Motocaddy Arvostelua 

I have recently purchase an ME Motocaddy . I initially encountered an issue with one of the wheels. They agreed to have the trolley back for inspection and after a few days replaced both trolley and battery. No matter which company you deal with you are going to encounter an odd issue from time to time. What makes a company stand out is the way and speed in resolving issues. They also appear to be a company that strive to always improve and have no problem taking some candid feedback!

Just bought a brand new M5 GPS trolly May 26 and Motocaddy have shipped these trollys with a software fault. Cannot activate the trolly. Why spend £1K when this doesn't work and there is no fix. Appauling service. DONT BUY

I had a problem with my QB2 golf trolley when the brake could not be unlocked and I couldn’t move the trolley. I contacted the company and spoke to Jamie who asked me to send a short video showing the problem. Having seen the issue, Jamie arranged for a replacement trolley to be sent out to my home address. When I told him I was due to play in a competition, he even arranged next day delivery so that I wouldn’t be without a trolley. Fantastic service Jamie. Thank you very much!

Aaliyah was fantastic and a great example of no nonsense customer service. She was helping me with a warranty issue and arranged a replacement asap. Unfortunately in error this was sent to the wrong address but again she exceeded my expectations and arranged for another to be sent out which I’ve now received. I’m so pleased to see that customers are important to Motocaddy and you look after them. I’m definitely loyal to the brand and have already recommended them to a friend who has just bought a new cart after I explained my experience. Well done Aaliyah.

I had an issue registering my trolley for the warranty. Debbie Bays and Gerrie Felton were fantastic. Very prompt to reply and extremely helpful. A very positive customer service experience, thank you.

Suite à la livraison du M5GPS DHC 2026 auprès du distributeur français Foissy, pas de notice en français avec le M5, seule une notice 2024 est livrée et l'interface GPS et la notice est différent, donc difficultés à initialiser le Motocaddy, (la loi française oblige de fournir une notice en français correspondant au produit livré)après avoir contacter le SAV une semaine plus tard, j'ai reçu en PDF en français, mais l'interface reste en Anglais contrairement au descriptif commercial qui indique que l'on peux choisir la langue.Dautre part, après plusieurs utilisation du GPS, je constate un décalage de mesure entre la réalité du terrain et le GPS, Foissy me répond que pour être plus précis d'utiliser une jumelle laser, et que le GPS à un tolérance de +/- 5 mètres........ donc j'aurai dû acheter un M1 sans GPS. Après avoir identifié le le prestataire cartographie I Golf (basé à San Diego USA), celui ci m'a transmit la procédure pour corriger ce décalage GPS.je ne suis pas satisfait et vous demande de me proposer une compensation suit à tout ces déconvenues

The phrase “Exceptional customer service” doesn’t do it justice. I’ve had several interactions that required research of technical issues and some of sales issues. Evertime these people both in the USA and the UK were timely and complete. Terrific. Sadly, there was a time when this level of service was common. Keep it up, MotoCaddy! I had dealings with Aaliyah Musson regarding a damaged item, she was extremely helpful and I was very happy with the the service she and Motocaddy have given me, I have no hesitation in giving them both five stars.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and customer service.
I recently purchased a Motocaddy M5 GPS DHC trolley and almost immediately experienced issues with both the battery and GPS system. I sent videos clearly showing the faults and was advised to return the trolley for inspection.
Two weeks later, after hearing nothing, I had to chase things up myself only to be told it still hadn’t even been looked at.
The lack of communication and poor customer service has been extremely frustrating. I’m now constantly having to contact them for updates and to try and arrange a replacement.
For a premium product at this price point, I expected far better quality control and after-sales support

Had a great experience with motocaddy. Had a unit delivered and the unit wouldn't power up. Called motocaddy they did a walk through diagnostic which was easy. They determined to just send out a new one. Received the new unit in less than a week and they were gracious enough to include some extra accessories. A fed ex label came w the new unit, packaged the old unit up and shipped it out. Thanks motocaddy. I'm a fan.

Emailed about a rain cover that got damaged on a Monday i had the rain cover delivered on the Tuesday. Fantastic service from Motocaddy.

Very disappointed with comments from company, when needing a spare part, asked when it could be posted told it would arrive 5-7 days, asked if I could collect, only an hour away, told not possible. Could have pains in advance, item could have been left to pick up in car park, not possible.
Found company in Northern Ireland, very helpful, posted to me same day arrived 10.30 next morning. That’s service.
I know where I will buy my next trolley from.

I had an issue with a Motocaddy product, it was just one of those things that can happen in production. This is where Motocaddy and the supplier stepped up. Motocaddy contacted the supplier on Tuesday to say they will send a replacement. The replacement arrived today(Thursday), top service from a quality product. Well done folks at Motocaddy.
