packages from the Amazon US arrives into the country with in 4-5 days of the order, however after the customs clearance its almost 2 weeks and it disappeared into a big hole! Disappointing service. This has been observed since begging of this year.

The courier has lost my parcel from immigration for a return of my passport. The whole time frame of this delivery was from 6 March, when they picked it up from Manuka city, to 24 March, when they officially changed the delivery status of the parcel to “delivered” on the tracking page, in spite of the fact that it didn’t actually arrive. What was worse, there was almost 15 days of losing track of the parcel, as the link to view its status has been closed down on their end and was reopened later so that I was able to know that my parcel has been “finally delivered”. I contacted them immediately after I found out something went wrong, as I started to lose track of the parcel, but there was no proper response and no follow-up emails to show that they were trying to help me locate my parcel, simply no answer. It was after I managed to call in to report to them directly on the phone that they started to jump in and tried to help, but it was all too late, wasting another 2 weeks to act on it. However, our commutations, either via emails or via a visit to their depot in gisborne, were very disappointing, as I have been given different versions of the story each time, and their story just simply contradict with one another, so I have reasons to believe that they have been lying the entire time. Their failure to live up to their responsibility of safely delivering one’s parcel, their refusal to acknowledge that they’ve made a mistake and their unwillingness to tell the truth have disappointed me in every possible way. I mean how hard it is to remedy their negligence by simply telling the truth and responding to it promptly and actively? So disappointing, and shame on them.

I need to take extra time to apply for a new passport and redo all paper work with immigration regarding my current visa application. Such a waste of time and energy.

So simply, THESE GUYS CAN’T BE TRUSTED!!!!!

NZ couriers are a pathetic courier service and should be closed down the CEO must be an idiot and couldn't run a flag up a pole none existant service and muppets driving vans that are thick as dog poo.

No email address anywhere, no office open in the weekends, no link in your information how to cancel a courier pick up. I also have an automated pin, but want the parcel picked up at an alternative address. There is does not appear to be a facility for this? I have some questions that someone could answer in thirty seconds - no one available. Common peeps this is 2023, don't hide behind a website.

Worst delivery service on planet earth they shouldn't even be operating. Period the state off my last package was outrageous... And the time to deliver takes them longer to deliver items from down the road than items from China. Never experienced such a bad service

VERY VERY POOR SERVICE - Just received a parcel today 1st February that NZ Couriers receipt shows received 29 October 2022 - 95 days late! Really hard to find worse service. The irony is this is the THIRD parcel from them that has arrived significantly late.

Very disappointed with the terrible delivery service and communication. Our family dog died and was cremated and it took New Zealand couriers over one week to finally deliver his ashes from one suburb in Auckland to another. the delivery should have been the next morning at the very latest. Each time they said its with the courier and will be there today. Not good enough.

Two weeks from pick up to delivery.

Claimed that they couldn't get access to my property on more than one occasion, which my security camera's prove was incorrect.

The package was picked up by the Auckland Airport, to be delivered to Penrose (where the depot is).

Customer service is unhelpful at best and incompetent at worst.

Sort out your service before its to late

Can't say ive delt with them as it didn't get that far...if you're Rich maby they won't ba a problem but were $250 more expensive than the nz post I could understand withen $50 difference but $250 price difference...I walked out the door and won't be back.......ever

My parcel was sent from Palmerston North to Wellington the 6th of January. The 9th the parcel arrived at the depot in Wellington. Today is the 12th and I have not yet received the parcel. Moreover, I went to the depot and I was told that they had nobody to search my item. This is a company to avoid at all costs.

The absolute worst couriers.. I’m surprised they are still in business! Not once have I ever had a parcel arrive before 2 weeks without having to nag for it . Useless!

I lodged an investigation with Nz Couriers AKL due to my parcel being at the Penrose depot for a couple days without any movement. When I called back the same afternoon, Christopher, who was in charge of my investigation was done for the day, so another lady answered the phone and didn’t even try to help me. All she could do was read what was in front of her screen and wait for Christopher to return the following day without even trying to find a solution. Didn’t sound like she cared. She said Penrose’s depot closed at 7pm. I went to the depot at 6pm and a different lady said they closed at 5pm. That was a waste of time. I understand due to the short weeks, hours differ, but if you work for a company, you should know the temporary hours. Went back to the depot the following morning on Saturday and the two ladies couldn’t find my parcel. Received an email from Christopher on Monday morning that it was delivered (Delivered to my job but I’m on two weeks leave) Replied to his email, ”Why was it delivered when we discussed on Friday morning that it was set up for collection as it was urgent, and where was it as I was at the depot on Friday and Saturday and no one could find it.” No response. I understand it’s a crazy time of the year, but one helpful or caring team member would’ve been appreciated. Do better or find another job where you’re happy!

Absolutely hopeless. Takes about 3-4 days for delivery around NZ. Can't get any info on the tracking page. Can't get through to customer service. Would not use them if I had a choice.

I ordered an item from Wellington. I live in Auckland. It was picked up the same day my order was processed at 3:41PM 5/1/2023 and delivered 11:17AM 6/1/2023. The courier actually knocked on the front door before leaving the parcel (signature not required) which Courier Post seem unable to do as it probably requires too much effort. Very impressed with NZ Couriers.

3 out of 3 parcels 'lost' with these fools within two weeks. One was perishables; one was a box of wine. And now we have just found out that FEDEX use this incompetent company to do local deliveries - so that's our third parcel gone. Someone at NZ Couriers is having a great Xmas courtesy of parcels that never make it to the real owners. How is this business still running? And how do they get away with not delivering so many parcels without proper investigations into where this stuff goes?

THAMES NZ COURIERS Damaged my parcel to the point where my item fell out of the box and the seal was ripped and broken. Got footage of the courier sticking her hand in the box and saying that it “fell out”. Sent the parcel back for review and they lost it. Absolutely disgusting.

Omg fedex uses these fools as their third party courier service they can't even find my adress its only 101 years old on a established street in suburban auckland and within 15 minutes from their depot gave up on delivery and sent 8t back to sender amazingly incompetent and irresponsible

I would avoid this service. I made a booking and the courier did not arrive that day. I called the next day and was asked if I could drop off my parcel, I explained no as I was staying home on COVID isolation. Again the courier didn't arrive, and I was advised that this time it was because of intentional discrimination against our household. The parcel had been on the doorstep in the rain and elements, the risk it posed to anyone who handled it was non-existent. Very disappointing phone and email contact followed, where I was treated like a leper. I will stick to NZ Post in future :)

My parcel should have arrived last Friday. It's now been 6 days stuck at Wellington depot (only 10mins away from my house) and they still can't deliver it. Got fed up and drove down there to collect it myself this morning. Very poor service on this occasion.

This is the second time items have been stolen while with these appalling people. shame on you.
