Nike Arvostelua 

Hice un pedido de unas zapatillas con entrega para el 13/09/24, UPS que era el transporte me indicó que me llegarían el 16/09/24, protesté ante NIKE la demora, me atendieron muy bien y siendo hoy las 11:55h del día 12/09/24, ya las he recibido. Encantado con el servicio.

Efter 2-3 mdr begyndte de at stinke.. jeg gjorde så den store fejl at jeg vaskede dem, i håb om at stanken forsvandt..

Skoen var så punkteret, og det var vand fra fortov (normal brug) som blev gammelt inde i skoen, men fordi jeg havde vasket dem var der ingen refundering selvom skoene var 3-4 måneder gamle :(

Har ellers altid været Nike fan, men ikke så meget mere :(

Been on the snkrs app for 15 years now, won my first drop ever only to be told it’s delayed, 5 days gone the send me a email to say out of stock?! Not sure this how this is possible I entered the drop and won within 2 minutes! Don’t know why I keep spending money with these guys, drops and quality control is getting very poor, seems they look after resellers!

Tried to order some presents for my boyfriend on Nike's website, had a voucher as well for Nike, however, they do not allow me to place the damn order due to some error. Tried different types of payment from credit card to debit to even klarna, same error over and over again. Tried without the voucher same story, tried to make a new account, same bs, switch browsers, absolutely horrible. Useless company. Now I have a 30£ voucher that i can not use. Instead of payin 90£ for the order from them, i had to buy from a different company ending up payin double the amount because they and their website are rubbish.
I hope they go bankrupt.

In the last two weeks I had two from orders from nike cancelled for no reason other than claiming to be out of stock but when I bought them from the site they were in stock and the order got as far as “processing at warehouse” or something similar then it would change to order accepted and then I would receive an email stating it’s delayed and then another email 2 days later finally cancelling my order stating it was out of stock followed up with “we know it's frustrating when you're excited about new gear and it doesn't work out” like it was competition or something….Now I have to wait for my payment to clear again and come back to me. This is the last time I will order from Nike as I’ve had enough of being messed about. If the item is saying it’s in stock and then they accept my order then claim it’s at the warehouse then claim it’s delayed then why is it cancelled and I’m told it’s out of stock ? AVOID BUYING FROM THESE TIME WASTERS

UPDATE: I spoke to one of their customer service "athletes" this morning on chat on their website who tried to palm me off with this terrible excuse as to why my orders were cancelled, apparently its "because i ordered something that was low stock so there was a chance i might not get it" (has this ever happened to you or anybody else on any other online shop you've ever been on in the last 25 years?? ) when i said to him "but my order stated it had reached the dispatching area and was showing as ready to ship so it was clearly in stock and on it way to me but was marked as delayed then eventually cancelled " he folded and pretended to speak to his manager who i asked to speak to but apparently his manager told him to tell me my concerns would be passed on to the right departments so it doesn't happen again. after telling him i was not happy with that outcome and still wanted to speak to his manager he offered me 10% off my next purchase to which i said " pretty pointless giving me money off when you keep cancelling my orders".. he then told me expect a phone call from his manager who didn't want to speak to me the first two times i asked and he cut off the chat...not only will they lie to you about stock they have in they will also lie to you about it being ready to ship then they will lie to you telling you its delayed then they will cancel it and send you an email like its not a big deal and its a normal thing to happen in the meantime they have made a sale for their books and still have your money and you have nothing and you will have to wait up to two weeks to get your money back... sounds fair doesn't it ?...i'm still waiting on the call from his manager but i'm not holding my breath because that is more than likely another lie.

Accueil désagréable qui t'informe que malgré ta pré inscription, tu vas devoir patienter 45 minutes en raison d'un événement privé.
Nike, on aurait préféré un écran moins grand mais plus de professionnalisme et de respect des horaires.

Commande jamais livrée mais compte débité, un comble!

Impossible de parler à une personne physique juste des SMS avec un rebot et il ne t'informe pas plus, à part commandé reçue commande livré, mais ou est mon remboursement!!!!!!!, il te font balader entre leurs partenaire eshopworld et nike, reçu la confirmation du retour livré depuis 14 jours et toujours aucune issue pour se faire rembourser, je ne pense plus jamais à faire un achat sur leur site internet.

Llevo 10 días esperando unas zapatillas. El repartidor ni aparece,y según dicen ha intentado 3 veces la entrega.. tras varias comunicaciones con los "atletas" de Nike y dándome largas (el paquete obviamente ha desparecido) solo sabes devolverme el dinero de 2d a 10d para que lo compre de nuevo.
Tanto vendedor como agencia nada profesionales, es patético una marca así que se porte de esta manera.

As a loyal and long-time buyer from Nike, I am appalled by the incompetence of Nike's Thailand customer service team. They should be held accountable for their poor performance. Despite my clear right to a 2-year warranty, they continuously refuse to honor it, demonstrating a complete lack of skill and respect for customers. I've tried to provide more details and repeatedly requested assistance, but they still refuse to help, acting like they don't give a damn. This team needs to be either retrained, punished, or fired. Their refusal to address legitimate issues is unacceptable and goes against Nike's standards. Avoid dealing with Nike Thailand if you expect any real support.

Love Nike and everything that it offers. Great products and good n time delivery. Online is solid.

I just received my 2 pairs of shoes today that I ordered 3 days ago. I wanted to complain about the delivery time but my mind changed after seeing the quality of the shoes. Very good value, premium quality. Good stuff under $127

The sneakers broke after six months of use

Returned them a parcel with a return label provided by them. Has weight on from the post office. By some sort of a magic Nike hadn’t received the full return despite the weight proving it. They won’t refund me and it’s been 2 months me chasing them …. I will never ever shop from Nike!

Last two orders placed cancelled for no stock - surely they can manage stock levels. Surprisingly as soon as they cancel the item is back in stock at a higher price!

I placed online order for shoes and socks. Socks never arrived. Has been nearly one month and still not resolved. Shocking customer service. Don't buy online!!!

I got a pair of Trainers that are made very cheap.
The sole has come away already.

Bestellung Nummer 1: Die Lieferung ist bei mir eingegangen und wurde mit dem beigefügten Versandschein retourniert. Trotzdessen habe ich bis zum heutigen Tag keine Rückerstattung erhalten. Laut Kundenservice werden Retourenscheine seit kurzem nicht mehr den Paketen beigelegt. Ich bitte um Überprüfung des Rückerstattungsstatus.

Bestellung Nummer 2: Obwohl die Bestellung angeblich vom DPD-Zusteller zugestellt wurde, ist das Paket bei mir nicht angekommen. Nike verweigert eine Rückerstattung. Ich bitte um Klärung dieser Angelegenheit.

Bestellung Nummer 3: Auch hier wurde die Lieferung angeblich von DPD zugestellt, obwohl ich zum Zeitpunkt der Zustellung nicht anwesend war. Bitte überprüfen Sie den Verbleib meiner Bestellung.

Bestellung Nummer 4: Trotz Verwendung eines Coupons für den Einkauf und angeblicher Zustellung wurde mir lediglich der Betrag erstattet. Der Coupon wurde nicht berücksichtigt. Auf Rückfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass es sich „nur um 2€ handelt“.

Ich möchte außerdem auf mögliche Unregelmäßigkeiten in der Zustellung hinweisen. Es ist unklar, ob der DPD-Zusteller die Pakete ordnungsgemäß zustellt oder ob sie anderweitig abhandenkommen. Ich erwäge rechtliche Schritte und fordere eine umgehende Klärung dieser Angelegenheit. Personen, die ähnliche Erfahrungen gemacht haben, können sich gerne bei mir melden, um weitere Beweise zu sammeln.

Thieves. I ordered an expensive pair of shoes. Instead I got a pair of cheap shorts. Customer service web help and call centre refuse to help. All claims must go to the Escalation Team who take 5 business days to respond and even then it’s only a generic response which does not resolve the issue.

Commande passée en magasin saint maximin 60 et aucune trace de ma commande chez Nike, service médiocre honteux pour une marque comme celle-ci. J'attends mon remboursement auprès du magasin depuis une semaine. Je ne ferais plus jamais de commande auprès de Nike.
