This is the second time items have been stolen while with these appalling people. shame on you.

5 packages recently averaging between 2-4 weeks for delivery - they should not be accepting packages knowing they cant deliver. Such disappointing service, and time wasted waiting then having to get vendors to resend via NZpost. Always a backlog and always have an excuse. DO NOT USE THESE COWBOYS

Terrible, contracted nzc to deliver a small box (8x8x6cm approx) overnight from Paraparaumu to Hamilton. Took a total of 24 days to be delivered. Terrible communication. Impossible to get a straight answer. Excuse was covid but actually bad management. I will not use them again. They don't even deserve 1 star.

I'm amazed they can keep their doors open, the website is not mobile optimised, the 0800 number doesn't accept calls from mobile phones?????? in 2022 , do they think people still have landlines or something??? when they leave a note to pick up the item you have to schedule a time to pick it up, If I see someone nominating to use NZ couriers, I will arrange my own shipping

Purchased an item through trademe to be couriered to nelson was told i live rural so an xtra 8 dollars in freight which would have been fine if i was rural but i live 3 klms from the cbd i asked the question they said because they dont deliver to atawhai they add a rural surcharge and give the job to another courier company all the other couriers deliver to me wont be using nz couriers ever again ☹️

Extremely bad service!
They have had my at package at their depot for 8days.. promised they would deliver in morning, which they failed, I've then contacted them again, then they say they will use a courier named sprint service to deliver tonight.
I'm not holding my breath.
They have fallen apart at the seams since before covid.
Argh I need my package for my business!! Grr

Do not use this company. No one takes ownership of anything. Parcels picked up on 22/06/22 and we contacted them on the 27/06/22 as they had not been delivered.
No one answers the phone and everything done via email. Reply that they would look into it came 2 days later. Then they told us that they have lost them and would need 3 -5 days to look for them. Emailed again and asked for the items to be refunded. Sent 3 forms to fill out and provide proof the customer bought them as well as proof of what they cost us. They will only reimburse the cost of goods and no freight charge. In the meantime we had already hand delivered 2 more bags to the customers ourselves so are now out 4 bags and all the time wasted dealing with a company that has no consequences for its actions. Should be out of business. Owned by Freightways.

We've spent months trying to get NZ Couriers to look into a parcel that was signed for by their own couriers and never seen again.

They admit their courier signed for the parcel and then the parcel have gone missing - yet do nothing about it.

On social media pages, there are literally hundreds of business owners who have been harmed by NZ Couriers inability to resolve lost and stolen parcels. They don't care. Seriously, don't let these guys ruin your sales and reputation. KEEP CLEAR.

One of the worse company the item is tracked and picked up from east tamaki on 23 rd and its 30th now - item is still not arrived to the destination which is in wiri--
Such a "worse" company to deal with :
moreover " you cant get through to the phone line with them as the "095263100" number doesn't go any further on " answering calls"
why you guys are in business if you cant provide the service of answering the calls and providing goods on time..

DO NOT USE this company if you want to receive your parcel. They are impossible to get through to and if you are lucky enough to have done they will tell you there is no solution, the person you need to talk to is currently busy and they will call you back which normally doesn't happen. All this company can do is to leave a missed delivery card, and it looks like there is nothing in their vehicles apart from these cards. Again, if you want to get your items, make sure they never get to NZ Couriers

If I could give 0 stars I would 😂 “lost” my parcel & have lodged 3 queries within 2 weeks & still 0 replies. Called the help line, the staff not helpful at all, sounds like they don’t even want to be there… seriously something needs to change

Hokitika driver Matt is the worst one out, rude c$nt who is obnoxious and has no respect, yell at him if you see him his name is on his gay little red van

NZ Couriers from Hokitika steals your packages and won’t deliver them and the delivery driver (Matt) as it says on the side of his van, is rude and obnoxious. Possibly the worst delivery guy ever. If he does deliver, he always throws the packages even if they say fragile…

Very good service from the waiuku driver today

One of the worst companies out, the rep who has been assigned to us left and despite us trying to contact the company for weeks to change our address on go sweet spot. No one bothered to reply to us concerns we ended up having to take parcels into the shop where they did not charge us our company price they charged us a walk in customer price despite us telling the ladies on the counter we have been trying to get hold of our rep to get this sorted. After a couple of transactions one lady finally gave us the contact to the rep Vinnie who then went on to be quite snarky over emails....how these people get jobs i have no idea.

Over the years, I had many unfortunate contacts with this company. When I say "contacts", I mean me trying to contact them to beg them to allow me to come to pick up my parcels from them, fully knowing that I will never see them again if I don't. Sometimes they where "kind" enough to allow me to pay for a taxi and come pick it up. Other times they declared it lost, declared me no longer living in my own apartment, declared our apartment building having unrestrained dog and similar nonsense, and/or returned parcels to senders. Last parcel THEY delivered TO ME was maybe two years ago. Sounds nuts? Made up? Exaggeration? Cannot possibly be true? Then read the rest of the reviews on this page.

THIEVES!!!! I put two Long Haul tickets on a parcel in error instead of Inter Island tickets. Got an invoice for $55 for the correct tickets plus penalty fee. That's fair enough but they won't credit the two Long Haul tickets. That's daylight robbery and TERRIBLE customer service. I was going to start using them again (I only send 50 odd parcels per day.) but not now. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Ordered two orders from a company. No movement after picked up. Apologies not accepted as it's unacceptable. They should not run their business. Not organized worst courier in NZ. I don't trust them. Not a reliable company. Don't use everyone. U will regret. Thanks

Worst courier service ever experienced. It took three days to pick up a parcel. Still waiting a parcel someone send me from palmerston north. When checked iafter three days n their website with the tracking number it still says not scanned.
What a rubbish how can they get businesses with such a poor service. Never use them again.

I had the misfortune of making 4 online orders with a company that used NZ Couriers and out of the 4 orders 2 were lost in transit, one eventually turned up as an empty and damaged box. Another box was damaged and only 1 turned up in a reasonable time and undamaged.

I also had an international parcel who used NZ couriers as its New Zealand delivery partner. The parcel arrived from the US in good time and made it through customs. As soon as the parcel was delivered to New Zealand Couriers it was never tracked again. Something is very, very wrong with this company. Please don't use this company. I have lost alot of money on these orders being lost or damaged and once they are lost in their system they don't get found again
