Bought a replacement battery for my m7 remote trolley.

The couriers (UPS) messed up, but I liaised with Cameron McGillycuddy in Motocaddy customer services. He was amazing & sorted the issue out swiftly

I had an issue with a brand-new Motocaddy trolley which unfortunately failed on its first use. The initial situation was frustrating, but Alex from Motocaddy handled the case very well.

He responded quickly, understood the issue, and helped get the matter resolved without unnecessary delay. He also followed up properly and offered a fair gesture afterwards, which I appreciated.

Good customer service makes a real difference when something goes wrong, and Alex dealt with my case in a professional and helpful way.

I am an 80 year old that was finding it difficult to push a cart even nine holes. I have used the Motocaddy six times and was able to comfortably walk 18-holes each time. It works fantastic and the only issue is a poor GPS signal on the course we've been playing causing the information to reset several times each round, but that's not Motocaddy's issue. A fantastic product!

I had a small issue with an accessory, so I wrote an email to Motocaddy. They responded straight away, and have said they will send a replacement item under warranty.

They also apologised for the small issue.

Excellent customer service, and I have told them that as well.

Aaliyah helped greatly resolving a number of problems l had with my golf trolley by arranging a replacement.

I was so impressed with Aaliyah and her response to problems with my delivery. She responded immediately to my email after my package was returned by DHL, and arranged for it to be redelivered. She took on the responsibility of explaining to DHL my delivery requests and the package was duly delivered without any further issue. Aaliyah’s sunny demeanour and thoroughness meant what could have been an unsavoury experience into a minor blip. I hope that Motocaddy appreciates what a gem they have working for them. Thank you.

I had an email exchange with Bethany who was prompt, knowledgeable and friendly.
My trusty Motocaddy trolley had blown over on a very windy day and the cover of the scorecard holder got broken.
Bethany replaced the entire thing with no fuss and I received my new one today only a few days after my initial email.
This fantastic after service has promoted my husband to replace his 25 yr old trolley with a new Motocaddy!

The company gives you refreshing experience on how a company should treat its customers. Not only is the product very good, the after sales , technical help and spares department all work with the same care and professionalism to give you the right customer experience .

Emailed Bethany this morning as my M1 battery died, she directed me to a local service agent who tested the battery and confirmed it was gone ! Agent called them and within minutes , a replacement was ordered .......TOP SERVICE from both Bethany and the local service agent ....5 stars from me and hopefully receive the new battery before my next round !

Aaliyah at Motocaddy was so helpful , prompt reply’s and sorted out my problem straight away , lost my golf bags rain Headcover and Aaliyah organised a replacement within a day , it’s winging its way to me now . I would certainly recommend Motocaddy and Aaliyah to anyone .

Small part on a new M7 remote got broken on its first outing. Contacted Motocaddy to request assistance and dealt with Bethany, who was extremely helpful and the entire issue was resolved within 24hrs of it being registered.
Very impressed with the service.

I had great customer service from Sadie, she was very helpful and patient. Her approach made a difference to me not escalating my issue to a complaint. Sadie was very professional in my interactions with her. She updated me made sure my issue was resolved.

Great service from Bethany who was very helpfull and actually sent me replacements for my missing trolley handle trim pieces free of charge. They arrived quicker than expected and were the right colour which had been in question. Maybe the age of Customer service is not dead after all!!

Absolutely horrendous customer service have spent a week trying to sort a faulty remote which they have repaired previously which now again has the same fault, they are unwilling now to sort issues as warranty is out even though its a fault of there own. i have spent over a week on this and the way its been handled is horrendous.

I never again will buy off this company im am disgusted with the way its all been handled.
