to 30lb', true to his word he did exactlty that, been using over the past couple of days and loive it.

I am sure I will be using Garys service again in the very near future - 5 stars - First Class Service and Commucication! Thanks Buddy :)

If you value good old fashioned service, from someone who has a wealth of knowledge, will never up sell anything, as honest as they come, true salt of the earth, I cannot recommend this company and Gary enough. Quite literally the best service I have experienced for as far back as I can remember. Far exceeded all expectations. Ordered Centerpoint Wrath 430 with lots of extras and everything went as smooth as smooth could be, Gary kept me up to date with everthing and was more than willing to give me quality advice from his vast knowledge, could not be happier with my purchase and overall experience. So I ordered the adder cobra of outdoorhobbies at a very good price I was expecting to be waiting about 10 to 14 days for delivery it came today which is Tuesday 18th the thing is I only ordered it on Saturday 15th on the night next day no post so outdoorhobbies must have got the order Monday morning and dispatched it strange away so you could say it only took them one and a half days to get it to me well don outdoorhobbies that was fast I will be ordering another crossbow in the next few months and it will be from you guys and girls a big thank you

I purchased my crossbow some time ago from a shop in Germany. I can no longer use it and so need to sell it. In comes 'Outdoorhobbies' it didn't matter that I hadn't bought it from them, they were happy to advertise if for me and that led to the sale.
