Customer service is shocking! Brand new product I had for less than a month and it goes off on its own and or doesn’t go at all! Paid over £500 for them to tell me it will take 2/3 weeks to “fix it” now I won’t have it for the main reason I got it when I go away. Horrible service.

Great support from Gerrie during the warranty registration process, which initially had some issues. She handled everything efficiently and resolved the situation perfectly.

I have updated my review, purely down to the fact that Zena has been absolutely fantastic.

The frustration of a brand new premium item failing and then feeling let down by the service has been completely turned around by Zena.

She took complete ownership of the situation, listened to the issues I had, and was very honest throughout my dealings with her even when what she was saying wasn't ideal.

I finished my interaction with her feeling like things would be dealt with, not with the ideal outcome, but much better.

Zena then contacted me again after my call with her and completely sorted things with an even better solution than the one she discussed with me on the phone, which made me feel valued even more so.

I now have my new trolley (just arrived this morning) and have only been without one for a week, when it could of been much much longer.

I know the calls are recorded as is the correspondence in Email, and for any senior manager, if they read and listen they will quickly see the Zena has delivered EXCELLENT customer service and should be used for any new starter at Motocaddy to understand how customer service should be delivered.

Zena - Thank you once again, i hope this gets passed on to you, because you went above and beyond to make things right.

Excellent helpful friendly efficient service from Gerrie at Motocaddy. My umbrella blew out of holder in strong winds taking some parts with it! Gerrie helped me source the missing pieces. Very helpful person with strong customer focus

I've been using the Motocaddy App on several courses I've not played before and have found it to be indispensable. The clear, bright graphics are easy to read even in full sunshine and the accurate yardages and hazard location have certainly helped eliminate the guesswork and give confidence in club selection and probably saved a few shots too. Many requests from playing partners to view the flyover function on the tee box too, which is so cool. Love it.

Dealt with a girl called Aaliyah, I had an issue with my trolley, within 30 mins she had sorted it and replaced, unreal she is at her job and a credit to you company

Received prompt response that provided the information I required regarding the correct Stop/Start button for my M1 Trolly, Bethany sorted out the delivery, very efficiently!!

Took my M1 Trolley for service at Windmill Golf Academy, Bristol only to find out that the battery was t performing as it should so needed a replacement.
Adrian Smith ( Manager ) at Windmill looked after me and arranged a new o e which arrived swiftly.
First class service from Adrian as always and a credit to the brand, anyone local to the area will not be disappointed with the level of Customer Service.

I bought the Motocaddy M5 GPS. A treat for myself as I near retirement. The cart is first class, and I set it up at home (reasonably) easily enough. However, when I went to register the model and battery on line for the warranty, I had difficulty locating and reading the models numbers. I emailed the company, and Zena Ellen was the employee that helped me along. Zena kindly register the model for me when I sent along photos. I was grateful for Zenas help. If she could only help me get my handicap down I’d be delighted!!!!
Anyways here’s to many years of easier golf with the M5.

Great customer service. Prompt reply, and perfect resolution to my query

Extremely poor service. Purchased an M1 remote controlled motocaddy in June 2025. Battery failed in March this year, while still under warranty. Brought it to be repaired at the start of April and the product is still with the repair shop, almost 6 weeks later, with no sign of a repaired trolley. Communication from the 3rd party repair shop has been good, but the sales rep from motocaddy will not engage with me directly. Appalling service. €1200 on a motocaddy and no support when the product fails while under warranty.

I was bought a P1 trolley as gift and over the moon with it. Very easy to push and a considerable upgrade over my old hand me down one. Through no fault of Motocaddy or the quality I had an unfortunate accident resulting in damage to it. The level of communication and assistance from the customer service team was superb in helping to resolve my issue. A big thank you to Zena, you have a life long customer.

Absolutely great service from Motocaddy and especially Zena Ellen at their Sales Office. Quick and efficient delivery of a ex-display Push Trolley. There was an issue on delivery and sorted immediately - with no hassle - and rectified within 24 hours. Outstanding customer service. Push trolley is very good quality and works well.

pros- i'm less tired than when i pushed a cart
cons-its too heavy. no storage. anti tip wheel doesn't prevent tip overs like it should, even on small hills. left/right drift adjustment impossible to get it to go straight. remote for left/right turn too sensitive. shuts off when going over a bump. occasionally takes off on its own and can not stop with remote. cell phone holder too small. cup holder flimsy. straps too hold bag poor tightening mechanism. definite DO NOT RECOMMEND

After an initially disappointing interaction regarding a faulty brake on my new QB2 trolley i was contactes by Cameron McGillicuddy who went above and beyond tonreaolve my issue. I was treated as a valued customer by him and as a result will co tie with motocaddy for years to come.

Fantastic after sales would never buy elsewhere I have had m7 trolley 5years no problems lost the bracket for the seat they sent a new one free of charge

Just had a great experience with customer service via email. Aaliyah was very hlpful and efficient and responded in a very timely manner. Managed to resolve the issue I had with a rainhood for my Motocaddy Cart Golf Bag.
