I travelled to Nike outlet, Taplow on Sunday 31st March to find out it was closed, the website said it was open, and even on the door it said it was open from 11am....I travelled from Aylesbury so not 5 minutes down the road....not happy...

I paid a pair of shoes 30% more just because I purchased them in store. Is this a joke? The same shoes and same size were available online, on the same day at 30% less (44£) 101.49 vs 144.95 I paid. I'll never step one foot into your store again, if not to try shoes and buy them somewhere else. What's the point of me coming in store if you are going to charge me 30% more?????? I contacted the online customer service and their response was that they can't help as I purchased in store, so they wouldnt refund me, nor issue a voucher for the difference. Nothing they can do and they confirmed that online the prices are not the same as in store. The worst service ever and it even took me more than 20 minutes to speak with them. What a waste of time. Funny thing is that I asked in store if there was a Discount, and nobody told me to check online if I wanted to buy them with a discount. Speechless. I'll stick to Adidas like always, big mistake trying nike for once. Stay away from this store and buy online wherever cheaper.
I wish I had the time to bring the shoes back for a refund but I can't.

I returned a pair of Air Jordan 1 Low SE’s. Nike keeps claiming they refunded this to my PayPal account however this was never received. I’ve provided them with all the proof and this is from the 29th Feb. I spoke to a customer service representative called Nada, this is the rudest person I’ve ever spoken too. I expect my refund asap. If not I’ll be posting on every social media platform about this issue.

Bought a pair or Womens Nike Metcon 9 for training at the gym. Worst pair of shoes I have ever owned. Very hard and stiff around my ankles. Rubbed throughout my workout. I'm hoping they will soften up as I can't return them now I've worn them. Waste of money.

Suite à la confirmation de livraison, j' ai jamais vu le colis, j' ai appelé 1000fois service client, réponses déplorables au point de me envoyer vers l' entreprise de livraison.
Commande de 500chf que j'ai jamais reçu, heureusement j' ai une protection juridique que m'a versé l'argent et que m'a informé que Nike est en Belgique et que aller au tribunal avec Nike serait très compliqué et enormemen des frais et de temps.
Franchement plus jamais, Nike pour mois c est fini.

Je souhaite faire uns retour le site Nike nous propose de ramener l'article en boutique sauf qu'une fois arrivée en boutique, le vendeur nous dit qu'il ne font plus de retours ! Déplacement inutile et une perte de temps ! Il faut se mettre d'accord entre le siège et les boutiques.

Compré tres pares de zapatillas para black friday a un precio promocional y hasta ahí todo bien. Uno de los pares, después de cuatro usos se desgastó casi agujerenandose por completo en el interior del talón, llamo a Nike y me dicen que me cambian las zapatillas por otras del mismo valor inicial o 10€ más, ya que no quedaban en el modelo que yo compré. En dos días vuelvo a llamar y les cuento todo otra vez con la devolución hecha, y me dicen que si quiero otras zapatillas del mismo valor o 10€ más tengo que pagar la diferencia de la promoción que tuve, no han cumplido con su palabra.

nike zoom tempo next 2 compre las zapatillas hace un año , solo las he utilizado para andar y me he dado cuenta que están rajadas por la suela.
Es de vergüenza que una marca tan cara y de tanto prestigio deje tanto que desear.
Soy Running y siempre utilizo Nike, pero visto lo visto empezaré a utilizar otras marcas.

I received a Nike gift card for my birthday for $120 to buy some new sneakers. I went to use the card on the website, and the balance said $0. I contacted Nike customer service. They said the balance was drained in La Costa, CA and for that reason, they are unable to help in any way. I am located in KY. When I asked if there was anything at all they could do to help, they suggested I report the issue to local law enforcement.

I completely understand that they have a company policy regarding keeping your gift card safe, and their website clearly states that they aren't responsible for lost or stolen cards. But when the card is used in what appears to CLEARLY be a scam, and they are willing to do absolutely nothing to help, I think that speaks loads of the company. I recently had this happen to one of my Target gift cards, and they replaced the stolen gift card with no questions asked.

This whole experience has completely changed my opinion of Nike as a company. I am very disappointed.

De havde fået 0 stjerner hvis det var en mulighed. Har bestilt nogle sko, men de var for små, så sendte dem retur. Har ALDRIG fået pengene retur. Øv øv øv.

Ved køb af gavekort melder butik tydeligt ud at det kun kan bruges fysisk i butik (Århus eller KBH) hvilket accepteres da der i samme ombæring udtrykkes at der stadig er adgang til hele sortimentet. Gavekort på 1400 købes derfor, som tilskud til et par Jordans (som ikke er udstillet i butik)

Ved indløsning af gavekort er der pludselig ikke adgang til hele sortimentet. Faktisk kan det kun bruges på det der er i butikken og det oplyses nu også at varer købt med gavekort slet ikke kan byttes.

Jeg ønsker derfor at ophæve handlen/annullere gavekortet, da det er købt på falske forudsætninger… men det er selvfølgelig heller ikke en mulighed!

Jeg føler mig egentlig snydt og sidder nu med et ubrugeligt gavekort da Jordans ikke er i de fysiske butikker, men kun online.

Jeg spørger mig selv om dette er et værdigt setup for et stort internationalt firma som Nike.. men kan så også se på andre anmeldelser herinde at kundeservicen halter gevaldigt! Det virker ikke engang til at Trustpilot anmeldelser tages alvorligt og responderes på, hvilken skam.

Det er i hvertfald første og sidste gang jeg har investeret i et gavekort til Nike og så må tiden vise om det påvirker mine øvrige handler.

Pakketje stond bij post nl als geleverd Maar nooit ontvangen. Kreeg gelijk mijn aankoopbedrag terug zodat ik mijn bestelling opnieuw kon plaatsen.
Erg fijne klantenservice. Werd direct geholpen en 2e pakketje kwam netjes aan.

the lady name Dara is horrible person, she is rude liar arrogant lady that I have ever come across, I have asked and requested a manager call back she said she do not think the manager will call you as it will be the waste of time !!!!!!!! how the heck she got the job in Nike, if ant responsible person will read this comments from Nike I hope they will investigate her!!!
