Problem with speed control on caddy. Still in warrantee, parts supplied in two stages to determine solution. Problem resolved without having to send caddy back. Video supplied as to how parts were to be fitted

The customer service I have received from PowaKaddy has been excellent. I lost a part of my electric trolley and Daniel couldn’t be more helpful in assisting me in getting my trolley back on the fairways and at no cost to me. Definitely above and beyond in terms of support from what I expected from the company, well done and thank you!

lost a bolt from the leg on my micra - too many tumbles in the wind. contacted the support team and James came back straight away asking for a picture of the part. no quibble whatsoever has sent me a new part FOC and free postage.. cant argue with that! thanks James!!

Small broken component on my trolly was replaced without any fuss. Great service.

I bought an umbrella holder accessory for my PowaKaddy CT6. I somehow managed to lose the bolt that secures the holder to the trolley before I even fitted it. I phoned PowaKaddy to see if I could buy a replacement bolt from them. They sent me one free. Great customer service.

I contacted the PK service centre after an intermittent fault with my battery. They couldn’t have been more helpful, explained what they would do, arranged collection and sorted the problem. All this was done speedily so as not to leave me with without my cart for too long. Excellent service, thank you

Their customer support is very helpful. Phones get picked up quickly, and they are happy to explain things.

The pro shop at our club also told me PowaKaddy has the best customer support.

Happy with the trolley too. It did experience a technical glitch, but was resolved quickly.

I experienced an issue with my Powakaddy trolley which I purchased through a supplier and with whom I raised the complaint. The supplier's attitude was somewhat lack in handling the situation .
I contacted Daniel at Powacaddy's support team whose prompt support and effective response to resolve the matter was impressive.
The prompt response has restored my confidence in the brand and will continue to buy your products in future,

PowaKaddy’s response to my problem with the trolley was superb. They arranged immediate collection within 48 hours of me raising an issue. The trolley was collected on Monday, assessed, repaired as necessary and returned to me on the Friday. That’s under a week. So I wasn’t without a trolley for my weekend golf.
They also kept me informed and told me their diagnosis and resolution.
This was first class service.

Ok I have had a few issues with my trolley but like anything if its used on a regular basis it sometimes breaks.

Without hesitation PowaKaddy have arranged for the trolley to be repaired on several occasion's, I would like to take this opportunity to thank the aftersales team for all there efforts, a special shout out to Sam and James who have been so helpful.

Brilliant service by James all the parts were there but me being a silly 76 year old i managed to fit both items e mails brilliant

After failing to get full hole view on my new C10 GPS , contacted the help desk for assistance.
Once I was informed of the correct procedure, worked fine.

I had a power button issue with my Powakaddy lithium battery where it would not turn on or off. I contacted the company as the battery was still within the three year warranty. Having initially speaking with Daniel who arranged for the battery to be collected from my home, and latter speaking with Sam who confirms the battery switch was faulty and had been replaced. The battery was tested and returned to me at no cost.
I would like to thank Daniel, Sam and the technical team for resolving this problem very quickly.

Great customer services. Prompt reply on enquiry about my missing screw for my umbrella holder and a replacement was sent immediately.

I am a Powakaddy Service Agent but Solomon helped me out by repairing the centre locking joint.
The experience was Brilliant from start to finish.

I am trying to get a replacement for a faulty double canopy umbrella which disintegrated in a not excessive wind and rain squall but have found an intransigence using three separate customer service attempts.
I do not want to waste any more time with this but feel that their shocking customer service should be made public.

I have a problem with a PowaKaddy battery and they are trying to help me out.
I don’t know what the outcome will be but this review is really just about the how helpful and professional the person called James has been…..it’s not that often you get great customer service.

I'd lost a part of my Powakaddy CT6 Umbrella Holder. I expected to have to buy a new one at around £30 but then thought to contact PK online. I had a very quick response from Jack at PK who requested a little more information. Once provided I got another quick response to say the part would be with me by the end of the week (remarkably) free of charge !. Great service Jack , great service Powakaddy ....thanks so much guys as the rain is never far away at the moment! :-)
